I visited my nephew who lives in Kay-Lou. His place was very nice! The frounds were very well kept, the street signs were very visible to read, the addresses on the trailers were easy to locate, it was nice, quiet and conveniently located close to grocery, gas stations, shopping centers, restaurants and less than a mile from Interstate 57 Highway that runs from the Southern tip to the Northern tip of the state of Illinois. ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
The trailer place is nice but not managed good. Every 1 has different rules.kids cant have toys or bikes outside but some get away with whatever. I would never live thereThere were bugs when we moved in and there was no controlling it and the mold make us all sick. We had to get out of there
Nice QUIET area, I liked it
I loved living there. Quite. No busy bodies. Neighbors helped each other. Id moved back. All the nearby shopping and eateries is great when you dont want to cook. I had nice shady lot. Loved sitting and reading on my porch.
Nice Home park, lots are for rent not homes
I guess I drove by this place. I never have stopped there.
Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors keeps to them selves but also very helping and kind
Its sucks because of the way the park is managed.
No hillbillys here, its a nice trailer park.
I live here
Very biased on what it takes to pass their application, not very friendly when you call to ask questions, too expensive to rent from or buy or rent-to-own, overall unwelcome and negative feeling the first time Ive ever called these people to ask questions about applying to live in their trailer park.
Nice,clean
Drove past it
