Great service! I had an issue with my heater and gave Fowlers a call to schedule service. Their service tech Tyler, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed my issue, and gave me my options. I ended up having to get a new motor in part of the system. He installed it quickly - he even had all the parts on his truck! While Tyler was there, he went ahead and checked out everything else to make sure their werent other issues. I really appreciate them being on time and on the ball! He even insisted on wearing booties to cover his boots and keep my floors clean when I told him he didnt have to. Great service, 10 out of 10, I will use them again!

Our ERV fan went out. My husband called to have them look at it and do annual maintenance checkup. They came the same day. Had parts for the ERV in the next day and got it fixed. Thanks Tyler Pettigo for doing agreat job!

Great service, day or night! After one emergency call we signed up for their annual check up for our furnace and central air conditioning. They come by 2 times per year to service them and the price is cheap peace of mind!

Installers were very professional, courteous. seemed very knowledgeable about their job. no problems with anything they did, so far. installed new heat and cool units. replaced set that was six years old. The men cleaned up everything when finished. the original installer did not know how to repair the cooling unit. Tony, repairman, was here less than one hour and he made temporary fix. I definitely WILL recommend Fowler Heat and Cooling to anyone who will listen.

Mark came to my home about installing a generator. He was timely, easy-to-talk-to, listened/answered all my questions knowledgeably. He is preparing three or four scenario quotes for me, which are pending. His visit helped me to decide where I wanted to locate the generator, that Id need to have LP installed and where I wanted to locate that as well. All-in-all it was a very helpful meeting. I look forward to their feedback. Rating is based on first meeting only. Outcome is still pending.

I have been using Fowler for all of my AC repairs but most recently, my wife and I just had a new AC unit installed from them this year. I have never had any problems with them trying to overprice me, or to say that I needed work on something that didnt need to be done. They completed the jobs on time and did a great job. We had an electrical burning smell in our house during the night that woke us up around 2AM. I isolated the smell to something with our air conditioner. I turned it off at the breaker, cleared the air in the house, and called Fowler the next morning. Tyson arrived right on time and discovered our blower motor was going bad and was causing the burning smell. He had the new motor with him on his truck. I opted to purchase it and install it myself. He went out of his way to write down the proper color code for the wires for me and even left his personal cell # for me to call if I had any questions with the install. The install went perfectly and resolved our issue. Tyson was very quick on his diagnosis and extremely helpful. This is not my fist great experience with them and I would recommend him and this company to anyone.

Tyler is very professional. He explains the problem and show you the issue/part when possible. He talks about what broke and wants you to understand the costs you might encounter. He strives for courtesy in your Home by wearing booties to maintain cleanliness. Tyler also always arrives at the appointment time and works diligently. Another great job Tyler!

He sent me three different proposal that explain in more detail about the units that I could choose from.

This review is for Mike. He came to my home I share with my fiancee Josh Skelton to find out why our central air system wasnt working. He found the problem quickly and was able to get our heat working in no time. He also tightened up the loose wires in the system to hopefully prevent any future problems. Once again, Emily telephoned to remind me of the bi-annual inspection. We were able to coordinate a date and we scheduled the appointment. Tyler was the technician and was professional, friendly, and did a great job.

Great family run business right here in Marion, Illinois. They provide great service and have very friendly people working for them.

Fowler heating and cooling fit me in the scheduling when my furnace broke down, fixed. Then several days later something else failed and they made aafter hours call. Very pleasent & professions.

Do not trust this company! They came, spent 20 minutes, charged me $207 to tell me my compressor was out and I needed a $4500+ entire new unit. Got a second opinion and found out they had removed the capacitor from my unit and took it with them. This made getting an opinion from another company difficult (which I am sure was the idea!). When I called & demanded my capacitor back, I was given one that was not from my unit. They also gave me two different stories as to why I had to replace my entire unit and not just the compressor. Stories turned out to be false. Will never do business with Fowler again!

Tyson was my service technician today. He assessed my problem which was a burnt compressor plug which was over drawing the breaker. Tyson replaced burnt plug and installed a new breaker. System is working good.I am very pleased with Mr Tysons work.
