At 9am my husband brought our car to Best One for an oil change. They said they’d call us when they were done. Around 2pm I called and asked if our service was completed. They said they hadn’t gotten to our car yet but they’d get our oil changed in between 3-5pm. I asked if my daughter was eligible to pick it up and they said it was allowed. I told them she’d come by before they close at 5. At 4:20 she arrived there and they told her they hadn’t gotten to our car yet, that there were six cars before ours. They gave us the option to either leave our car there overnight or bring it home, we chose the latter. This was my first experience here and I am dissatisfied with their poor time management.

Arrived 15 minutes prior to closing. They took my information for a tire repair. Upon further investigation, the tire was deemed un-repairable. I was shown my tire and they explained the importance of not using it. I was quoted a new tire at a reasonable price. I was out the door with a new tire in no time.

Service was a little slow but, the place was busy busy. Every employee encountered was very pleasant and beyond helpful. When I dropped my car off they immediately offered me transport home. My car rides like a dream and my brakes are in proper working order. A big thank you to Cliff and Dustin! They are a true credit to this local business 👏

I had an appointment for 1030 a.m. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment. It was 5 minutes before 11 and my car still hadnt been pulled in a bay for the oil change and tire rotation. But I gave them 5 stars because I let Cliff know I had another appointment somewhere else at noon and he told one of the other guys and they immediately pulled my car in and started working on it! They were so nice and accommodating and did a great job on my car! I would recommend this place!

This place is great. Ive had 4 Mastercraft tires put on my truck and 4 Mastercraft tires put on my car here. Great customer service. Sometimes a little on the long wait side, but worth the quality of work.

I had scheduled an appointment at 9:00 am a couple of weeks in advance. The customer service exceeded their standards. The actual work being done took a little longer than it should have. I watched the techs doing the work & noticed a lot of chatting between the technicians. I received a rotate & balance that normally would take between 30-45 minutes. With a scheduled appointment I didn’t leave the place until 10:30. I understand & accept the thoroughness that was used & all protocols taken while doing the job. I just believe it could’ve been a bit more speedy than it was. I will definitely use them again & would recommend BestOne to anyone.

Blew out a tire on the interstate and these guys helped us get back out and moving in no time. Kind and speedy service.

Replacement headlight should be an easy job. I was greeted promptly upon arrival. I was told 1/2 hr. When I checked their progress, they were starting to disassemble the front of my car. Yikes! The guys at the front desk had to stop this. They finally got it right and had me in my way.

Best One really went above and beyond for me. I brought my car in because my tire had blown out and I needed a new one. Not only did they change my tires they also noticed that I had a wheel baring that was going bad and notified me. Of course I went ahead and had them fix that too. My car now drives better than when I first got it. If all my trash was not still in the floor board I’d be concerned that they swapped my car out with a better one. I am forever a Best One customer.

Some prices on service seem a little steep but they fixed a tractor tire for me for a good price and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great people that work there and do quality work just got my oil change with a synthetic blend and got my tires balanced and rotated and was able to drop off night before and pick up after work and even pay over phone cause I worked later than they closed.

James is the best. They offer a Military discount as well but be sure and ask. They are fair and will work with you if you ask. I think the owner is set on staying several cuts above the rest.

Didnt go there

I am extremely disappointed. I made a 10:30 appointment a week out and they still took an hour and a half to get my truck into the shop. I waited 2 and half hours there! They did not even say there would be a delay or that there were issues so I could of came in later or walked someplace. Very disappointed. I have had a good experience with Best One before, just never a good experience with the one in Marion.

I was ill and they came and got my vehicle did the maintenance and repairs and returned my vehicle back to me. They were very thorough and kind and I will continue to use them for any repairs I need in the future!

I was traveling for a funeral and my brake line crimped.I came in close to closing time.They got me right in and serviced my vehicle anyway.They didnt overcharge me like a lot of people do.I was totally impressed by the great customer service.I am truly grateful for them.

Ordered a tire for my lawnmower that turned out to be the wrong size. Had the correct size the next business day. The manager came out to my truck and took the rim into the service area and after he had the tire replaced, he called me at home and when I got back to the store, he brought the rim and new tire out to me so I would not have to enter the building. I had explained to him that I had been quarantined and didnt want to come inside.I would recommend this facility based upon the service quality I received. The manager was very nice throughout my entire experience. Great service !!!

I dropped wheels and tires off at 9:30 am. At 4:30pm they had not started on them. I had also left a trailer wheel and tire to be mounted. Saturday morning went to pick them up and truck tires were mounted. I was told that the trailer rim was a 15 inch and the 14inch tire would not work. I took it home and checked things out. Then I mounted the trailer tire myself in my barn floor with a couple big screwdrivers. The only good thing about the whole experience was the price they gave me on 4 tires for my truck. Use your own judgement on How many stars you would give this experience.

Best One in Marion has it all! Ive always been greeted professionally and treated with respect, even with my unusual requests. I appreciate the quality of care given to me AND my vehicles!

Worked with James and it was a great experience!Made the appointment Monday, had tires Tuesday.They forgot to call me when the service was done, but James stayed past closing to make sure I wasnt without my vehicle any longer than necessary.Price was competitive compared to other tire shops (by about $60).Id definitely take my service here again!

Fiance came through a while back and dealt with CLIFF GURLEY. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Lied to her saying she needed things she didnt. Will definitely not be back. Also please consider hiring someone that does not fit the description of a drug addict. For the image of your business, it would be best. He has no teeth and we all know the reasoning behind that.

Good prices, friendly staff, average wait time. One time they were 35 min past estimated wait time no problem. they are usually close. They take your phone number when you make a purchase and then randomly text you promotional information. I do not like this at all. Way to aggressive. They would have had a four star.

Did a great job

Called for an outservice tire change told me theyll be there in 2 hours called back 3 hrs later said itll be another hour valled back 2 hrs later to cancel had to call another shop to put a tire on.
