No compassion. Zero. They said, you need to call national, we did. They said, we dont do that here, national side you do. They said, you need to register, we already did. Terrible attitude and tone.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. It does not take 7 business days to FINALLY decide to contact me for the service I needed when the order was sent. You only contacted me because I called to see if I was in your system. I was told I was not. 3 minutes later, you called me to get my address to send the order. I am taking my business elsewhere. I can pick it up today.

I have been a customer of Apria for years. Today when I called and asked for updates on if ductable were met yet so I could place an order, I was told they, I am busy and dont have time to look that up. You can contact your insurance company. I have found the same items, same brands, I buy from them, I can get online much cheaper and still have it in a day or two. I will find another company that has time for their customers.

I was able to get in much quicker than other places to get my CPAP machine. (took just a few business days; compared to the 3 weeks it would have taken at another place) They were really helpful. They had all the costs figured when they scheduled my appointment so I would know what Id have to pay out of pocket.

The Respiratory Therapist I dealt with was good and fitted me well for a mask for my CPAP machine. Gave detailed reports of its use and how I was benefiting from it. The office people or maybe its a corporate thing but Ive tried a couple of times to get financial stements of my account from them and keep getting the run around, telling me it isnt their department and I have to talk to someonme else who isnt in at the moment. Was told initially I would have to pay for everything out of my pocket since my Insurance deductible hadnt been met. Very steadily since, Ive gone through my BCBS statements and see Apria has been making claims aginst them and receiving payments from them as well. They are happy to take my checks or credit card info and make charges against it. Their location is tough to get to and are not open hours that fit my schedule. Wish I would have gone somewhere else. My Drs office recommended them and even though I knew it was out of my way to travel to their location I went anyways Big Mistake!
