The staff is all helpful and friendly. They helped me a few times find things in the back or may somewhere else in the store. The store is always clean and well stocked. Great store!

Unfortunately not a positive experience. Went in to purchase The Elf on the Shelf with my 40% coupon. No where on coupon does it say that this item is excluded from the offer. The girl that was helping me was very nice and just asked about the coupon promotion, another member of staff who was rude snapped that is not included in the offer. When I inquired that it was not mentioned on the coupon her reply was check the catalogue. Yes, I did check on getting home and very fine print at the bottom of the page it said excluded. Rather misleading and if the girl in question had been pleasant and cared about customer service this review would have been a positive one. Will now purchase from Target with a 5% discount and pleasant staff.
