Store well stocked and orderly. Employees were engaging and friendly. Pizza was decent. Property and facilities were clean; no trash strewn about. Shower was clean with ample hot water.Minus one star for allowing trucks to park anywhere they please; blocking ones in a designated spot from leaving. More of a pet peeve of mine that some non-driving reprobates think they’re more important than everyone else.

Truck parking is okay and easy enough space to back in.,but wasrooms seats are old and very dirty., probably their staff is not taking care of cleanliness.,the seats were dirty and there were no toilet papers in 2-3 of their washrooms..

If your going to be in a industry where you cater to Truck Drivers and travelers then you should provide all amenities 24 hours a day 365 days a year! Having NO food available after 10 or 11pm is not good customer service! Professional drivers dont just shut down after those times nor do we have the luxury of trying to hunt down a store that will have food after stopping at this location! Nor do we have vehicles we can just whip thru a drive thru or some other type of city store. Please Pilot step up your game on making sure all aspects in your industry are covered!!! No wonder other truck stops are so crowded compared to what I see at your locations!! Its sad really!

Its a big convenience store as compared to most truck stop. It does have a subway. I like the sandwiches from the pilot better. They do have a good selection of drinks and snacks. The showers are decent they were clean. They were spacious. Enough room to move around in. The water was hot. They were sort of high. paid $35 for three sandwiches, three bags of chips, a couple sodas, a candy bar and a cup of coffee. Although the food was good.

Bathrooms were decent, but all toilet paper was almost empty and I had to reach in to unroll the top roll. The paper towel dispensers were also broken and they had one torn open so you could unroll the sheets and rip them, but youd have to touch the next part of the roll to rip it. There was also a strange young man loitering in the hallway near the bathrooms which made me feel uneasy with the kids. Large selection in store if thats what your needing. The lot is RV friendly with lots of exits and easy to pull up to pumps for people with campers/ trailers needing to fuel too.**Update: stopped again 2 weeks later and the paper towel holders were still broken (1 worked) but there were more paper towels avaliable on the counter for customers. All toilet paper was full and everything was much cleaner this time! Great improvement!

This location was by far one of the worst experience in Pilots that I have, I have to admit the front desk lady was very professional and polite, but there were no other employees to clean the showers, no available hot food and the Subway employee was extremely rude, this employee was not wearing mask dealing with food, during this pandemic, I could not understand why the front counter employee was responsible with mask but, The Subway employee was not dealing with food, additional training is a must at this Subway location this happen at aproxímate 5:00am on May 5th 2021. Supervisors please give additional training to your Subway employee, and help her understand why are mask required specially in the food industry please see camera and you will see why of my complaint.

The worst customer service. They dont care about you. I got my money stolen there in front of the manager and she says it is not her responsibility and she wont do anything to retrieve it. It is not safe to stop there. If you are travelling or need gas, go somewhere else

Its too cold outside, and ice is on the ground. I couldnt get out of my car without getting this horrible dirty parking lot ice in my shoes. Its 2021 and you think these people who work here could clean up this mess, but they dont care. They dont care if my shoes are ruined, and treat people like our comfort is an inconvenience to there convenience store. I deserve much better treatment than this disgusting trash lot. Get rid of your snow in the parking lot you sick horrible person.

Prime parking sells out quickly in the evening.They are all over parking in prime spots, but not a single thing to control parking in the drive through areas. Trucks are parked 3 deep between the rows of marked parking areas the back row of trucks are blocked in . Maybe getting across the street overflow parking or send out a manager to stop the parking that blocks the marked sights

Hands-down best coffee on the highway!!!!!!! Pilot is my number one go to for my coffee. Watch out for the Cinnabon’s 🤪yummy. Clean restrooms, parking lot is lit up well.

Very rude and lazy stuff, a specially manager. waited shower about 30 min. meanwhile there was 4 used showers, but 4 emploees just stand and talked.

Stopped at 4 Pilots between SC and IL and each one was fantastic! Nice, clean and plenty of snacks, drinks and dining. I was very impressed and will stop at anyone I see for a quick refuel! I really dont think youll be disappointed.

Pilot stations are always easily accessible and convenient. Always clean and have courteous staff members eager to help you. The fuel pumps quickly so you can get back on the road to your destination faster. Ill be traveling and stopping in again soon.

Auto pumps are always full. Normally, a line of waiting cars. Place has a dog park which is nice and a big area of grass to walk your pet. Inside facilities are nice. Place is clean.

