Absolute clown shoes. In line at the drive through for an hour. 20 minutes at the window to actually get the medicine. The line inside looks like its six people deep. Four or more cars behind me. Its been like this every time I have visited over the last several months. Switch pharmacies if you can.

Pharmacy staff makes various errors including: prescription status, quantity of volume, pick up dates, prescription transfers. The pharmacy is incredibly understaffed and it takes forever to get nowhere. Do NOT use for controlled and/or sensitive timing medications.

Absolute trash pharmacy. I had a prescription in on Friday and I went in on Monday in the afternoon and was told its still being processed and in the basket right their and it wouldnt be ready for another 2 days! Im livid. Never agiyn will I ever send a prescription to this pharmacy

Came into the Walgreens needing to get something printed. When I asked for help printing I was told someone would help. I sat for 25 minutes waiting for someone to help and when I stopped the sales lead to ask for help she looked at me and said theyre closing.

The pharmacy is horrible….make an appointment to stand in line so disappointing….so understand why people avoid vaccinations

If i could give 0 stars i would. The lady who answered the phone here was extremely rude to me. Absolutely horrid staff here. Was on hold for 20 minutes and it sounded like someone kept picking up the phone and putting me back on hold.

Everyone in the pharmacy seemed to either not know what they are doing or have miscommunications with each other. kinda rude also and I witnessed them treat a man poorly and i didnt want to assume it was because of the color of his skin but it sure appeared that way.. in the future, I will be going to either CVS or Walmart.

Stopped by to pick up over the counter medicine for my toddler. The doctor had told us to get it but didnt give us specific direction. The pharmacist was so helpful! He was quick, courteous, and efficient.

Pharmacy loses prescriptions a lot and lies about wait times and then forgets. They have got better but it is still pretty rough. He drive through is the only way to go which is why we keep coming back

I come here for my pharmacy orders. They do have a drive up window and that is super helpful for me. (Handicapped) The wait is usually short but can get quit long durring peak hours. Staff is always helpful and not just at the pharmacy.

Actually I only want to give this store 1/2 ⭐. Poor customer service.. technicians dont acknowledge customers. Never picks up the phone.. Terrible service. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I went to Walgreens & purchased 5 gift cards. After leaving & attempting to use the cards only 1 card worked. I returned & spoke with the associate who helped me w(was rude mind you in front of other guests) & said You have to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour or so to use gift cards you purchase & I responded Really? Ive never heard of a time limit to wait on gift cards? She replied Theres a sign that says No refunds & we dont accept any responsibility if a card doesnt work you have to call the number on the back of the card if you have any issues & I responded I came here for assistance so it looks like I wont be returning anymore.My family & friends & I have been shopping at Walgreens for many years & its unfortunate that youre losing a long-time customer! Manual the pharmacist is very cold and has horrible customer service. Probably won’t come back do to his lack of understanding and compassion. Not one person waiting and told me 50 min to fill prescriptions! For my mother that is in pain and just got released from hospital with major back pain guess she will have to wait even though no one was in line. Also came back more then an hour later and still had to wait another 15min. If you want to waste time pick this store

It appears that the pharmacy staff does not care for elderly people with handicaps. (And tall pick up trucks) I am unable to stand in line for medicine so I always pull through the drive-thru get out of the truck and walk three feet back to the window. I have been doing this for years. The allege pharmacist, John Q, would not serve me at the window. That is despite me picking up medicine in this manner six days ago from this Walgreens. No other Walgreens has been so inconsiderate.

Unreasonable pharmacy policy. 30 day refillable continued prescription. Last p/u 1 Aug. Went for refill on 29th so I dont run out. Refused to fill the prescription until day its due. No care that you run out of prescription that day. Treats everyone like a drug criminal.

Multiple issues over the course of last year. If I didnt have Calpers forcing my hand to use Walgreens, I wouldnt. Theyve filled an RX with wrong number of pills, messed up refills, tried to fill my RXs under my husband (and then tried to blame doctor), and a bunch of other issues.

Today on Sunday I received an excellent costomer service by Mariah, she helped me above and beyond on the photo lab with great attitude. Thank you, Mariah!

Very slow service. They usually only have one person working the counter, and the pick up window, no matter how long the line is. They have a sign over lane that says it is for drop off, but that is not correct. You have to wait in the pick up line, even if you’re just dropping off.
