The team at superior bridal were awesome from beginning to end. Through this pandemic they have been incredibly accommodating and SO kind. I live in the city and drove to Markham just for their selection! Loved everything about my experience with them.

Elena was an absolute gem to work with. I emailed during the middle of the pandemic and asked if they had a particular dress in store. She pulled it and several similar dresses for a zoom consult. I was able to pick up 5 dresses to try on at home.I was absolutely in love with the dress but wanted the back modified, she worked with me and had the dress altered exactly as I had requested. I highly recommend Superior Bridal and Elena in particular to anyone who’s looking for a dress. It was worth the drive from Mississauga!!

I had the most incredible experience at Superior Bridal. I purchased my gown from them in October of 2020 and had the most amazing time. From the moment I walked in the door, to being measured to find the correct fit for my gown, I only have positive things to say. The staff are all absolutely incredible and so friendly. The selection of gowns are so unique and beautiful, I wanted to walk out with everything that I tried on! Flash forward to when my gown arrived at the store and we were unfortunately in a lockdown- the amazing team DROVE my gown to my house for free!!!! (I live in Niagara). Even though it is such a far distance from my house, I couldnt imagine having anyone else alter my gown and so I am currently back for alterations with them. I will forever recommend them to everyone I know getting married. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I had the most amazing experience at Superior Bridal. Beautiful store with a huge selection of gowns. What made it a literal dream experience was working with my bridal consultant Carlo. Carlo is knowledgeable, hilarious, encouraging and so body positive. He is protective of his brides and listens so so well. This was the only place I felt the consultant really understood my vision. Underrated note perhaps, but he’s so good at clamping you in to gowns to get the full effect of what an alteration would be like. He was inclusive to my whole family and made sure the shy members had a chance to share their thoughts. Thanks Carlo for helping me find my dream dress at Superior Bridal.

This past weekend I had the opportunity to visit Superior Bridal and I had an absolutely incredible experience. I had the most wonderful experience at Superior Bridal, with Carlo as my consultant. To begin, the store is incredible - stunning, with multiple levels showcasing a huge selection of wedding dresses and accessories. My dad and I were greeted immediately by Carlo, whose warm and outgoing personality is infectious. He led me around the store and let me pick dresses that caught my eye, listened to all the details I said I liked, suggested things I didnt think of and in the end I purchased the most beautiful gown for me. Everyone in the store was so kind and unbelievably helpful. Its easy to tell they love their jobs. The most amazing bridal experience. Travelling from Northern Ontario in hopes to find my dress, I was blown away by the selection, knowledge from my outstanding consultant Elena and overall service at this trendy family owned bridal boutique. Every dress I tried on was exceptional and I experienced that gasp/I found the one moment when I tried on my final dress. Elena made it such a personable experience that I will remember forever. I had the most amazing wedding gown shopping experience today at Superior Bridal in Markham. Their selection is so big and diverse and Maya, who helped me during my appointment, listened to everything I said I liked and was so incredibly patient and helpful. The dresses she pulled for me to try on were all so gorgeous and it was very apparent that she took into consideration my preferences. The whole experience was amazing and I picked a dress that I love! I would highly recommend Superior Bridal for wedding dress shopping. I had the best experience choosing my dress with the help of my very talented and outstanding consultant, Carlo. The store is beautiful and has an incredible selection of gorgeous gowns, however, Carlo made the experience truly special. He listened to every tidbit of information that I provided and relentlessly found “the one”. He put so much effort into helping me visualize how the dress would look on the day of. He went so far as to pull my hair back into a low bun to place the veil so that I could see the big picture. I loved my experience at Superior and look forward to returning for my alterations. Ive known about Superior Bridal for years, oddly enough I lived just down the street when I was a teenager (some 30+ years ago). I came into the salon not knowing what to expect as I have recently lost a lot of weight and continue to do so (weight loss surgery), so my biggest fear was ordering a dress in the right size. Carlo was my consultant, and let me tell you... he knows his stuff. Hes the Randy Fenoli of Superior Bridal, and seriously I could have spent all day trying on dresses with him. I had an idea of what I wanted and he made that reality come true. I probably tried on 10-12 dresses even though the 3rd one was the one. I definitely plan to go back and purchase my finishing touches (veil and jewelry) as they have a huge assortment to select from. Thank you Superior Bridal, and Carlo, you are truly caring and one-of-a-kind; without hesitation I would recommend you to others.

