I frequently use my local UPS store in Marion, Indiana. I always receive great professional service. However... I am tired of going into the store and multiple people not wearing masks! Today there were three people at the time I was there. There is a pandemic and store’s like Costco do not allow people in without masks. I think you should mandate masks in all UPS stores. If not I may not be able to keep giving my local store my business.

Was in and out in about 5 minutes. I didnt get the young mans name, but he was beyond helpful! He kinda did everything for me. My day was better because of his awesome 👌 customer service. As my husband would say, he deserves the highest of fives!

Always fast and easy shipping

Used UPS store several times for Amazon returns and other services. All staff I encountered were professional, competent, helpful and courteous. Management should be proud.

Weve had multiple event flyers done here. They always hurry to get them done and they do an amazing job. They have always been some of the nicest people to work with.

They make it easy.

They get 1 star because there is nothing less. This is a UPS Store. A franchised front end. Whatever you do there, you have to deal with them about it. Quite arrogant attitude from Adam is what I received when I had a problem.

Shipping didn’t come when expected.
