The sales lady Donna was super nice, informative and not pushy. Damion the delivery guy was extremely nice, professional and when my adjustable base did not work, the warehouse manager was here in about 10 minutes to replace my power unit and told me to call if I had any issues and he would absolutely take care of me. I have always purchased my beds from Lebeda and I have never been disappointed.

I realized this morning after another back ache, that my 15 year old mattress needed to be replaced. I had heard of Lebeda before, and that it was a local company that serves many states. It’s a Sunday, and they were open. The store is large, clean, and full of mattresses. The saleswoman, Cindy, was so knowledgeable and asked me about my specific needs. She explained how coils, height, and natural fibers on the covers, work. I found exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I thought it might be weeks before the mattress would be delivered, but it will be here Wednesday! And, they do take your old mattress away, if needed. They sell from their own US made factory, so no middleman,, and you get a great warranty package. Lebeda is awesome! Ask for Cindy!!

The service was very quick once Cindy started waiting on us. We werent greeted when we entered the store so we were going to document what we wanted and call later to place our order because we were in a hurry. Overall, the experience was very good at the store.

This had to be the easiest process I have ever gone through to buy a bed. It helps that I knew exactly what I wanted, but everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly & answered any questions I had. My bed was delivered (even a few minutes early) and the guys that set it up were very quick, efficient and friendly. They even took their shoes off to avoid soiling my freshly cleaned carpets. My experience was great. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient as I tried many different mattresses. She was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I found the financing option process easy and the payment plan fit into my budget. Would highly recommend if youre looking for a good durable long lasting mattress you need to check out this Lebeda Mattress Factory store.The delivery guys, Mike and Tom, were a couple of awesome dudes... They called to let me know when they would be able to deliver my mattress, but I could not leave work to meet them. They went ahead and finished their other deliveries and made my spot their last stop. We arrived around the same time. I had outdoor furniture in the way of getting in the house, and they moved the furniture for me and when we were done they put everything back the way it was... Very careful when bringing in the mattress and box springs. Took their time when putting things together as well as when they took out my old bed. Friendly knowledgable guys... Cleaned up after themselves leaving me to enjoy my new mattress and make the bed... Thanks again guys!!!!!

Love our mattress, pricey but worth it.

We have never been to Lebeda before. We thought we would start there on our mattress seeking journey. Cindy Pegump was the salesperson that guided us through the process. Wow, she was so helpful, very knowledge. She left us alone after she listen to what we wanted and showed us several options. We selected an awesome one. We love that is made right here locally.Definitely a nice experience.

UPDATED to 4 star: Lebeda reached out to me personally and I spoke to Tom about my experience. I would definitely go back and try to talk about mattresses there. I did find out they carry several styles and typically custom make them! Thank you Tom for the call and it was a pleasure talking to you.Original 1 star review.Went in and was not greeted. Made my way around the mattresses which were all springy old school mattresses (or seemed that way) and in the 15-20 min I was there never had anyone make contact with me. I left and moved onto the next bed store.

Very knowledgeable sales person. She gave us enough information to make wgat we feel is a good buy for us. She didnt show us the cheapest in store or the most expensive either. Other places will do that to try to upsell their beds. Not pushy. Very important point there. Most sales people get pushy and kind of demanding that you decide right then. She understood that it is a lot of money and that we needed a minute or two to think about it. We will return in 20 years if this bed gives out. We have a 15 year warranty....pretty sure the bed will outlast that by far. Prices to match almost any income. Sales staff that know about beds. They make the bed the day before they deliver. What more can you ask for? Very happy!

Also claim to be the only company to make flippable mattresses.....Not true in fact Midwest Mattress across from best buy make them right here in Iowa at a way better price!! Dont waste your time here!

We just moved into a new house, and needed a bed for our guest room. My husband saw a Lebeda advertisement on TV, so I did some research online, and found a great sale. When I went into the store in June to ask about the sale, Donna explained that it had actually ended in May. However, she immediately said she would give me the same deal, and didnt try to pressure me into buying something more expensive. I ordered the bed, and was told I would get a call to schedule the delivery time. Just as I was told, I got the call, and Mike and Tom delivered the bed two days after Id ordered it. They were a little ahead of schedule on the day of delivery, so Mike called first to make sure it was okay to come at that time. Mike and Tom were both very friendly, and did a great job setting the bed up. I have never had such a hassle-free shopping experience! Thanks, Lebeda!

Really disappointed by the employee who took my call. It didn’t seem like she really wanted to help me and she kept saying she was too busy and there were customers waiting. I called to ask about sizing of sheets, nothing that should take a long time.

Would like to thank the delivery drivers Craig and Bill for their awsome service. The foot board was not touching the floor. My wife said if it doesnt rest on the floor I dont want it. Instead taking it off and saying ok, they went to the truck and got a different bracket and made it work. Awsome customer service gentlemen. Instead of taking the easy way out they took the time to make sure we were happy with it. You dont find good customer service like that anymore far and few in between. Thanks again guys.

Yesterday was my 3rd mattress purchase from Lebeda in Marion. When the bed is delivered, we always have a break down in communiction about what was discussed at the store and what shows on the delivery slip. Last time it was regarding the frame. This time it was regarding hauling the old bed away. Normally this would be frustrating, but Lebedas delivery guys (Darnell and Mike) are awesome. They always make it right, always on time, super nice and work quickly and efficently. Mike actually helped make the bed in the factory the day before, delivered it and set it up for us. Darnell is a machine. These mattresses must weigh 200 lbs, and he picks it up and carries it by himself like it weighs nothing. Incredible! It goes without saying, these mattresses are the best...but the people representing your company make your business GREAT! Thank you gentlemen for being the best part of Lebeda.

I bought a frame, box spring and mattress that totalled up to $1500. Was told that it would take 2-4 weeks. Still dont have it and it has been a month. I delt with Cindy and she was really bad with customer service