I LOVED my experience at Superior Bridal! Their consultants are very knowledgeable, they are not just retail employees. They know their stuff, and they know exactly what to suggest and pull if you were a lost & confused bride like me. I worked with Maya and Vi and they were fabulous, so sweet, not pushy at all, made helpful suggestions and really made the experience feel special. I visited a dozen salons in Toronto, unfortunately saved Superior for last bc of the distance from me. But it was worth the drive. Beautiful salon, fabulous staff, MASSIVE dress selection. Seriously, save yourself 12 trips and just go here. They have your dress.

Great selection in this beautiful boutique. I tried on quite a few gowns. They were all beautiful but werent quite me. I do wish that my consultant explained the layout of the store and why she took us away from a particular section to another. Perhaps the prices in the section we were looking at were out if budget? I wasnt told. I also didnt love feeling like the consultant was putting me in what she thought Id look good in but I understood and appreciated her effort. Regardless, the place is beautiful and Id recommend it to brides. Also, bring indoor shoes as you will be asked to leave your shoes at the front the store.

I purchased my wedding gown here in 2012 and I came back with my soon to be sister in law to find her gown.I called to schedule an appointment, as theyre appointment only at the moment.Superior Bridal renovated in 2019 and it is GORGEOUS inside. Dont let the outside fool you, they have tons of selection.Elena helped us. My SIL described what she liked and Elena did her magic and pulled the perfect gown for her. This was the first place we went to and she said YES TO THE DRESS!!Service was superb, we felt comfortable and enjoyed every second of it. We cannot wait to go back when the dress is ready!Thank you for a great experience! Once again!

Ah there are not enough words in the English language to express how grateful I am to Superior Bridal and how wonderful the experience was. My dress for our elopement was destroyed by a seamstress just a week before our wedding! As soon as I left with my ruined dress I called Superior and Connie picked up. She then was able to see me within 30 minutes and helped me find a dress I didnt even know I dreamt about. She was patient, fun, respectful and beyond kind. She listened to me and gave me the space I needed while being right there for me when I needed advice or help - I did this alone. Together we found a dress in my budget that I will forever love and cherish. I plan to wear it again for my wedding party after this craziness ends. Every fitting was just amazing and Winnie was beyond wonderful. I had to buy the dress of the rack and it was slightly too big but after alterations it looks like it was made for me. I love love love Superior Bridal and if I decide to have a second dress for the party later on you bet I will be coming back. They forever have my heart! My sister and I visited this beautiful wedding dress boutique in Markham a couple days ago. Instantly her consultant made us feel as though we were simply visiting with an old friend!Superior Bridal was the first bridal store my sister and I had gone to which with the help of our consultant she easily found her dress during her first visit! In all of her back-and-forth (and trust me my sister is probably the most indecisive girl known to human kind, lol) her bridal consultant was beyond patient with her and was set on helping her find exactly what her vision was. She was so lovely to work with!Additionally, my sister is impressed with the fast responses she is getting through emails and/or phone calls with all of her follow-up questions she has. Superior Bridal helped me find my perfect dress even during a lockdown and pandemic! I participated in the Try-On At Home program, which allowed me to bring home five gowns to try at home with family and friends. It was a great experience and a creative way to find your dress. I was able to have the dresses for two days, take my time while trying on each style, move around, and feel happy about choosing the right one. I would definitely recommend visiting Superior Bridal to search for your dress. As the mother of the bride I am appalled at the level of service we received in the store this morning. We had a bridesmaid appointment and when we arrived were told to go downstairs. When we got downstairs, we of course started looking through the racks of dresses. We were told we were looking in the wrong section. Well what do you expect when we were left on our own? There was one staff person with another bride and her bridesmaids. We were ignored the entire time we were there, had to pick dresses on our own and when the staff did speak to us it was to say dumb stuff like “I’m not going to put the dress on you”. When I asked is someone going to assist us?? Her and the other two staff were busy looking for a bridesmaid dress that the other bride wanted. We as paying customers were completely ignored until I demanded service. Even then we felt like they were doing us a favour by assisting us. The guy tried to turn the appointment around but we were completely annoyed and disgusted by the lack of attention and respect for our time. Reading other reviews I see we had to remove our shoes at the top of the stairs. We were not even asked to remove our shoes and I had three inch heels on. Maybe the staff would care to explain the reason for the the lack of attentiveness or respect for our time from the moment we walked in the store. They were certainly not busy, as I mentioned earlier, three of them were searching the entire store for a bridesmaid dress the other bride had seen on their website.I would NOT recommend this store to any bride hoping to have a good experience with her bridesmaids. We received better service at Amanda Linas and Mona Ritchie.

