Vince is honest and fair owner. He does great work and does it pretty fast. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else unless he recommends some place if he is to booked up to get my vehicle in. Great customer service also. If you havent taken your vehicle here before I highly recommend you do

Four times now Ive been to In-N-Out Automotive and they have been nothing but highly intelligent and fair. BEYOND impressed!!!!!!! Absolutely the best here. Kinda high price on certain things oil sensor and mass flow sensor they wanted 316 dollars to do it and they aint that hard to replace i down it in 30 minutes for just the price of parts 96 bucks lol

My daughters vehicle broke down on the interstate. They had good reviews on the internet, so I had them pick up the vehicle and make the repairs. Since we got the vehicle back, it has been leak oil very bad. We took it back 2 more times to get repaired correcting the oil leak it didnt have originally, and it still leaking oil very bad. I will take it to my auto repair shop to have it repaired properly. I dont think that after paying close to $1500, I should have to do this, but no recommendations from me. Go somewhere else.

My daughter kayla goes to graduate school at Wesleyan university. She called me saying she smelled gas in her car. I am an ex mechanic 2 and a half hours away. I called in and out and got her in wright away. Now they closed at 6 her class didnt end till after 5. They went from the engine to the gas tank and said there was no leaks witch I think she stepped in some fuel at the gas station and dragged it in to her car or shes starting it wrong. Ether way thanks much to the staff at in and out to put a father at ease. Will definitely have her take it back in the future. YOU GUYS ROCK!!, Thank You. Scott Michaels

Our car knowledge is limited to Car Talk episodes. When our head gasket blew and the quoted price was higher than what I saw online, and I asked why, the mechanic got defensive/irritable very quickly. Asked for a receipt/breakdown of the damaged items we needed to replace, something I thought reasonable for an expensive repair. Mechanic took my email address over phone and said she would send that over soon; never received it. Car was in shop for two whole weeks for a one-day job with parts that could be bought in Kokomo. Even if the machinist took a long time to file the bolts needed, more communication with us and urgency with the machinist––or a plan B machinist if A machinist is busy––would have been great. When this much money is involved we need to expect more patience, clarity, and transparency from a shop.

Out of town called took in right away. This place is awesome. Honest and very fair prices.

Great service and great people. Know the owner and you wont get treated better anyplace else... five stars.

Poor services mainley i made a apointment and was there for 8 hours even when i was there before some people later to discover they didnt even inspect my oil leak properly not to mention one of the owners employees took my truck for a joy ride and messed up the front end leaving me with both a damaged truck and a oil leak. They later over filled it but cost me 24 dollars for a light. Now i was out of a truck and had to get a new car which i payed for. I do not recommended this place to anyone. This man will cheat you either out of you car or try and take part out of it by scaming you out of your vehicle.THIS MAN PICKS DAMN FAVORITES

Had and appointment at 9 am had my vehicle there at 8:30 it sat there all damn day without even looking at it finally at 4 PM just took the damned keys and left. WORSE WAY TO DO BUSINESS ALL BECAUSE I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER I FEEL DISCRIMINATION WAS DONE THEY HAD ALL THIER FAV CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF ME WASNT RIGHT .
