I knew I needed hearing aids and a friend suggested NuEar. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything and answer questions. I love my new hearing aids. My quality of hearing has improved greatly and I no longer talk too loud. I would definitely recommend them.

Ive been a customer at the Marion NuEar office for 4+ years, and have nothing but praise to give. Ive purchased 2 sets of hearing aids from them (nothing at all wrong with the first set, they still work, Im just a tech geek and wanted the newest features when I bought a new set). Any time Ive had even the slightest of issues, April has always been quick and efficient to help resolve them. I cant overstate enough just how much April has gone above and beyond to ensure my hearing aid needs are always taken care of. She genuinely cares about my issues, and always follows up with me to ensure everything is going good. I would highly recommend Marion NuEar to anyone looking to purchase hearing aids!

Went here due to them being providers for my Ins. The Ins. Co. scheduled the appt for me. I go to said appt have hearing test done. I need hearing aids. This I already new due to Ive had them in the past. After the hearing test Im taken to an office and put in front of computer. A physician comes in the screen via web cam. At this point Im informed they are NOT providers for my Ins. The gentleman that performed my hearing test is not credentialed with the Ins. Co. BUT they would give me a discount for the hearing aids. Packages for $8999, 7999, 6999. They offered me 25%, 20%, and 15% of of these packages since they are not a provider. Therefore my Ins that they are suppose to be providers for that pays the hearing test wont pay $2500 towards a pair of hearing aids because theyarent providers. According to the Ins Co. They are providers. So what do they collect from me AND the Ins Co? Dont fall for this scam!!!! Want to make it clear did not have issue with the staff.

This office has taken such great care of my grandfather I cant even begin to say how grateful I am. The woman who answers the phone is always so pleasant and helpful. When his hearing aids stop working I can always count on her to help troubleshoot what the problem is. Thank you NuEar!

My dad has been going to NuEar Hearing center for ALONG time and all he talks about is how good April with the blonde hair is to him, he cant figure this out or cant figure that out and how she always gets the job done and real quick. You can tell youve been doing your job for a along time and you genuinely care for people, I just want to say thank you for being so patient and caring to my father your a great person and I appreciate you!

Hearing aids do improve my hearing. They are somewhat pricey, but did not price but one other provider. H e tried the old bait and switch on me so I went to Nuyear. They have a slick website and a lot of reviews.The hearing aids do not work very well with the telephone; I have to use the speakerphone to hear the conversation. I still cant hear certain people and also sounds from some distances I cant pick up.My right ear has the most hearing loss, and sometimes I cannot hear people right next to me in my right ear. The hearing aids do not filter background noise automatically.The follow up clean and dry maintenance program is very good. I think that there is no perfect hearing aid in that there is not a sufficient number of microphones to cover the full spectrum of sounds and speakers encountered in daily life..Even with those technical limitations in mind, I would rate my experience as a 3.5.

I have been coming to Nu Ear for many years now and have always been treated with care. The hearing aids I have come with a remote control and they are the best. I love them and I will continue coming to this office. Sheri is awesome to work with and so is her team of ladies.

NuEar hearing center is the place to come to for your hearing needs, even if its just for a hearing test or fitting for hearing aids. The staff treats you like family from day one. Everyone there understands and cares for all you hearing concerns. I love this place!Yes, Im young and yes, Im hard of hearing. I have had my hearing aides for a little more than a year and I am very happy with them. They have helped me hear better, but I am still having some trouble with the fit to my ears. They dont stay in my ear well. NuEar folks have been very good about working with me.Update: I now have the new ear molds and they wok better. I am very glad that I went to Nu-Ear for my hearing aides.My hearing aides have been working just fine. My last readjustment has them working really good. I appreciate the work that they do there.Thanks a lot.

Ive been going to Sherri for over 10 years! I cant say enough about her! She is amazing! She listens to what you want and she will be honest with you! Shes also very caring! Ill never go anywhere else!

These Hearing Aids are Amazing! This is my 3rd pair. Ive never heard like this before. Sheri is very knowledgeable & informative. April is so kind and courteous. I love nuear! They have completely changed my life. I was born with only one ear and sheri & April worked with me and found something just for my needs I learned the hard way you get what you pay for I tried several types n paid very little for several pairs and boy did I regret it then found nuear and not only can I hear but I get or work in public and help people like I was hepled!!!
