Absolutely outstanding. After 5 years of use I went to Beltone to see if they could be adjusted for my current hearing. The technician, Alana Wenger, was extremely helpful. She put new ear pieces on and adjusted the settings. Much to my surprise, there was no charge.That’s what I call absolutely excellent service. When I got in my car and turned the radio on, I felt like a new man. I could hear all the tones.Thumbs up and 5 stars for Beltone.

Was having some problem with my hearing and got a offer for a free hearing test from Beltone. Set my appointments up. Found I did have a hearing loss. Kayla did a fantastic job of fitting me with my devices for both ears. She did a great job of instructions to me on how to clean and maintain them. I noticed a big improvement right off from the start. Very satisfied and glad I made the decision to buy them. The awesome personal attention and service Kayla gives is really appreciated.
