Amazing customer service! Employees went out of their way, and stayed late to help us. They listened to concerns, and they were super friendly. On our way home with our new car we encountered a shuttering issue when getting up to speed. We called back and they had no issue helping us. They test drove it again with us and listened to what we thought the issue was. They took care of our parts immediately and stayed late after to get it fixed. No charge on us. Not to mention they were honest with us, and they genuinely knew about the car they were selling us. We got a good deal. Well be back. We purchased a 2010 Prius from Kroll Auto yesterday. We so appreciate the way they sell cars. Oh my word! NO PRESSURE! Glen didnt go back and forth between us and his manager to negotiate a price. They set their price as low as they can so we didnt have to haggle. Indeed, they were within the good to great deal price range on car gurus for the cars we were interested in. This car is pristine clean for a used car, low mileage, one or two owners. (BTW-THEY dont buy cars that smokers have owned!) We are so satisfied with our experience at Kroll Auto. While we were filling out paperwork, I asked Glenn where they get their cars, how they know if Its a decent vehicle, and a number of other questions. He had ready answers for all my questions, and Adam, the owner, filled in with supplemental info I didnt know to ask. It may be a small company, but they are going to do well. We highly recommend Kroll Auto Sales! We are not related to anyone at this business. We found them on Car Gurus.

AFFORDABLE AND RESPECTFUL. When my wife and I got there and went inside I got greeted with a smile and a hand shake. They both asked how we were doing. They listened to what I had to say on what I would like and could afford. They said I have the right one for you 2005 Ford f150. I fell in love with it, the truck is very clean and drives nice. I was looking around and all the vehicles in the lot were very clean looking. I did not find anything wrong with the Ford so now its in my drive way! thank you both for very good service. Never once tried to go above our budget and they were very real when discussing vehicles, pricing and work theyve done to vehicles. They have an amazing warranty and offer oil changes routinely for approx $15. This is a place I will return to in the future!

I had been researching used Suburbans for over a year and found the perfect one at KROLL Auto Sales! When I followed up the online ad with a socially distant in person (masked) visit to the dealership, I discovered the vehicle to be immaculate! These gentlemen know how to buy quality used vehicles! I was expecting the price to be close to the KBB value due to the great condition of the vehicle but was pleasantly surprised to learn that the asking price was substantially lower. Glenn graciously allowed me to take the vehicle to my mechanic for a complete inspection. The vehicle was as good mechanically as it looked so I am now the happy owner of my first Suburban!! I randomly stopped by and ended up test driving a GMC Terrain. I ended up loving it and bought it two days later. Glen was the sales guy I worked with. Adam and Glenn are the bomb! I found my new to me vehicle on line. Adam promptly responded. I arrived for my 11 am appointment. They were professional and asked a few questions. They pulled the car right up. Copied my licence and I was on my test drive in under 5 minutes. Car was clean and well maintained. While I drove, their mechanic evaluated my trade in. When I got back, they offered a fair trade in amount. I drove to the bank to finalize the loan and got them a check. In all this process took about an hour thirty. A year ago I had thouhht about doing what I did today with a major dealer in town. I spent an hour and thirty or longer and never even got to test drive a single vehicle.Kroll treated me with respect, including respecting my time.
