Place a $100 order for delivery at 11:30am from the marion pizza inn to come to the West Memphis Animal Shelter for my Mars workers, Shelter Workers, and Volunteers.Called Managers Marvin got told driver was on the way at 11:50am by 12:20pm still no driver or pizza then called manager again he seems like he doesnt care that its almost 1 hr late. After having to call driver myself who by the way was very apologetic for being sent to the wrong Place to deliver. I received one of my large Pepperoni Pizzas half Burnt, my large Taco pizza that was undercooked and all over the box, and my large Cheese garlic Bread that was greasy seem cheese less.My order was placed on Weds. 10/27/2021 around 11am to be delivered on Thurs 10/28/2021 at 11:30am.I paid almost $100 for2 Large Pepperoni Pizzas2 Large Supreme Pizzas1 Large Veggie Pizza1 Large Taco Pizza1 Large Cheese garlic bread.All the food was cold after receiving it over hour after it should have been delivered.The only apology I received was from the well mannered driver who was sent to wrong place!! I dont feel that the Pizza Inn manager cared about any of the issues even when brought to his attention by myself and another of my workers!!

We ordered a special that was located on my hotel key. They were unaware of the special. They took my order & said it would be here within 45 minutes. It actually took 68 minutes. We still tipped the driver well. We ordered a large meaty max & cheesy bread. The pizza was warm but looked horrible. It looked hard & burned. The cheesy bread was better than the pizza. So needless to say our dinner was cheesy bread after we both attempted the pizza.

I love Pizza Inn! But someone needs to answer their phone for them and take orders instead of always saying Pizza INN please hold! Noone ever picks back up and I always have to call back.

Good chain pizza with fast service. Not really a dine in place though, so be aware of that before you go. Order ahead for faster take out.

Was surprised to see a Pizza Inn. I remember them growing up in Indiana. Never seen one located in Abbas station before. This doesnt seem to be anything special, cleanliness is not their thing. Floors are dirty, staff not much to brag about. Will wait and see how the pizza turns out. Maybe it will be a pleasant surprise.

I am a pizza connoisseur I have found great pizza at gas stations before namely Caseys Pizza however this was the worst Pizza that I ever tried to eat ever I highly do not recommend this place

Well, my experience with this place was unpleasant. I started to order my pizza was kind of rude, ordered pizza and was not given total, or asked if that was all, just hung up on.I called back to be told it will be there 30 to 40 mind. After an hour and 40 mins I call and ask whats taking so long guy says will be there in a few mins. Cold pizza when it got here now
