Took my Kubota BX2200 to Mcgavic Outdoor Power. Listed several items that needed to be looked at. Ryan, the manager seemed to write a list of everything I had spoken of. I was having a sudden loss of power to my diesel engine and wanted a complete servicing of the deck wheels, blades, belts, and fluids, along with my hydraulics to be looked at. After 2 weeks of them having the small utility tractor, I had no phone calls or updates so I decided to call them. Ryan said they were waiting on a part. After another week, I called again. They then said the part was in and the tractor would be finished in a few days. When I went to pick the tractor up, the hydraulics were fixed, but only a few items I had wanted looked at were fixed. The oil was changed, but not the hydraulic fluid, nor the hydraulic filters. Blades were not sharpened, and the middle blade was not replaced. The deck wheel which I asked to be replaced, was not replaced. The starting issue was not fixed. The loss of power was not fixed. They ran Sefoam through the engine, and they said that should fix the problem. It did not. I also was very taken back by Ryan chewing tobacco and spitting it on the ground right in front of me after recollecting my tractor, which I thought was extremely unprofessional. All Ryan said was, it never did it here. When I got the tractor home, the first thing I did was to start the machine and run it to make sure. Since I picked my tractor up at 5pm closing, there was not much time to go through all of the run up. So, when pulling it right off the trailer at home I wanted to put the tractor through its paces and instantly the problems arose again with the starting and loss of power. This leads me to believe, that not only was my tractor sitting at their facility for 3 weeks, but nothing was looked at until the one part, an oil filter came in. I dont believe this for one second that they even diagnosed any problems or put the tractor through a rigorous inspection. Unfortunately for this local business, I will not purchase any equipment or take any of my heavy equipment to them for servicing again. Since I own a business myself, to not give updates and to give equipment back with items that were asked to be fixed and then were not is horrible service. Since then, I have serviced my tractor elsewhere, and I have sold it only to buy a new larger unit from another dealer.

I 100% Recommend this business! Stopped in here today April 19th, 2021. Before noon, I believe was around the time of day. Spoke with a gentlemen about purchasing the Stihl br200 backpack blower. He came out and we compared models one step lower & higher. He was very friendly. He clearly explained buying stihl mix with my purchase extended my 1 year warranty to 2 years. I started looking at sunglasses & He even knew I would like the white pair, went to back and got them for me. And when I misheard him on price since I split the payment between Cash & card He politely added everything up with me. And even brought my Manuel to my car and set it on my car seat. I will 100% Return here for service and new future purchases.

Listen up customers and future customers. Was in the shop to get a drive shaft replacement for my garden tractor. Ryan behind the counter, was excellent to work with. I thought that the price for the replacement shaft was too high. Ryan dug around and found me 1 at his sources at McGavics at cheaper pricing. Was the ordered and delivered in a very timely manner. Wayne behind the desk is excellent also to work with

Went here to find a part I thought maybe didnt exist anymore. It was for a very old snowthorower. They were able to track it down an order it for me. The piece officially doesnt exist as of now...i own it. Thank you for taking the time to research this for me.

Awesome customer service!

Not good, we bought a new lawn mower, had it about two wks, then we started having problems with it. Took it in they said it was something that needed shoved back into place. Well that wasnt it, then they came to pick it up, they had it over a month, saying parts are on back order, and they they were shocked,about this mower cause they have never had problems with these lawn mowers, well a patently they do cause the part is still on back order.not happy at all.
