Rented my dress from The One Bridal for my wedding past Aug, Coco was extremely patient and helpful when it comes to finding the right dress for me. There was a large selection of dresses in store and they are all very well maintained and looks amazing!Rental pricing also includes alterations and dry cleaning, which is amazing as I wont have to worry about any of these things. It was great to work with The One Bridal! We decided to rent our wedding dress and tuxedo because it will take space and cost to maintain. The One Bridal had both options for purchase and rentals. Especially during under the covid restrictions, me and my husband were able to book an appointment and we were the only people during our appointment period, so it was really comfortable for shopping around the dresses and tuxedos and for trying out! We truly felt that Coco treated us with kindness. And she always tried to coordinate the appointments according to our schedule. We had great service from Coco at The One Bridal!

After a few months of getting engaged, I started my search for a bridal salon that rents wedding dresses and lo and behold, I found The One Bridal. I invited my Mom and sister as I wanted the first time wedding dress shopping to be a bonding moment. As soon as we entered the salon, we were greeted by Coco, the store owner. We switched into the slippers that were provided and she started to introduce herself to us. I didn’t know what I wanted for my wedding dress so Coco just asked me and my family to go through the racks to see what we liked.There were so many different styles such as ballgown, mermaid, strapless, sweetheart, the list goes on. We pulled out about 10 dresses altogether and I started trying each one on. I cannot believe how heavy they were! Pictures were limited to only two dresses so when I made my selections, Coco helped me fluff out the dresses and my mom and sister took the pictures. It was down to a ballgown with straps that was really beautiful and had a sparkly train and a dainty strapless illusion sweetheart A-line dress with a lovely train. I couldn’t decide then and there. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, so I slept on it and if I was still interested, I would reach out to her. Before we left the store, she explained the whole payment plan which was very helpful in my ultimate decision.After trying on over 20-30 dresses at different bridal salons, I ended up coming back to The One Bridal because the dress that my sister picked, the strapless A-line, I cried in it when I first tried it on (that should’ve been my first indication to purchase that dress at that moment and knowing that the dress was one of kind), but I didn’t want to settle yet. After a couple of months, I went back to Coco and put down a deposit for that specific dress: the deposit guarantees that the dress you choose will be your dress. They have a policy: one girl, one dress, one month, so I was sure no one else would rent my dress.My wedding date was May 2nd, 2020 and then, the pandemic happened in March. Things were starting to shut down and I didn’t decide on a dress yet (even though I put down my deposit with The One Bridal), I wanted to keep my options open (bad choice in a pandemic) so April came around and I was due for my first wedding dress fitting with Coco. I first put down my deposit to rent the dress back in September. I didn’t want to purchase it as I had no place to store it, but I was running out of time so I decided to buy my dress (and plus, it was during the beginning of COVID so buying my dress was a better solution during this time).May 2nd, 2020 rolled around and I couldn’t get married. I was sad for a while because I was waiting for this day for so long so then, my fiancé and I had decided to postpone our wedding day to August 7th 2021. September came around and we then thought that next year was too long of a wait as we’d be engaged for longer than expected, so my fiancé and I changed all of our plans to October 2020. 2 weeks prior, I made another appointment with Coco for a final wedding dress fitting and we found out that I needed to make a last minute alteration because my dress wouldn’t hold up, even at the tightest, so the changes were made and my fiancé and I wed on October 10th, 2020.Here is a tip to all the beautiful brides out there: the first time you try on a wedding dress and you shed tears, that will be the dress that you will get married in!Coco was very nice, friendly and professional and I would recommend her to close family and friends!

