They never called to update us on the status of the vehicle. I had to call and found out that one of the parts was on back order. Then the part came in and the mechanic went on vacation. He went on vacation because he thought the part wouldnt come in. At least that is what I was told. Then the mechanic put on the service ticket that he suspected the vehicle had been towing too much weight because of the hitch that was on it. that truck has never hauled anything. The hitch was from our old truck and we just put it on there when we traded it out. I dont appreciate the fact that he didnt call to find out he just puts it on the service ticket. I had to call every time for an update. No one ever called me until the vehicle was finally finished.

I brought my car in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated and my alignment checked. It took them 4 hours to service my car. Then came back and said I had 2 tires in the front with broken belts and are trying to charge me $478.00. There is nothing wrong g with my tires, there was no vibration or any tell tell signs of the belts being broken.I took my car to a different dealership and my tires were fine.

We worked with Johnny when my cars breaks siezed up and because it would habe cost more to fix it than it was worth, we figured out it would be better to just get a new one. He worked with us through the entire process and helped us get the best deal possible. Okay so December 20th of 2016 my boyfriend went into Barry bunkers and got a loan on a car 2 days later they call him and tell him he has to bring the car back because his credit wasnt good enough well how are you going to let someone drive off the car lot if his credit was never checked so then they said he need a co-signer so I went in and I put my name on the title is what they told me a year ago we had broke up but everything was registered in his name not a problem September of 2018 he would not re-register the car in his name so then I try to go to the license branch and re-register it in my name and they said his name was only on the title so then I called Barry bunker and I spoke with the rudest ladies in the world three different ladies I spoke with and they was all rude saying it wasnt their fault but then they had a work order right in front of them stating that they was exposed to have the title sent back so it can be fixed!! But then again not their fault I said so what would you like me to do pretend like I worked at Barry bunker and do your guyss paperwork so this took place September of 2018 I spoke with everybody I possibly could at that place and nobody wanted to help me like it was my fault the title didnt get put in my name so then someone told me to talk to Barry bunker himself so I called in there and he told me to go to Kim Davis and she would be able to help me out and resolve the issue that day I went in there and it was one of the girl that got rude with me so of course she said I done told you I did not have your title okay well can I speak to Barry bunker himself and then she went to call me some psycho when she called him on the phone!! Then he has the nerve to say everybody was a little upset well for one you guys work there and you deal with customer service all the time if you dont want to fix the problem you dont call people names thats bad for business so now Im going trade my car into a different car dealership I will never do business with them again.. So I made a 288.00 car payment for for 8 months and could not drive the car!! So Berry gave me a paper plate on May14th I wish I would of know to call him befor!! Im really lost for words why the girls would not do there job then berry bunker said none of them wanted to take blame!! Never once did any one of those girls apologize!! Evan thow I did a hundred times!! So I will never go back after I trade in my car