Had to move my wedding date back a few months and they have been so accommodating and responsive. Our Sales Associate was so kind, asked great questions about what style, fit and budget I was looking for. Came back with a few gowns for me to try on and I found my dream dress... under budget! Superior Bridal is the best bridal boutique I have ever been to. My sister came here over 10 years ago, my friend found her dress here and I found my dress here! I had Winnie at my first appointment then had Elena for my second to show my friends and sister my dream dress. The boutique is newly renovated and is gorgeous with all the dresses lined up. There is a Huge selection of dresses and range from any price point, the thing that stands out the most is the wonderful service that they continue through the years. These ladies are the best and cant thank them enough for helping me find my gorgeous wedding gown.

Maja made this experience amazing! She explained to me what my budgetary considerations for alterations should be as I was a deer in the headlights when I walked in. She guided me through the dress buying process. She really listened to what I liked and didnt like about a few dresses and then totally nailed her selections from there on. She always explained how the dresses would be different when they were sized to me correctly as the sample dresses were much too big. She always explained what alterations were and were not possible. It was just so educational and so fun. So many gowns to choose from too.Highly recommend visiting this location.

Superior bridal is FAR from superior. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment. After waiting 30 minutes my consultant was extremely inexperienced and slow. She would tell me to never leave the fitting room without her closing up the dress first. However, she was nowhere to be found and I would have to scream her name every time in search for her. THEN, when I finally was able to find some dresses, she put a veil on me and told me it won’t stay because I have thinning hair (thanks!). She had no idea what she was doing and it really showed. This place is horrible!

The dress store of my DREAMS! Superior Bridal is truly superior I have to say. With gorgeous gowns lining the walls, high ceilings and full length mirrors fit for a castle, I truly felt like a real princess in this store. Elena was incredibly to work with and she really went above and beyond to make myself and my mum feel so very special. Even though the rooms arent very private, you still get your own area and we never felt like we were being overlooked or overshadowed by anyone. It was by far one of the most magical experiences I have ever had to try on these stunning dresses with my beaming mother looking on. I found my wedding dress, was able to make all of the changes and add ons I wanted with absolutely no hesitation from staff, and left feeling like I was on cloud nine. I created a memory with my mum that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I am so thankful to Elena and Superior Bridal for giving me this precious gift. Cant WAIT to come back when my dress is in and try it on again! I could live in that store!

Shocked to come across such an unprofessional establishment based on the Google reviews. Extremely rude associates. Especially the guy behind the counter and the old lady with short hair. There are not enough good words to say about my experience with Superior Bridal. I walked in thinking I knew what I wanted, the exact dress, after trying it on I liked it but I never felt special. The experienced consultant said to me I have a dress I think you will love, but it is nothing like what you described, it actually has some features you dont likeWow. I tried this on and I knew it was the one, the details I said I didnt want, I ended up loving. These ladies really know there stuff.As for alterations, you can not find anyone better. Most brides lose weight with stress (or so I hear) I eat, so I actually gained weight. These ladies were miracle workers and got my dress to fit like a glove.I ordered my bridesmaid dresses as well, I love the colour, style.. everything was perfect.If you are considering ordering your wedding dress TRUST Superior.

