I had checked out the onlines page to find out if the store was closed or not and it says it is 24 hours so I had to walk a ways away from them but I went anyway to find out the store was closed,I think they are pretty much the last store I ever go to due to the disgusting cleanliness and the stench not to mention the lazy people who are supposed to help you with information on products and they cant even get on the computer and change the hours,.... Pitiful... Just proves the reviews right.... I will not be back.

Honestly this place needs a lift, poor lighting and really run down.

There are no restrooms available to the public there should be restrooms available to the public because Caseys has restrooms available to the public and quixtar has restrooms available to the public sodas BP so to us this gas station is lower than low

I’m only giving this store 1 star because it forces me too! Store is dirty! Fountain machines appear to have not been cleaned in quite some time, Nats all around the general area! Store has an almost mold like smell! I will not be back! Hot dog roller machine has Also been broken for quite some time now!

Casher refuse to let customers use there Restroom, wouldnt goes there to use there Restroom

Usually a great customer service experience. Small inside, very very tight parking as well as horrible gas pump parking. But overall nice store

I would put 0 stars but it wont let me!! Iwent in a little after 6pm on a sunday. There was no employees to be found. Another customer walks in as I head to register, I waited 3 min and no one showed up. Then I went to look for an employee. I went into their back room and heard music coming from bathroom..after beating on the bathroom door for several moments he finally opened it and looked at me like I was crazy. We went to register, he rang up my stuff. I asked for a receipt as I accepted the price, my items still not bagged so I asked for a bag. He then tells me he had too give me a bag as my transaction went through. I said no iowa dont have that rule, that why I asked for a bag. He opens the bag with attitude and looks at me. I put my items in a bag and ask for my receipt. As I reach for it he get more of an attitude, I said may I have my receipt and tells he me no, I said oh okay...after the 15 min Ive spent in this store, not walking out with products, tracking down an employee, asking for a bag then being denied receipt..I said a few choice words and walked out!! This is why I stopped shopping here 4 years ago and now I will never walk in to a fasfuel, roadranger or any store that looks like they were once one!!

This store has went down hill. I used to go here at least twice a day. Today was the last day I will be going here. For the last month, everyday I have went here to get something, they have been out of it. The store is dirty. They seem to want to converse more to each other than wait on the customers standing in line.

Since when does your station not break $100 dollar bills? Wow. You do know theres a way to see of its real or not? It was real but you lost a customer.

Since changing over to Fas Fuel, service has went down. Last three times I went in, Ive had to wait due to unresponsive and insensitive cashiers. Tonight, the attendant was more involved in filling the beer fridge rather than take two seconds to take my money for my gas. So, I opted to use my credit card, then get a receipt at the pump. Only to get a message Cashier has receipt! Forcing me to go back in likely because the receipt paper roll wasnt refilled at the pump?!Interestingly, I searched online for a more effective and private option to log my complaints, & didnt find a local or corporate office to contact. Not to mention, no Facebook page. Even the company doesnt seem to want to reach out to improve customer relations.

Could not even get fuel as you have to pull into the pump and as 90 percent of cars today gas is on the right so yeah go if you want but this place sucks.
