Cleanest trailer park around hands down! They run a tight ship there!

My father lives here. He just moved in but it seems like a nice quiet community.

I have family that lives in this subdivision. It is primarily a 55 an older trailer court. However their landlord goes around looking for even the smallest violations to hit people with. My grandfather got cited for my little brothers loud and disruptive exhaust everything on the vehicle is 100% stock. However the exhaust is loud due to someone in our town cutting off the cat converter. The office wanted nothing to do with that explanation but instead wanted to gripe at my grandparents. Another instance he (my grandfather) has a slight case of dementia, he cut his yard but because his cut on the property line they tried to ticket him for it . Looks pretty run down from passing it by many times on my way into town. Not sure about tenant/landlord relations. I saw they finally tore down three run down trailer on the western side of the park.

There is a lot that needs to be done with the roads and also cant keep a maintainable man they were charging me to much for water changed the reader and the water is more like it should be and they wont refund any of my money about 7 months I paid to much for water kept telling them none listen had two plumbers said no leaks finally they changed ready but wont refund any of my money

Love the community/people that live here. Potholes throughout tho make it tough on vehicles & riding bikes. Pool hasnt been in use for over 7 years (maybe longer) for repair needs. Otherwise, wonderful to be here.

Wish there was something I could do to help my grandparents out of here. Don’t make the same mistake as them by moving here. Way to much drama.

The quality of care for this community has gown down hill drastically over the years. Residents moved in to enjoy their later years in peace and have not got what they bargained for at all. I always worry about the safety of my granny because they are now allowing just anyone to move in... Just anyone in a place like Marion is dangerous! Dont allow your parents and grandparents parents to settle in this community you will regret it eventually

My visit with my friends was great. The curbs are all broken up, and need fixed badly. Curbs and sidewalks need fixed. Dangerous for tenants and visitors.

Poor work ethics. Hate to see the way the park looks in person based on the rest of the reviews.

I read the mission statement if you please, the comments were residents first they misspelled residents its spelled MONEY first. Promises to fix potholes deep enough to bury a body and ignore the safety of the community by not keeping security lights working properly . I have been waiting TWO YEARS for mine to be fixed. The most disrespectful part of this mess is you cannot get in touch with anyone that oversees the work of local employees. Occasionally there is a response by someone posing as a higher up but try getting hold of him. This place has become a racket with NO Care or concern for the residents. What we need here is a Homeowners Association to create a voice for the residents. The low end of the math for this company is $5000 a month but nothing EVER gets the attention to keep this community safe.

Fighting, screaming, stealing. Not a nice place for seniors to retire in!!

Too many potholes. Rent is crazzzy.

Small its a eye sore not enough parking space and very crowded needs work

Very slow at repairs. Senior community were officer employees move families into with drug issues. Allows drug dealers to operate in community. Very very disrespectful to seniors.

Watch out for the pot holes that will swallow your hipster SUV!!
