Marion TSC is one of the worst TSCs in Ohio. Was there the last time on Memorial day weekend. Spent $700 on fence panels only to load them our self with no help, Pick up some gamebird feed that we had to crawl over other feed to get to because who ever was stocking the feed was to busy texting someone. Only to end visit listening to the cashier crying because to many people was not going back to there jobs but she had to.

I got my fur kids 1 cases of 4Health canned and a 35 lbs bag of 4Health dry kibbles and some treats. 🐾 Deacon and Gracie are happy and that makes mom happy. 😍

Store manager (Peggy) was extremely rude and condescending. I was trying to return and item I purchased 1 year ago. I understand it was past the return date, but Peggy belittled me and tried have me believe it was stupid to try to return the item. She got very nasty with me and when I asked to speak to her boss, she refused to give me any names or number to call.

I love the people here theyre always so nice! A good friend of mine works here and I love all of the stuff they have. I especially love looking at the adorable ducks lol

My dad went there to find a mower seat and they dont have it

Clean, my daughters enjoyed looking at the live baby chicks. I found rare dogfood I was looking for.

Wouldnt fill my propane tank because of e stamp. Never heard of it. The real propane companies do it without question

I recently purchased a post hole digger and bit. The staff could not have been more friendly, they went beyond anything I expected, including matching a discount at another store.I appreciate the good deal and the great staff.

Great place to get piddle pads, and right now they have 15-ft garden hoses for $5...also, my kitties love their brand..Paws n Claws canned food

I love this store & everyone is so friendly! I have called different times to see if they have what I need as to not drive there & they not have it. Always phone friendly & appreciate that! I have gotten a gal by the name of Peggy more than once. So nice & friendly & very helpful! She goes that xtra mile to help & I appreciate that! Thanks TSC!

I love their sales. I bought three really nice shirts today.

Went in to grab some line for trimmer and they had a great selection to choose from. Staff was helpful and a few folks asked if I needed help.

I always shop at TSC. They honor military members and offer discounts certain times of the year. I wait until Labor day when they used to offer that to which I order my wood pellets for the year. Drove all the way to Marion because I called ahead to make sure I could prepay because they havent come in yet. Get all the way t ok the store only to be told I couldnt receive the discount. TSC you are really dropping the ball with customer relations.

Its hard to find someone to help you if you cant find something. Ive been in this store many times. They have a lot to choose from. But help wise just look until you find what you need.

I was very disappointed I had to buy a belt for a lawn mower that had been clearly used I pointed out to the manager she basically called me a liar until I got the other belt off of the shelf and showed her the cuts and dirtiness on that belt all other belts were pretty clean she did not apologize After I have proven myself or anything to me she was politely rude very rude Dont know if I will go back there especially in the evenings, She does not deserve to be manager

Came in on a tuesday in may to shop as a customer and ask about a application i submitted. Asked the supervisor/ manager Peg if they even got my application (wasnt in there for a interview) and was humiliated, discriminated, insulted by being told that she wouldnt hire a person like me because of my appearance/ attire. I had on black socks under sandals, red ohio state shorts and a grey brand new never worn hanes grey tshirt. Wasnt in there for a interview, was there to see if they even got my application. So as a customer and wanting to be future employee i was denied and discriminated, humiliated infront of people and insulted because of my clothing.
