Likes to charge your bank account then sends you bills for what they already took out. Charged us for equipment we never received. Horrible customer service as well. We would NEVER recommend this place.

My mom has been using lincare for a couple years now. She has had a huge runaround from them . She found out about the inogen machine acouple years ago and had a couple prescriptions that they let run out. She has been lied to for a long time in thinking she was going to get it never did . She has good insurance. She recently dropped them and went with another company and she is getting the proper setup she needs and not the frustration from this company . Luckily nothing has happened to her. Hopefully this helps out outher people so they dont have to go through this.
