Very rude staff. I asked to pick up my mobile order and the guy didn’t even say a word, he just rudely pointed out my order.

Great staff at the Marlborough Starbucks! My wife and I stopped in to grab a quick bite and some coffee while we waited for her doctors appointment. Very nice seating area for customers with plenty of plug-ins to charge your laptop or phone.

This Starbucks is supposed to open at 6 am. At 6:15 3 staff members walked up and said - we open in 15 minutes. I said oh it said 6 am and that you are supposed to be open now- they replied we are running late and another said we’re getting here now extremely rudely. Opening 30 minutes past the time you are scheduled for and then being rude to customers??? Terrible.

This really is the worst Starbucks in New England. Slow service. Very slow. Like “hi welcome to Starbucks can you hold please” then you sit on the drive through for 6-9 minutes without a clue why you’re waiting for so long. Needs some serious training and restructuring.

Legit the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. When they first opened and they were slow I understood. But now being opened for awhile it’s still extremely slow. A drive threw should be in and out not wait 15 mins or longer to get a single coffee. Today I decided to walk in “ thinking it would be faster” boy was i so wrong. I ordered immediately, then waited 17 minutes just to get two large coffee’s. The poor lady in front of me had been waiting longer than me and was waiting on something also simple. Four people came in behind us and got there orders right away. I felt so bad for the lady because she was late for work and was keeping her cool for a long time. I ended up getting my order before her. If you cannot multi task please don’t work fast food. What a nightmare... guess Dunkins is my next resort.

The workers at this Starbucks are by far the best. The nicest people ever. They always make my drink right and never dissapoint. A nice worker gave me two gift cards because another Starbucks messed up my order!!! Very nice people and they call me chicken purse girl lol.

They have a walk up window that says it is for mobile orders. I was taking my dog for a walk and figured this would be perfect opportunity to get my coffee and be out with him. However the staff stared at me from inside and never opened the window. I could see my order sitting there and nobody said or did anything when they saw me standing at the window. I had to walk my dog back home 10 minutes and then come back to go inside. I ordered my coffee at 8:10 and wasn’t able to get it until 8:45 because nobody acknowledged me standing outside the “mobile order pick up window”

New location. They are obviously very busy with the added drive through, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Keep up the good work!

Marlborough was in desperate need of a new Starbucks location for their downtown location. Before, it was too cramped and the parking left much to be desired. They’re now located in a new plaza a half mile away that’s much more accessible, open concept, with modern amenities, and a drive thru.Only complaint is that they don’t yell out the mobile orders.The other is to the builders who designed the parking lot. It’s too narrow and the curbs are too high making it super awkward to drive through.

Ive been going in for over 30 years and each year it gets worse its more for people who think theyre cool.Some people think Starbucks coffee is a status symbol I just think its 2 strong.My suggestion is McDonald a senior is only $0.95 not $5. You can buy a coffee at McDonalds every day for a week or one for one day at Starbucks

Location appears to be closed/abandonedDumpster in parking lot, store missing Starbucks sign with property rental sign in windowAfter researching... The location that was on Weed street closed but I think the location moved down the street. I think google marks the weed street location as 137 s bolton but I think it is furthur down the street.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Staff ignored me for 5 minutes and after taking my order every person in there 5 staff members only made mobile orders even though they had customers in the store. I asked after 20 minutes when my drink would be made. They said they would make it but customers who came in after me left before me. Won’t be coming back waited half an hour for one drink when I was the only person in the store so there was no line when I took my order. People came in to order after me with more things and were taken care of first. Bad way to treat a customer especially if you want them to come back.

The mobile window is terrible at this location. I stood outside the mobile pickup for about 20 minutes just waiting to tell them I was here to pickup my order. People with mobile orders just congregate around the window hoping someone inside opens the window to pass out drinks to the 3 or 4 people closest to the window

Just sat at drive thru box for 5 minutes at 9am for them to not even answer. Five cars ahead of me and theyre all taken care of. We even said hello multiple times and got no reply. As we drove away there were two people standing at the widow with a headset on and all the cars that were ahead of us had driven away.

Awful experience. 5 cars already passed by and my coffee and refresher is still not ready

Good service and good coffee, I had the white mocca and marble cake, Ive never tried anything like this before, totally recommend.

Just left this Starbucks and let me tell you I have never had such a bad experience. I ordered a venti pink drink I had no idea the drink was 99.9% ice and .1 percent drink. Also the rude barista was very rude and attempted to tell me I didn’t order a pumpkin bread. Never again looks like Boston post road is always the better route. 🙄

4 out of 5 simple orders every week are wrong. Sometimes I get something completely different than what I ordered and what is on my sticker. Its like a surprise every morning. But not a good one. Today I got a venti half filled with whip cream when I asked for no whip at all! Enjoy!

Good service at the register, however, they didnt even bother to tell us our drinks were ready to go. My wife had to ask after after about 10 minutes that theyd had been made. Again, Massachusetts holding up to massholes standards

Expensive but good

This particular location has the best staff. Their is something to be said when the person working at the counter remembers your name and for the most part what you order on the reg.I value consistency when it comes to getting your morning cup of coffee and this location seems to be the most consistent with everything! The only reason I’m giving it 4 and not 5 is because during busy hours you can get stuck in line for a decent amount of time so beware.

