During our test drive they inspected our trade in then wrote up a very fair and equitable trade value.As the vehicle was being prepped for delivery, the finance manager recommended a local eatery that was beyond good. An old fashion diner that served the best burgers and malts.When we returned the vehicle was ready, the paperwork complete and after writing out the check we were on our way back home.Done deal in a very professional and easy process in small town USA!

One annoying part of the service was due to having not fully repaired an issue the first time (one week prior), and the other part was due to a new issue. While both of these things were correctly addressed and resolved during this service appointment, the vehicle needed to stay at the dealership over the entire week end. On Friday evening (long after the dealership had closed for the week end) I drove past the dealership and saw my vehicle parked in the front row of the quick-service shops parking area. When I stopped to look at it I found that the vehicle was unlocked, and would have remained that way until Monday morning if I had not stopped. Luckily nothing was missing from the rear seat area of the vehicle, but it certainly should have been locked when the dealership parked it outside for the entire week end.

Was meeting my son, who lives in Madison WI, to have his snow tires put on his car last Saturday. Picked The Motor Company because it was about half way for both of us (Im in the eastern end of Upper Michigan) plus it was one of very few places open on a Saturday. Called and made an appointment with them at their Quick Lane center on site. Glad I did. Convenient location, had us in and out quickly and even was willing to make schedule changes when we thought wed have to make changes to the tires I brought. (Didnt need to) The staff was great to work with. Write up person was GREAT. Very friendly & helpful. Sorry I cant remember her name. Even let us bring the dog inside instead of walking around outside in the cold. If I lived in the area I would use them often.

Very polite and personable front desk staff and service technicians. I have taken both of our vehicles there for an oil change and have been very satisfied. The only thing I would like to see is a bit faster turn-around but the quality of the work makes up for the wait.

Service attendant told me that if the change oil light came on then it was too late ;recommended changing the oil lat at a rate faster than the engine/Ford recommendation. This means that the Ford engineers are wrong. Is this the case? Im going with the Ford Engineers who designed the engine.
My daughter came into town on Thursday night from out of state, experiencing troubles with her 2012 Kia Optima. I recognize that she needed two new tires and an alignment on her .car.( also had a clicking noise in the steering column ) . I called first thing Friday morning, because she was only in town for the weekend. The service writer was very professional and very accommodating. We only had Friday and Saturday to deal with scheduling. He found a way to get me in the schedule for Friday afternoon, performed the necessary repairs, and even got me a price match guarantee on the tires, along with the rebate for going over $250.Appointment was for 1:30 PM, and the vehicle was complete by 4:45 PM.Would recommend the quick lane service department without any concerns.

Thank you thank you thank you!!!This is a story and a half!So a week or so ago, my partner and I went on our first date night in a year (toddler life, whattya do). On the way home, with our baby in the car, we hit a deer. The front end is a complete mess. Well we finally got it all worked out and I was supposed to drop off the vehicle yesterday. I couldnt find a ride to get home. We only have the one vehicle. Not only did Mike amuse my child endlessly while we got things sorted, he helped us work out something and got us a loaner vehicle. Within a price ranger we could afford.And here i was thinking i was going to have to bike or walk to work for the next week or two. And the forecast said rain for a few days.I am so thankful and so relieved!! Thank you guys for helping us out on a otherwise terrible day!!

I love the friendly professional service I recieve every time I come in..They check every thing from battery to your tires explain every thing about your car.. they know who I am and my car..The best part is the rebates I get when I get oil change and tire rotation saves you money.. I recommend to all my friends and family. I have never had such great service from any other oil change place until Quick Lube.. 5 star and 5star treatment!
I dont usually do reviews, but having a great experience at this car service company is worth the little time to do so. Great and knowledgeable front office workers and even friendly and very knowledgable technicians. Had some service done on my RV as well as tried to do some wheel balancing on my Fiat, and they went out of their way to check if the parts were around town. After calling 4-5 different places the part was nowhere to be found, but my experience noticing how they tried hard to help pushed me to write this review. Great, and please keep it up. So I will never buy a Ford again. I have been having a squealing sound when i back up ever since I bought the car brand new and rattling sounds inside of the car. They have been trying to fix the problem but no luck. So I asked if can get a refund for loan amount and they said they can only give me 16000 when loan amount was 23000. This is very frustrating! I understand a car looses value as soon as take off lot but when you buy a car brand new and have problems with it from the get go. I mean come on!! Yes, service department has been trying, but no luck so work with me. And now I have been dealing with big Corp and they said that motor company said that is what Fords do and there is nothing to be fixed. Well let me tell you maybe that should of been mentioned to me before I bought the car because I wouldnt have bought the car. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A FORD! Plus its a hazard when it squeals I loose some of my brake, but they dont seem to care.
I recently got a job that gave me an incredible raise, one that let me get out of my 15 year old car and into something better. I had heard horror stories about Carol, the old Sales/Finance Manager, thankfully she retired. I went through my options and considered the distance I travel daily, 60 miles round trip, and settled on a Fiesta. Nothing fancy but thats fine, it runs fantastic, I get great mileage, I had no hangs up about the new Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and sales floor people. I got a great price and love what I got. For such a small car its been equal to what Ive asked from it and more. I would not hesitate to come back again.

Best place for tires, with the Ford Price Match(beat) policy. Google it, theyll beat any advertised price... even online prices(including shipping of course.)Maybe invest in a Keurig in the waiting area though? Your employees are too busy to keep an eye on the hot pot of cold coffee.

I have had my vehicle serviced at The Motor Companys Quick Lane several times within the last year. I can trust that they will always maintain my car to keep it running properly. The staff is friendly and professional. They provide me with complete information on any issues that could potentially be a problem.
I went in to look at a used truck and found one that I liked. It was a 2003 Ford F250 Lariat in good condition except for a large dent in the front bumper. They are asking $14,320 for it. When I blue-booked it, the suggested retail from a dealer was $9500. Thats nearly a $5000 mark up.Then I say I want to trade in my vehicle, which has a suggested trade-in value of $2700 and a suggested sale value of $4700. They offered me $2000 and said it was the best they could do. This, while out on the lot they are selling a van nearly identical to mine for over $9000.Ridiculous. Ill take my business somewhere else.

Salesman Nathan was great to deal with. Unfortunately scheduled delivery was not on time. Delayed my plans because I bought accessories that supposedly were delayed because of late installer. Finance employee was 1500 dollars off on my price because he forgot a down payment. If I wouldnt have caught it, where would it be??

I would say in my honest opinion brand loyalty aside the customer service here is second to none weather you are buying or leasing a brand new vehicle or used vehicle ford or another brand name and weather its a 5000 dollar car or a 60,000 dollar car they treat every person very well and with respect, and its nice to deal with people that dont talk down to you or try to get you in a vehicle that you dont want

Unfortunately a place that is busy and usually booked a few days out, their quick lane is frustrating. A 2014 ford fusion headlight is beyond their capabilities, while DeWitt in Crivitz had it swapped out same day in under an hour while they took that long to tell me they couldnt do it and would have had to wait 4-5 days to schedule in the main shop.
I bought a 2014 Ford Fiesta in September (2016) and had a couple issues, and they took care of it without complaint or question. The sales and finance heads are awesome.
