Decent experience today at AutoZone. Stopped in for replacement taillight bulbs for my Harley Street Glide Special. Was searching for correct bulb, had to Google it. Overhead a lot of laughing and talking, but nobody stopped to see if I needed assistance. Cashier was friendly when I checked out. Ive had to change an alternater in their parking lot before.

Got in and out fast found what needed right away paid was out unless then 5 mins

Friendly service and staff, Cynthia is one of the best people Ive ever had help me figure out my car, she was so helpful and friendly and cleared up all of my confusion even showing me how my headlight assembly works. She went above and beyond by far!

I gave a 3 star rating only due to the fact that a part I picked up was defective and had to drive a significant distance to exchange it for one that wasnt. Now I understand that this store does not make car parts but the parts that they decide to carry are, at times, sub par. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue and it has made me take my business to other, more expensive, but more reliable parts sources.

Mike the manager at the Marion ohio store is the best professional salesman that I have ever dealt with, he always takes care of his customers

They were quick with the service and even helped install my battery I purchased. I wouldve given a 5 but I had some issues with checkout because the guy didnt hear me say I was going to do a split payment and it held me up an extra 5-10 minutes. Other than that they were spectacular!!

Im not sure whom hired the current employees but oh my. I stood in line for 15 minutes with not one single person in front of me. Had a part on hold. When the guy went to look for it he couldnt find it. He seemed as if he couldnt even use the computer. Took him forever to count my change back. Please help your employeesGet better.

AutoZone not too far from OReillys good place to go to get your parts easy to find things you want for your car or your truck if you cant find it ask for help theyll help you. In the last 15 years they got really good at getting you the right part the first time. The reason I say that it seems that my car always has two or three parts you can put on that car but only one would fit. and it always seems to be hard to get the right part the first time. The staff there are very knowledgeable very helpful and always smiling.

Listen, I know nothing about cars, but John was really nice to me, and didnt make me feel stupid whatsoever. He was rather enjoyable, and he answered all of my questions. I only went in for windshield wipers, but it was fast. All around a very nice experience!

Wait time is usually long. Have had many problems with parts here, they have been just a bit off to where they will not work on my old car. That could just be my car, not sure if others have the same issue. Most of the employees are very helpful. They also will install windshield wipers for free, free check engine light service. Free checks on batteries, alternators. Can rent tools there.

Dont use these guys much, mainly because when I do, they screw it up. I ordered a caliper wrong one. Come to find out, they cant even get the part. Theres a waste of 2 perfectly good days. Not the first time but most definitely the last.

Always have had great experiences at autozone but this store in particular made my day. There was a new employee working and I came in to do a equipment return and unfortunately she did not do her process right. The end result was me getting a overdraft fee through my bank because the amount wasnt returned ( the 50 bucks would of covered my gas bill). There is a silver lining in this situation. I calmely said I understand she was a new employee but I cannot afford a overdraft fee, what can we do? The top manager felt that I was right and so willing to help me out. Now nobody probably would of done this but they did because it seems like that store cares! They have a customer for life after that. Tip to them is to maybe have new employees learn how to do returns, the training process could be better for future reference!

Its ok when they get your part(s) right. Takes forever for them to get anything done, never enough help especially after 6:00pm. You can go to OREILLYS next door but they never seem to have any customers.