I had visited quite a few bridal places before Superior and I’m so glad they fit me in for an appointment yesterday. The place itself is amazing- a beautiful house turned into salon which is stunning inside. Sue and Vi were both there to help me pick a dress and they were incredible. Honestly Sue felt like my aunt, listening and giving me honest advice but not the least bit pushy. Vi listened to my vision and started pulling nearly perfect dresses. I actually had an episode of fainting/low blood pressure while I was there and both Sue and Vi were so compassionate and sweet, getting me water and cold towel. Despite all of that, I still found my dream dress which Vi can customize to make it perfect and it was the first dress they picked for me!!! I must have tried on 20 dresses, and never felt rushed or pressured. She was sweet, fun and so helpful. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful and kept my family and I laughing and smiling the entire time. And I said YES to my dream dress! After our appointment, we were also able to take a look at the bridesmaid dresses (so many to choose from) and I found the exact style and colour I had envisioned for my bridal party. Vi mentioned that because I purchased my dress, we would receive 15% off bridesmaid dresses. I just recently went back with my 4 bridesmaids to get measured and have the dresses ordered. I recommend every bride-to-be to make this your first stop!! The service, prices and quality are unbeatable!

Trying to find a wedding dress during a pandemic was very stressful and demotivating, until I spoke with Elena at Superior Bridal. They were so perfect that I had the HARDEST time choosing between two amazing gowns. During my in-store try on, Elena was amazing; she was so patient and helped me envision the final look, and ultimately helped me pick the best gown for me. I felt so comfortable, not pressured, and I truly enjoyed the process. The shop itself is beautiful; it is so bright and open and they have a very large selection of wedding gowns. Superior 👏🏽 bridal… aptly named! If you’re a bride with any past body image trauma please keep reading. Let me start by saying I was obese my entire life until about 21. In the past 10 years I had lost close to 100 pounds. I never thought I’d find the man of my dreams, let alone be blessed with the experience I had at Superior. This weekend was full of bridal boutique appointments. Friday I had a good experience at one boutique to kick off the weekend. On Saturday I visited another popular Toronto boutique that made me feel absolutely horrible. I won’t get into too much detail but I was limited to 3 dresses in an hour appointment amongst other issues and I felt like I was back in my old body. Not good.Enter Superior Bridal and my consultant Elena. Sunday we arrived at the boutique and somehow I had mixed up my appointment times. I thought we were on time but turns out I had arrived a half hour late. Yikes! I was so embarrassed as I’m always very punctual. Elena didn’t make a big deal. She just let it slide right off and got us started on the appointment. She was very attentive, listening carefully to my wants and needs. She was so cordial and my mother and MOH enjoyed every moment of it; which was wonderful because the Saturday appointment had made them feel horrendous.Elena allowed us to take photos, try on multiple dresses many times, and never once rushed us. She pulled some suggestions I had never thought of which looked fantastic. I shared my story with her and she made me feel so beautiful. Elena and the team at Superior definitely have an eye for bridal and a heart for customer service.I had told Elena about a dress I still had stuck in my head. She brought out the dress and jacked me up with a few veils. Ten years after I began my weight loss journey, there I stood; on a pedestal in a gorgeous white room, lit perfectly. On the racks hung rows of gowns with tulle, sparkle, and lace. My mother and MOH (my cousin who is like my sister) sitting beside me on chaise lounge. They both cried and I couldn’t understand why. My cousin said “it’s because we’re grown up now.” My mom looked at me and remembered the countless years I wished I could fit into Belle costumes as a child but never was able to. My mom had been their through decades of tears in thousands of changing rooms from costumes to bathing suits. Then I looked into the floor to ceiling, gilded Victorian mirror and I saw what they all saw.It was the most incredible moment of my life. It was the kind of moment that someone like me never thought they could have. So now I’m marrying my best friend and I look like a Superior Bride.Thank you to Elena and the Superior team. Such a fantastic experience from start to finish! My sister purchased her wedding dress from here last year so I knew this was the first stop I wanted to make. It turned out this was the only bridal store I needed to go to, I found my dress on my first visit! (it was actually the very first dress I tried on!) The staff here are so friendly, helpful, and patient. They have such a large selection of dresses both in the main building, and in the side building. They were very accommodating as I came with my bridal party as well as a few extra family members.The dress fittings were always great as well, I was always greeted warmly by all of the staff. Winnie did such an amazing job altering my dress!Overall it was such a fun and easy process, not once did I feel stressed out. I highly recommend making this your first (and only) stop for wedding dress shopping!

