Ive posted about Watermark Nissan (formerly Nissan of Marion) before.The Service Department always provides me with 5-star service.Making an appointment is as easy as a phone call. Staff is always welcoming. Steve, Josh, and Tyler listen to my concerns, look up any possible recalls, and are able to tell me what service Im due for in no time. (I think theres a new gentleman up front. Tim is his name, I believe. Also very friendly, although Ive only seen him there a couple of times but havent dealt with him directly.)If a service is recommended, they discuss it with me but dont force me to do anything. If a service is a necessity or a safety concern, they address it with me and we proceed as appropriate for my schedule, my financial needs, and/or the immediacy of the issue.The guys in the garage do great work and I have never had a complaint with the service Ive received.Like I said, 5-star service every time. I recommend them to anyone.

The kindness and hospitality of this business is unmatched! My family needed to charge our ev vehicle, and we were welcomed to wait inside while we waited. They gave us water and snacks. Unbelievable how lovely everyone here was!

Watermark Nissan in Marion is the best dealership Ive ever bought a car from. They didnt pressure us and they allowed us to take an extended test drive with both cars we were considering. We got a Rogue, and really like the car. The service department has also been exceptional. If youre looking for a car stop by Watermark Nissan.
