No one in office, mechanic came up to help then when asked nicely why car had been there for 4 days and not looked at he got aggressive started to to intermediate and yelled at the customer well the one who would finance cost which is me so no I would never say go their ever. Dont know if there just trying to get more money now. If thats how you are going to act as a business.

Honda SUV alternator repair.Friendly! Turn around time was good! Cost was fair!My only concern was not getting a full diagnosis for my dash lights that are still on. As a mom hauling 4, that would have given me peace of mind. With that being said I do understand the this is a very popular and busy repair shop for good reason.Its difficult to find a reliable repair shop. Hopefully I wont have to visit again soon, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

ZERO stars really, but I don t have that option. Stay away. This place USED to be great, but they no longer seem to care if they help or not. Phone calls not returned. A friends car sat there two weeks and he could never get return phone calls to find out what was happening (and this was him returning it to have them fix again something they didnt fix correctly in the first place). He is taking it away and will go somewhere that will actually care about customer service. I had recommended this place to him and another person, and unfortunately both had the same bad experience. Its too bad as it was a good place in the past.

They have had my car for a lil over a week telling me different things different days... its frustrating!! I understand parts have to be ordered and properly put in but called today after he said for sure gonna have it fixed today the shop getting ready to close and he out test driving another car I swear if he says tomorrow one more time and its actually not the next day Im gonna be upset just say Im unsure telling me something and than it not stand is ugh