Overall great experience shopping for my wedding dress!! The staff were all so great and helpful! Very spacious if you have a medium to large group joining you to find your dress! I visited Superior Bridal after first visiting an upscale bridal boutique in Toronto. It was a night and day experience. I was greeted by name and with a smile as I walked through the front doors. I was introduced to my my consultant, Vi and was escorted upstairs to the area where I would try on gowns. I was in awe when I stepped off the steps. The area had a wide array of wall to wall gowns. It was very well lit, huge mirrors and accessories to add to give you the full look and experience as you try on gowns. Vi asked me all about myself, my fiancé, my wedding day and what I liked. She listened intently and showed so much enthusiasm and interest in my life and my wedding details. This is how she was able to provide me with gowns that I actually liked and fit my physique. I was accompanied by my mother, one of my bridesmaids and maid of Honour. We were having so much fun that my appointment ran beyond the scheduled time and closing time, but Vi never made us feel like we needed to leave. She kept the same energy throughout the entire appointment and never lost a step. I ended up purchasing my dream gown and veil from Superior Bridal.This is the type of experience I was looking for from the first bridal boutique I visited in Toronto. Considering the location and how posh they proclaimed to be, I thought I would have received the red carpet treatment. Instead, I received the royal bridal treatment I deserved at Superior Bridal. If you want an INCREDIBLE bridal experience, GO TO SUPERIOR BRIDAL! I have nothing but amazing things to say about my bridal experience. Not only is the location so uniquely beautiful on the outside, it is so bright and elegant on the inside. They have rows of beautiful white dresses, high ceilings, and long golden vintage mirrors that really make you feel like a princess. The staff love what they do and it shows in their hard work and dedication to find you the dress of your dreams. My initial visit, Vi and Elena were so so pleasant and they worked so hard to find me a dress that I loved. I said yes to the dress. I changed my mind the next day and they were more than willing to have me back to try on more dresses to fit my indecisive style. The next visit I brought more family, they instantly made us feel right at home. Each time I tried on a dress, and didn’t like something about it, Elena brought me another dress that had exactly what I asked for! I said yes at this appointment to a totally different dress. The next day I changed my mind again. I went for a third visit, we were all determined to find me the dress of my dreams. Elena and the other staff were always there to hype me up and tell me how amazing I looked in the dresses. Elena listened to exactly what I wanted and always gave me her honest opinion on which dresses suited my body/figure best! This to me was very important! Each appointment I was there roughly 2 hours. They truly make you feel so special. Elena went above and beyond for me at each consult and even offered to order in sample dresses if I found a dress they did not have in store. At my third visit, I FOUND MY DREAM DRESS!!! Elena made sure I loved EVERY inch of my dress and offered to customize anything that I wished to suit my needs!! Elena was so personable and easy to work with.This was the most incredible experience. For a picky bride that was very specific on what she wanted, superior bridal met my expectations in every way! Not to mention, each time I travelled to Superior Bridal, there were always brides walking out of there having found their dream dress. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Superior Bridal. First of all, Im from out of town so it was a bit of a drive and I can definitely say it was worth it. My consultant was Vi and she is the sweetest lady. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the different designers and styles of dresses. As a girl who wasnt really sure of what she wanted, Vi made me feel extremely comfortable and was willing to work with me and my indecisiveness. The name says it all, “Superior” through and through. My first appointment with Mia was fantastic. Very quite shop on a Friday morning. Everyone was so friendly and generations of the same family work hard here.In essence, I said yes to my dress a day later. This was my third shop in my search and I was looking for something I hadn’t seen before. Mia my consultant was so welcoming, bubbly and reassuring. I tried many styles and we were getting very close to what I liked (I didn’t know what that was when I went in really). The owner Elena’s Mom picked out a dress for me to try and it was the one!All staff know their dresses here and look no further for your bridal experience. My entourage has to join by video call as they are all in Ireland but it was as if they were there. I was not pressured and the experience was the better then I could have dreamed!Amazing!

Such a cute family run business!! The people who work here are so down to earth. I love it. They’re very accommodating and know their stuff. My sister and I don’t know much about dresses, so they’re nice in giving suggestions. Only thing is we wish the veils were a little bit cheaper. The one they paired with the dress was about $300 or so. They have a house beside with discounted dresses - it’s amazing.