This is one of my favorite Pilot truck stops. It is always clean. The coffee is always fresh. The people are always friendly. I dont have as much parking as I wish they had but they have quite a bit. Always one of the places that I make a point to stop at when Im on I-57

Definitely the best location I have ever visited. Great customer service. Kind, courteous, available. Spoke to me when arriving and wished me safe travel when leaving. Rare location

Shower was poorly lit which made it difficult to shave. Towel hook was missing. Apparently there is no heat because the room was cold. The water was warm and had plenty of pressure. Store was adequate.

Its pretty bad! Well the parking situation is. Guy got stuck across the street warning it has alot of holes and this is not the pilot just another place across the street

The cashiers here are so friendly and helpful. The store is spotless inside and outside and so are the bathrooms and showers. Fresh cooked pizza was hot & ready. Nice selection of fully stocked shelves. About 6 open spots for trucks on Sunday @4:21 pm. Overall excellent experience. Subway inside also, I didnt visit but it looked pretty clean in there as well.

Very nice place to stop for gas and stretch your legs. After driving for hours, this was a welcome stop. We usually never drive long distances. But this time we had a 17hr trip one way. The restroom was clean, a real plus.

Pilot is always a good choice when traveling. The gas prices are always competitive. If you just want gas, its easy in and out. They usually have a franchise fast food restaurant as part of their building. There is a convenience store with all the needs of a traveler. The restrooms are usually clean and kept stocked with paper towels and liquid soap. They also have air hand dryers. They have a great selection of coffee drinks and sodas. The cooler is also stocked with a variety of drinks and cold food. Some location have fresh fruit.

Excellent. Clean bathrooms. And the subway staff member who took our order gave us a heads up on an accident on I57 northbound that had major backups, provided us with an alternate route. VERY helpful.

Store was clean and nice. Trucks do not pull forward after fueling. I saw one driver grab his shower bag and go inside while still at a pump. Parking is an absolute joke! Park in the front row if possible otherwise you will be blocked in because they park 3 wide in between the 2 rows of legal spots and you will have to wake up 9 truck drivers and make them move so you can leave.

The worker at the subway was completely unprofessional and lazy when it came to making my sandwich. She also was aggressive and combative with me when I described what vegetables I wanted on my sandwich to the point where another employee had to step in and take over and send her away. I believe her name tag was Michelle. She was rude from the get go and very obtrusive. I frequent this establishment on my route. This subway needs to do something with this employee. Every other Pilot I’ve used I’ve had no problems.

Pilot / Flying J is always good. Food, fuel, showers and a safe comfortable atmosphere. Nice people thatll help if needed. Top shelf place. Great job pilot ! Keep up the good work ! Commercial drivers are noticing and like what you do !

More than likely the worst smelling parking lot. Reeks of urine. The animals out here think its perfectly normal to pour bottles and cups of piss onto the ground.Employees dont use masks (properly) or refuse entry to people not wearing them, even though there is signs all over saying they must be worn

I stop here regularly on my way to work. Usually its pretty easy to get in and out of. Appears to be clean and have enough staff to take care of whatever. They typically have fresh salads and fruit at checkout for easy finding. Ive never had an issue with this Pilot. And certainly easy to get to off the interstate.

Nice truck stop. Friendly and fast service. One thing I love about loves truck stops, is that most of the time they do a good job keeping it clean. Especially the bathroom.

Dirty. This was a stop during the pandemic when we are looking for responsible and clean gas station. It’s old and dirty. Restroooms were dirty. Shame on you.

Pretty neat place to grab fuel. I love truck stops because truckers know all the best places to eat. Years ago this place had a buffet that was amazing but now you are stuck with corporate food. If you are a biker check out Black Diamond Harley-Davidson which is less than a mile down the street as well as 17th Street Barbecue, youll be glad you did!!

Pretty nice.. only small complaint I wish they cater to truckers more my keeping that small restaurant there when it was a boat instead of putting a room 4 casino games for local.. getting tired of subway and fast food restaurants.. truckstop owners say they want truckers 2 b healthy but they take away good restaurants where we have better chance of getting healthy foods and they put fast food which is bad 4 us

Plan to park here early as this place fills up quickly. Was here for about 26 hours and the trash cans out in the parking lot were never emptied the entire time. They were overflowing when I arrived and even worse when I left.

Just want to say thank you to Beca at subway. If I asked her for ranch the first time I wouldnt of had to ask 3 different enployees.