The owner, Coco is practicing a bad ethical business. I rented a dress valued at $600 one month before the pandemic broke out last March 2020. I was given a one year credit, but since theres been multiple lockdowns in Ontario I could not make use of my rental dress for any formal occasion. She will not meet me in the middle for half of my refund or allowing me to transfer my credit to someone else. Coco is not serving my needs especially during these unprecedented times. I am truly disappointed how she is handling this since I’ve been conjuring ideas on how both of us can get compensated. I will be sharing my poor customer review to other social media platforms. #unfair #robbed #poorbusiness

Cuz of the Covid, coco was working alone. She was busy at the time when we get there. But i appreciate her help getting my size and picking my price range. I rented the bridle gown, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL !!! Coco was very very helpful 🥰 And it was done in 3 days 🙏🏻

We got bridesmaid dresses from the one bridal.The dresses are quite nice and came in good time even during the craziness of COVID and Coco was always pleasant to deal with and kept us informed.I am however quite disappointed in the sizing. My girls were measured and told the dresses are made custom to their measurements. The dresses arrived and now require significant alterations to fit each girl in multiple places (bust, waste and length- even though they were all wearing the shoes they will be wearing during the measurements ). On one of my girls I can grab a full fist full of fabric at the back that needs to be taken in. We are disappointed we now have to seek out and pay for significant alterations for a custom dress.We were also disappointed when getting measured that my girls had to pay an extra $20 for plus size dresses beyond a certain waist measurement.. my girls are not large girls (one wears a size 4) and they were all considered plus size.

The environment was very bright and welcoming. Shoes need to be taken off upon arrival. The sales associate was nice and brought us around the room to view all the dresses. The dresses are beautiful, but there wasnt a large variety. She was quite helpful in assisting trying on dresses and suggesting different styles to try. She informed us that all dresses are ordered and made from Taiwan and would take approx 8 months for arrival.

I initially wanted to rent a wedding gown but didnt find any that suited me. Because customer service was so great, I went back to do wedding dress alterations at The One Bridal after purchasing it from another store. Coco is great and she provided input on various options on alterations (what looks best, how much it would be, how long it would take, etc.). Im going back to get a quote on dry cleaning the dress as well.

I found my beautiful wedding gown and my traditional dress with the help of the lovely Coco! Throughout the whole process, she was patient, honest, and incredibly helpful. I came in for a number of appointments and was never rushed or pressured to make a decision/purchase. There were so many nice dresses and accessories to choose from and her selection of gowns were unlike other bridal shops. Thank you for such a pleasant dress shopping experience!

I would definitely recommend The One Bridal! Coco was amazing! She tells you the truth and recommendations instead of trying to sell you something that doesnt fit you. Coco never pressures you into anything and actually asks you to go home and think hard about it before making any decisions on a dress. I LOVE the wedding dress I purchased from The One Bridal and so did my husband and guests!!! Alterations were done very well and quickly too.

One Bridal is amazing. I especially have to give all the credit to Coco who helped me to order SIX bridesmaids dresses within a weeks time and have them all come in just in time for the wedding. She measured each bridesmaids very quickly and minimal alterations was required. She is very professional and the dresses were of decent quality for the price. I would recommend that you visit One Bridal if you need a bridesmaid dress or wedding related attire. They even provide photography and videography services! One Bridal is a ONE STOP SHOP!

Coco & her husband are so genuine and had so much patience when it came to helping me with my dress & alterations. My experience with The One Bridal has been nothing but positive. The customer service is exceptional. Although it seems like a small boutique, they will always answer the phone. Brides are usually demanding and like to have their questions answered immediately...Coco has nailed this! Every time Ive called, someone answers and knows exactly whats going on. With all her customers in the store and calling in, Coco doesnt miss a beat. It seems like she handles everything. There was even a time when she came in when the store was closed on a holiday so that my mother can re-look at a dress. She also keeps her cool and is quite positive. I like how she gives pointers to the older folk about what to do during certain times of the wedding. If youre looking for attention to detail, excellent customer service and patience...go to The One Bridal!

The One Bridal is definitely one of the best in town. I was more than satisfied to have them as my photographer and videographer. Both Joseph and Keith got the job done in an extremely professional manner throughout the entire day on my wedding. The photo/video and canvas turned out to be a masterpiece. This was one of my fantastic lifetime experience and I am more than happy to recommend The One Bridal to all the love birds out there! In fact, I have already referred a couple of friends and none of them have regretted it!!!

Coco is awesome! She took the time to show us how to tie up my dress and was very patient when going through my alterations. She was great with making suggestions for jewellery and has an eye for detail. She made alternate suggestions rather than just upselling. The alterations were done perfectly and the cost was so reasonable. One Bridal is a one stop shop!! Thank you for all your help Coco!!

