My wife and I upgraded our car back in October and we had nothing but problems from the start. Within the first 2 weeks the alternator went out on it. This didnt bother me as I know that these things happen with used cars. I will admit the alternator was not brand new but we had it tested and it was good. It lasted about a week and then the same thing happened. So we fixed it. This happened 4 more times and on the last 1 we had a brand new 1 put in by their mechanic. I told them that I didnt think it was the alternator, Im not a mechanic but, duh. The mechanic tested it and said its the alternator so, they put in the brand new 1. Same thing 3 weeks later so, I took it to the dealership and they had it fixed in a half hr. I guess there was a lose wire going from the battery to the alternator. Anyway, during all of this my wife lost a very good job due to attendance so now I have to pay everything and these guys litteraly harass and threaten us over a payment being 1 day late. Its in the contract they say. I say have a little bit of decency and humility as a human being. Also during this time we asked if we could let the car go back. They said if we did that they would take it to auction and Sue us for the rest. Wow, what a company. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to get a car there. Sincerely Don Large ( Marion Ohio)

Want to repo a car I’ve put thousands into already for 3 day late payment... that’s not even the worst part about them either. Everyone in the store is disgustingly rude especially the tall male with tattoos and also the brunette woman. They have no interest in good customer service and they will not work with you at all if something inconvenient happens, even if you stay in touch with them and explain what’s going on.. they simply do not care. The people in the store are so rude sometimes I don’t even wanna go into the store to make my payment I’d rather drop it in the drop box then be around their negative energy. Please go look somewhere else for a car.

NEVER EVER GO HERE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND HORRIBLE VEHICLES! THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 10 TIMES MORE THAN WHAT THE VEHICLE IS WORTH! THEN THE CAR YOU GET WILL BREAK DOWN SOON AFTER! WHEN YOU RETURN YOUR VEHICLE TO GET WHATEVER BROKE, FIXED THEY MAKE YOU GET ANOTHER LOAN TO FIX IT! IF YOU DONT DO SO YOU ARE OUT OF A VEHICLE AND STILL HAVE TO PAY ON THE DAMN VEHICLE THAT DOES NOT WORK!

Ive had a car through them for almost 2 years and Ive always paid extra and my car will be paid off in January. Ive also sold 7 cars for them. My payment is due every Friday. I was 1 DAY late on my payment and they came and repoed my car.. I will never send someone to them.

Worst place ever to get a car! 3 days late and they want to come get it. After already paying 6000 into the car. Come banging in my door like its the Police! SMH!