Stopped off the interstate during a storm and they had windshield wipers that fit my car. Was very happy I didnt have to travel far out of my way to find them. The cashier was very friendly and wished us a safe trip.

Awesome cashier went out of her way to help me get my good sam club discount. Forgot her name but my receipt says clerk 211. (Just in case the boss is reading, she is great!)Clean bathrooms, good selection of stuff in store. Big lanes for RVs. Easy to navigate parking lot.

Pilot/Flying J is my go-to overnight stop. This one as most had friendly staff, well stocked, and relatively clean. Any negative in cleanliness comes from customers who lack the responsibility of picking up after ones self.

This is a damn good truck stop. In a very busy area but its clean and theres a McDonalds next door. Good job guys!!!!

Horrible, will never stop here again. No traffic control at all, trucks parked 5 deep in the truck path. Management wouldnt go outside to even try to move trucks so we could leave but instead called police. Unfortunately, police was even worse than the management as the refused to even consider asking drivers to move, but instead parked nearby so they could watch and laugh at the truck drivers. Clearly this police department hates all truck drivers.Horrible experience causing undo delays.

So, Ive been to a lot of SubWays, and this one is by far the best! Food is super fresh, people are amazing, and the smell as you walked up made me drool!I wish i could give it an extra star!!!!(P.S. The manager was top-notch he went above and beyond thank you so much.)

Positive- The check out lady was so nice and very sweet!Negative- The bathroom was filthy. We usually find that the Pilot Travel Center bathrooms are clean and well kept so this one was a disappointment.

My family and I love Pilot theyre always super clean and friendly staffed 😀 no post cards so far but thats ok.

Clean facilities, easy access from the interstate. Great place to fuel up on a long road trip. I stop here every time I travel between my hometown and Nashville.

Theyre just so damn friendly and knowledgeable and cheerful I continually find reasons to go back in. Unfortunately the ladies room is out of the Cherry pumice hand soap and if Im not mistaken it has been out for about a month.

I had a rented 26 truck and it was great to be able to gas up diesel with no issues and personnel was nice. Great service.

I love stopping at Pilot when Im traveling on the road because they pretty much have whatever I need besides gas.

Super disappointed. Store was very dirty. When I arrived at 6 a.m. the restrooms were filthy. There was urine splatter around the urinal and the floor looked as if it had not been mopped in a month. After waking up and using the restroom around 2:30 p.m. the bathroom was in the same condition if not worse. There was urine splatter around the toilet, the floors appeared to be unmopped. The same stains that were present this morning were still there indicating lack of TLC. The interior of the store was dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. Not very inviting for professional drivers. On a positive note the staff was very friendly and for that I am appreciative. They greeted me when I entered the store which shows they do care.

Just another Pilot with terrible parking.This place for years (way back to Skellys) had a great restaurant but like Pilot, had to ruin a great thing.

Fueled up here, and was pretty easy with our large class A. The trash was full and the cleaner for windshields was out as well as the paper for a receipt.Other than that, it was a quick stop. Im sure they had a busy time before we showed up, most pilots are spotless.

Kathy and the team were very polite not did they mind helping or going out of their way. Awesome people and i appreciated them greatly

Its a pilot its clean but they hate truckers like all pilots do. So you know spend your money wisely.

Only truck stop in the area. (Sacramento) Good 24 hour restaurant. Complete repair shop. Truck wash & scale. Costs $15 per night to park but you get 1 night free if you buy 75 gallons of fuel and a free night for every $50 you spend in the shop or restaurant.

Pilot and Flying Js are my favorite truck stops, this location has a great coffee bar, great snacks, doughnuts, etc.Has everything pilot is know for and polite helpful staff.Good stop to get a Nap and fill up and eat a good meal in the restaurant or pick out snacks, ect., inside. Play lotto or take a break in the lounge, shower and etc.Atmosphere is peaceful and happy with drivers taking a break and filling up.

The subway is real decent here ...the lettuce doesnt taste like dirt like a lotOf other places.....Becca is the boss lady and she takes care of any concerns right away....plus the entire staff at this pilot are all really nice....no attitudes and they always greet me with a hello or welcome to pilot....

When you are travelling,and especially if you are a female and traveling alone, its a relief to see a Pilot sign because you can buy food and take care of your personal needs and buy fuel for your vehicle and also feel safe while doing so. Thanks to the Pilot Corps
