The appointment was easy to schedule. Check in took very little time. Service was prompt and within the time range I expected. The waiting area was comfortable and had amazing coffee. My service advisor came to me in the waiting area, informed me about additional recommendations, and provided a clear price for them. Out of the three Hyundai dealerships/service departments that I have dealt with, this one is superior.
I had a driver fall asleep and cross the centerline and sideswipe me. My car was totalled, I stopped by here, and ended up buying a new car. Michelle Laird was my salesperson, she was great, the finance officer was great to work with as well. I would recommend this place to my own family.

I got my first oil change today and a few other services since I purchased my Hyundai Elantra in April. I made the appointment online, about a week in advanced and there were plenty of openings to choose from. Once I got there, they were quick to check me in and took my car to the shop as soon as I got there! Super quick the whole time was maybe 45minutes top. Checking out was super quick and easy and the provide a nice trustworthy guide of all the completed work and other recommendations. I would definitely recommend their quick and easy services.

I have purchased my past two brand new cars from them! I absolutely love my Elantras, extremely, extremely reliable cars. The only brand new cars I have owned. You can count on Watermark for their integrity in sales and service. No hassle. No mess. Service department is exceptional. One stop shop! Tires are reasonable. And, if you lock your keys in your car or have a flat the Watermark Ford Roadside Assistance is also top notch. I have had to call them twice in the past 6 years. Once because I hit a curb and blew out a front tire, the other I locked myself out of the car. They were there within 30 minutes, had me laughing, taken care of, and on my way very quickly.. 5 minutes one time, 30 on the flat. As a single mother of two and not a motorhead lol, Watermark Hyundai of Marion has proven to be very trustworthy and I wont go anywhere else. So, thankful I have found them. :) Integrity is everything. And, taking care of your people. I appreciate all they do!
One of the things I hate most about dealing with dealerships is the pushy and untrustworthy sales guys that only care about milking you for every penny they can. Or they treat you like a pest if you ask more than two questions. I found Watermark online while searching for a Hyundai Palisade. They were the only ones that had the color I wanted. I sent them a message through Facebook messenger around 10 or 11pm and actually received a response from TJ! I asked a few questions and he answered all of them. Im slow to make decisions, especially big buying decisions like a new luxury vehicle. TJ never once pressured me or treated me like a nuisance. I ask a LOT of questions and he answered them all. If he didnt have the answer to a question he would find one and get back to me. AND he kept all of his promises. It took me a little over a week to finally make what felt like a well informed decision. TJ was very flexible and did his best to get me the best deal possible. John, the finance guy, was even able to beat Hyundais rate! We drove 3 hours to get our Palisade and the buying process was quick and smooth. No surprises and the car was in prestine condition and parked in the shade, waiting for us. Watermark also offers something called a Warranty Forever that covers the power train on your vehicle for the entire time you own the car, no matter how many years or miles. We also received 3 years of free oil changes and tire rotations plus 3 years of Blue Link, which allows us to control and monitor our car from our phones. Oh, and they also sell their cars at MSRP and wont charge you ridiculous dealer fees! A few days later I received a text from TJ asking if we were enjoying our new suv. He didnt even ask me to leave this review! I just felt compelled to because of the amazing buying experience we had. Hats off to Watermark for being awesome. Highly recommended! Ask for TJ!
Danny did a fantastic job helping me look for cars a few weeks ago. I ended up deciding that it wasnt the right time to buy but never felt pressured or overwhelmed. Everyone was very personable and understanding. 10/10, will definitely be back to buy from Danny when Im ready.

We were very happy with our experience here. The sales person, Michelle, was great. She was knowledgeable and answered questions and helped us, but didnt call and harrass us while we were deciding what we wanted, unlike a lot of other sales people we worked with. They were a bit pushy about supplemental insurance and such at the end when we went to purchase the car, but otherwise great. Very attractive dealership inside, as well.

Watermark is by far one of the best dealerships Ive worked with when buying a car. Ive had dealerships tell me before that theyre no pressure salesman but the people here really did provide a relaxed environment to decide on a car. TJ was my salesman and he was very friendly and helpful the entire time, not once did I feel as though he pushed me to purchase right then and there. I was happy to give him my business, and happy with my sonata that I ended up picking out while there. In fact the whole place and everyone I met was more professional and friendly than Im used to at a dealership. Their service center is the same way! My mom borrowed my car and took it in for a key fob battery and oil change and the service tech was waiting for her outside when she pulled up, no waiting and 1st class service! Thanks guys!

They did not have my appointment on their schedule. They could not get to my car for a week. They did not have a loaner for me and I drove 2 hours to get there. I also broke down on the way there. They were totally uncooperative.
I was very disappointed. I purchased a Hyundai 2016 in Aug of 2015. I recently received a letter in the mail for what seemed like a good offer. So my husband and I made an appointment with Pam to view the new Elantra. Pam invited us in while she retrieved the keys to a car. She than asked us in her office, where she worked up a deal, that did not match the offer we received. After spending an hour and half. We never even got to see the inside of the car. She never got the keys as promised. She was more worried about the payoff on my current car and what I was willing to pay, than letting me see what she expected me to purchase. I felt bullied and pressured, for this reason and the fact that the trade in value % of this car was the lowest of any other new vehicle Ive purchased (and Ive owned a Fiat) I will never do business with them again.

You guys done a great job. I also appreciate your honesty and integrity (which is hard to find these days). I came in for a transmission tempurature sensor error code and hard shifting issue. I thought I would go ahead and have the transmission flushed in addition. Found out that this was alao fell under the warranty for the problem I brought it in for originally. Most other shops would of taken advantage and charged me for the flush service. Watermark Group took an assertive stand to inform me that it was part of the warranty and saved me $$$!!! Bravo to your service department! Mike Absher says to give Watermark a try, you wont be disappointed. Thats an understatement, I am very pleased.
