8/19/21 Ill never order from Schwans again. Weds July 28 I placed an order online early in the evening. I got an email saying order was confirmed. They were supposed to deliver my order the next day (July 29) between 11 am and 3 pm. They never showed up. I thought, Its okay. They were probably short handed. Maybe theyll bring it in two weeks. They never came.Last week I placed an order. It was supposed to come today between 11am and 3 pm. Its now 4:30 pm and they havent shown up AGAIN.I think nobody works there, any more. As long as people get welfare, why work?Also, I called the office. Nobody answered the phone.

Brad, our delivery man, is amazing. He is always very kind, friendly, and talkative. Hes very nice when it comes to setting aside products that he is out of for his next round to us.

My driver delivered my online order, and it is missing an item. Sure would be nice to be able to contact him about it. Nobody answered when I called this number. And customer service from the online phone number said that it would be a couple days before they will contact me to replace the product.

Long hours,little pay,stay away!!