Small selection, many of the dresses were only available in one size. The dresses are not laid out in a way that you can easily tell which ones were sample-size-only, and which could be ordered in other sizes. The lady running the store was very nice though, and I am sure if we had been looking for a different style of dress, we might have been able to find one here.

My experience with The One Bridal was very positive. They have options to rent and buy, options for traditional outfits, alterations, jewelry and etc. CoCo was very friendly and straight-forward with options and what I looked like trying each dress. She provided and explained the accessories needed. Even with a small to medium selection of dresses available, I was able to make the decision to buy my wedding dress there in my initial one-hour appointment. I am very satisfied with my experience there.

One Bridal is wonderful. They offer different services so its convenient if you are looking for one place that does it all (dress rental, bridesmaid dresses, photography, videography, silk flowers, etc). I was attracted to the beautiful wedding gowns they have. I found my dream dress here and is able to rent at a reasonable price. It includes cleaning and alteration. Alteration is never the same as if you own your own dress so if you are picky about the way it fits, you can choose to buy your own. With rental, You pick up the dress one day before and return the day after the wedding. The only thing with rental is that other people may try on the dress numerous times before the wedding day. Coco is super amazing and super helpful, from fitting, to trying to walk, to booking appointments, to last minute request for dress cleaning, she is wonderful! Would recommend this place to any brides!

Where do I begin! I stumbled upon The One Bridal through google reviews and Im sure glad I did! The whole process from beginning to end was amazing and hassle free working with Coco, Joseph and Keith. I purchased my wedding dress as well as the photography package from here and Coco was amazing with the whole process. They have a large variety of dresses making it easy to find the one but remember to make an appointment or you dont know how long you will have to wait. Also, Coco doesnt pressure you into purchasing something, she suggested for us a photo package that would be perfect for our event instead of trying to upsell. She also encourages you to go home and think instead of pressuring you to make a payment.I was on a somewhat rushed schedule but the team was able to accommodate me and rush the dress order and pre-wedding photos. Photos turned out lovely and all our guests were complimenting how nice they turned out! Coco and the team were amazing to work with and Ill definitely be recommending all my friends over to her!Thank you The One Bridal team for the amazing service!PS. We highly recommend The One Bridal! After going to multiple bridal stores and trying on many dresses, we had the best experience here. Coco is really sweet, really patient and very understanding. We never felt pressured or rushed. Whenever we wanted to discuss amongst our group, Coco would casually walk away to work around the store. This made us feel really comfortable about having an honest discussion without feeling like a stranger was listening in. Overall, Coco made us feel like she was genuinely trying to help us and she never made us feel like she was just trying to make a sale. We love the dress that we got from here - we got so many compliments and we are just so happy with our experience here!

The lady working here is so friendly and professional! The friend who was visiting different places really enjoyed this one, as they have really beautiful dresses and it was difficult to choose. I really recommend this place for both bride and groom, the lady is very knowledgeable and helpful.

When I was planning for my wedding, I found myself overwhelmed with all the questions and options out there for me. I went to several bridal boutiques and they were all intimidating and sometimes snobbish. I found that many places only let you try on 2-3 dresses and tried to push you to buy the first one you try. If you ask to try on other dresses, they flat out tell you no. I was pleasantly surprised when I visited The One Bridal. Coco was very attentive and helpful and not once did I feel pressured into buying or felt like she was trying to kick me out the door. I also had the chance to meet the photographer and videotographer Joseph and Keith. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Weddings can be quite costly and sometimes when you try to save a few bucks here and there you end up with poor service or quality. I think The One Bridal is reasonably priced for the quality of work and service you get. I have referred a few friends here already and they all had only good things to say.

We have signed up for multiple services with The One Bridal: Wedding dress and veil rental, Chinese red dress Kwa rental and videography for our BIG day. We have such great customer experience with The One Bridal and their way of dealing with clients was seamless and went above and beyond our expectation. The One Bridal compromised my wedding needs and provided me with flexible timeline on pickup and returns. The video highlights turned my second reception into an amazing and remarkable event. From video taping, to cut and edit, to background music selection, it didnt cost any of my efforts but it turned out to be very very touching and seamless.I definitely recommend The One Bridal to all engaged couples!