Always quick to get an order out, as well as a super friendly, accommodating staff. Great stop on your morning commute!

Since they dont allow you into the building only to the door where you place your order and wait for it... its okay Im sorry they lost their outside seating due to this...it was the perfect day to just sit and relax.

Like having a bistro everywhere, seasonal special coffees, great range of flavors and intensity.The food is smart and in tune with protein when you need it or sweet when you want it. Egg bites to Danish. Scones to muffins. Makes the day feel special when you ward off Winter cold with a hot Pikes Place!

This Starbucks has a great staff, very attentive and very friendly. The biggest problem here though is the arrangement of the tables and the displays are not very conducive to a comfortable atmosphere. I dont enjoy having to sit across the table from strangers, it was much better when they had comfortable chairs and small tables where you could have two or three people in a group gathered.

One of my favorite coffee shops in the area. The employees here are great, making sure to get to know you as best as they can. Since I visit here so frequently most of the time the staff already know my name and have a good idea as to what Im going to drink. Ive never had any issues and the service is consistently spot on. Try a green tea latte some time, theyre really good, it may not look the best but trust me its worth it.

One of my favorite places. The staff is so friendly and attentive. It has such a chill vibe, even during rushes.

No line. 3 coffees and oatmeal made as ordered. Clean, organized but missing something I cant quite identify - a sense of reason to be there other than to get coffee and leave.

Disorganized!!??I always place my orders on the app so when I get there I walk in get my food and go. I always order 5 to 10 ahead before I even leave the house and drop off my mother to work so to ensure my order is there when I arrive. Today was very disappointing.1st the usual crew that knows me was not there not 1 single person I recognize.2nd They all looked like they did not know what they where doing or what was going on.3rd I had to get there attention to get my order. I pointed it out and the guy handed it to me but the girl was like no they have to wait for the mobile orders like 5 minutes everyone of them.I didnt say anything because all the customer looked upset already. I thought to myself what is the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait. The comment that she made towards me was rude. She didnt say it to me but it was directed to me because I had to practically cut to get my order that was cold already.Not Happy with the staff and attitude they all..

Always friendly service, you can always find a spot inside or out, and clean! One of my favorite Starbucks to do my work, out of the ones close to me.

Carla was amazing! Another Starbucks store made an awful (mostly water) americano and when I went in to get more espresso she just re-made it for me. Awesome customer service!!!

The worst part about this place is the more you come to this location the more they chat with you = the more they screw up your coffee. I used to get what I ordered before I got to know the staff well. It’s a little messed up.

Got a cappuccino and cold brew with almond milk. Both taste like burnt coffee with a weird almost soap/chemical like after taste. They are undrinkable and had we not been at work, wed have returned them. It is really upsetting to spend so much money on coffee only to throw them out.

Staff is friendly but the waits can be unbearable. I once ordered ahead of time through the mobile app and had to leave before my order was completed. I waited 10 minutes longer than the expected wait time and it still wasn’t ready.

This is by far, my favorite Starbucks in the area. Alissa and the rest of the staff are extremely upbeat and friendly, and will really make you feel at home. The service is also much quicker than the other Starbucks in town. On top of that, their coffees are always consistent, which cannot be said for other coffee shops in the area.

The baristas are very friendly and they make the drinks well. I always love this place.

Ordered a Venti mango dragonfruit and i WATCHED my barista make my drink with just water and the dragonfruit, forgetting the mdrf juice... doesnt taste like mango at all either.

After ordering a nitro cold brew and iced macchiato, I received the nitro after waiting about 5 minutes and after another 5 minutes of waiting still didnt have my macchiato, everyone who ordered at the register after me already got their beverages. When I finally did receive my macchiato it was nothing but Carmel sauce. Which tasted aweful. This was a very disappointing Starbucks.

Consistent spot. These are cooperate, so the staff is trained and the products are consistent.

Whats not to love about Starbucks? Their black tea. Royal English Breakfast, indeed. It is terrible. They used the cheapest bottom quality tea for Teavana. Teavana had some great black teas, and there is no excusefor tea that tastes like twigs. Dunkin Donuts has better black tea! I am primarily a tea drinker, so I cant go here as often as Id like. The coffee is grand, but its really not my cup of tea...

Love all Starbucks. This one is not the best one to sit and relax. Its smaller and has strip mall views.

Poor service. My order was taken in a timely manner but the two baristas proceeded to serve more then 1/2 a dozen people that were in line after me.

Have been here twice, both times so disappointing especially for the price you pay. The same loud girl worker was there both times trying to flirt with the guys and get attention from customers for how hard she works rather than making a cup of coffee. A manager should be present during busy times to avoid this.

Coffee is mediocre and when I ask for liquid sugar I get the eyes rolling yet they expect a tip for par flavor and the fact I have to make it myself after they only put a cup under a spout, I feel bad for the baristas and I always tip no matter what but they shouldnt expect one everytime I get a hot coffee...
