Phillip our technical assistant was great, very friendly and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was caught up at another job and was running a little behind yesterday, Brandi from the office called and immediately informed us that he would be a little late and insured us he would be there in a timely manner and no sooner then she said that he was there. This is the service I would expect from a professional company like Parker. Phillip and Brindi both explained the maintenance packages to us and we decided to purchase one. Great job guys, youve definitely earned my future business.

We had Parker install our HVAC, insulate an addition, encapsulate our crawl space, install a tankless water heater, and install solar panels. Everything they did was done to the highest standards. Great return on our investment, but the best is their service. We discovered a water leak under our house on a holiday weekend and they came and quickly fixed the work of another plumber. So appreciate their work ethic and customer service!

They did fantastic. Carl was the gentleman i spoke to on the phone for all the installation and information i needed along with Rachel at the office and they were very down to earth and helpful with every question i had. Installation was super quick and i would recomend them to anyone who wants a family type experience.

Hunter and the entire team were awesome. They came out and installed an entire new system for us.They then explained how to use it and what to expect. They were all very nice, friendly and got us some cool air! 😎

Abel came out in the blazing heat and worked on my unit on a Saturday. It was so hot in the house but Abel worked quickly and efficiently to get the unit up and going all while keeping a smile on his face and being informative!! Cant beat that kind of service!! I highly recommend!!

Able was very professional. Called before arriving, was here within couple hours of calling Parker Heating& Cooling.Told me up front the cost and explained what the problems could be. He checked outside unit then accessed the problems on inside unit. Cleared the blockage inside drainpan area, then checked all output on all vents. He also installed refridgerant in outside lines/unit and was informative with good communication on the work that was being performed. Did a great job with reasonable cost. I recommend this company and glad I called them👍🏻

The only reason I put 4 stars is because our appointment was between 8-9 am and since their earlier appointment ran over, they weren’t able to get here until mid-afternoon, which I found out after having to call. Other than that, I will definitely use Parker again for future heating/cooling needs!

They always wear shoe booties inside so they don’t track in dirt. I usually deal with Kirk most of the time and he is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Bought my Water Furnace HVAC system from Parker and have them service it twice a year. The last service was by Kirk and he appeared very conscientious and checked the unit thoroughly. They used to clean the system under the service plan but now that service has considerable more cost. Otherwise, great service.

Last spring I had Parker Heating & Cooling replace my heating and air systems in my home, as well as insulate it. Since then my energy bills have actually been cut in HALF. The process was made very easy for me with assistance from Arianna and the install was quickly done. They did such a great job. Incredible service today from Abel Kinser at Parker Heating and Cooling. Our AC stopped working all of a sudden. It turned out the the heat was on! Abel solved the problem and in the process discovered water leaking onto wires. So lucky to have this taken care of before something more serious happened. I would highly recommend Abel Kinser as a great problem solver and skilled technician.
