I can NOT believe the way Southern FS has treated us. We moved to Goreville in October because we had to flee Hurricane Michael. Our lives were turned upside down. We lost our jobs, our home, everything. Someone had donated us a rental to move into knowing the situation. We moved into the house and a couple days after we moved in, we realized that the house had propane gas. We called Southern FS to get our tank in working order and paid over $300 to get the tank unlocked. In steps Gary Auton. From the very beginning he was rude. Fast forward to recently, after many billing issues and being told different things, we have decided to move to another company. We talked to Tim and told him how the women in the office were rude and Gary was super rude, including laughing at us and acting like we are stupid. This is our first time having propane, meaning we literally knew nothing. Long story short, once we had contacted Tim, who is Gary’s superior, Gary called my wife’s cell phone calling her a liar and screaming. I called Tim and told him I don’t want Gary on our property or calling my wife or me. Yesterday Gary showed up. My wife called Tim and he said that Gary should not have been on our property. We had to tell Gary to leave. He told my wife he doesn’t care what she wants that he will do what he wants. This morning I get up for work and take a shower only to find out that Gary, without permission or his superior knowing, came over just to turn off our gas. He turned off our gas, not locked it, to be mean. We have a 2 year old here. He literally is coming over just to harass and play games. I can’t believe this is happening.

NO GUN SIGN ON THE FRONT DOOR MEANS THEY DONT WANT MY BUSINESS. Thats a shame too. The food is pretty good.
