I ordered an item online and the distribution center sent the wrong version of it, plus they didnt engrave it before sending. I went into the Things Remembered store and it was going to take a while to figure out what went wrong with my original order, but the woman who helped me came up with a great solution. She promised to work out the issue with the distribution center after I left, but got me what I needed and it was engraved within 20 mins. Thats great customer service.

I came here to engrave a pen. The store staff Emily gave me an attitude and was extremely rude to everyone. She didn’t look me in the eye when I was asking a question. Rolled her eye several times while talking with me. I feel there is something severely wrong with her. Try to get another person to help you. No luck with this lady!

The workers are amazing they really help with suggestions on gifts and engravings . best place to go for any special occasion for personalised gifts. Everything is a great quality as well for the pricing and if you catch there sapes its even better and they pretty much have a sale going on everyday.

I get an inscribed picture Fran as a gift every time I’m invited to a wedding the couple getting married always love the gift and things remembered always goes above and beyond story make it perfect.
