Overall a good experience.. They were very friendly and helpful..Got the repair done in timely fashion..The labor was fair but only giving 3 stars because i paid 3 Times what the part cost at a local auto parts store.. Autozone and advance had the same part I needed for $75-$100 but they charged $300!..3x what the going rate seemed to be..I brought it to their attention and nothing could be done.. I honestly would have preferred another shop as I was quoted $200 less at another local shop but couldn’t wait a week... It happens..Sometimes have to pay for convenience...not bad just pricey..

Main Street Auto is one of the best mechanic shops in the area. They are very thorough and explain their repairs in detail. The techs are very kind and helpful. They 100% stand by their work as well. I have gotten my clutch done by these techs and currently getting my brakes serviced here as well. Although they are busy at times, they take their time with you on phone, in person, and on your car to make sure you are satisfied with your repairs. If anyone I know have car troubles, I will always point them towards Main Street Auto.

I went here to get my headlight replaced. The dealer said they would have to remove the bumper and couldnt get me an appointment for weeks, but Main Street Auto took me right away and noticed they could access it through the wheel base. (See my update and another great review below this first one)Let me start by sharing that I attempted to get work done at numerous auto places in the 10 mile radius of Marlton (some have used a few times before) and everyone was either booked, overbooked or not interested in coordinating a time. I did some research being a Triple AAA Member and read reviews plus also had verbal recommendations to use this shop. When I called, Steve was more that accommodating with coordinating a time. He has a genuine pleasant disposition. On the day I dropped it off, Tom was also there and he gave me a rundown of what they found in the diagnostic of my car. My vehicle is twenty years old and gets great gas mileage and I take care of it very well but, I needed some routine work done and the easy and methodical way they went over everything impressed me. The work took a few days longer than anticipated (Holiday time) yet after I adjusted and put my head on straight again (Thanks Steve) I was OK with waiting. I thought the work was done well; not a greasy mess in the car or engine area. I did pop the coolant cap back on yet that probably popped off when the car was being worked on. I could see that they cleaned up some of the engine grease where my valve gasket cover had leaked. The car drove nicely as I drove around for about 20 miles after pickup. I had a timing belt repaired and they placed a sticker in the car, which was great until todays heat had it blow off yet I am thankful I took picture of it. I really liked the service and I will make sure to only use this shop moving forward. The price was very fair. They were very professional and I like supporting my local business owners in Marlton. Thanks, guys!UPDATE 082321 I went back to the shop as I had some other issues in my older car and has some more work done. The team was really great in pinpointing areas of concern and the detailed printout gives you options as to what is important to fix first. They are very accommodating and I am happy with their service and honesty. Very fair prices and great customer service.

Yesterday I went to Mainstreet Auto because my AC wasn’t working well. Although the shop was very busy, Tom, the owner fit me in and fixed the problem. I was very pleased with my experience. Both Tom and his service writer Steve were professional and friendly. The shop offers a nice space to wait while you car is being serviced. I will definitely be using Mainstreet Auto for future work.

Ive only had my car back for a day, so Ill withhold my opinion until we return from driving down to Myrtle Beach and back. What I can share now is the following: it took three full days to get my car back after making relatively minor repairs, and as you know, trying to park in your lot lot is treacherous. On the plus side, staff is professional and courteous, if a bit harried.

The gentleman at Marlton Main Street Auto are very honest and diligent hard workers, they work as a team and have a great understanding of vehicles and a known acknowledged familiar way of handling corresponding the customers needs to each other. Their price was very competitive with Cherokee nearing by but it was not the Main Street Vehicle Wrap, Corvettes of Flash in Pan Style treatment that gained my attention and had me remain several months now at their business. It was the location, and upon approaching one tech, Brian, he greeted me cordially with no judgement as I was not dressed to discuss business, but casually patronizing Produce Junction and he treated me with warm eyes and an empathetic understanding that I sincerely was in need that my commuter car be not just great looking to the layman, but safe. Tom and his team at Main Street Auto are fantastic! I service both my luxury vehicles...Lexus and Acura...there. Both are leased and Main Street does all the required maintenance on them. They are a lot less expensive than the dealers and do high quality work. Moreover, they look up the vehicle in a database so they know exactly what needs to be done and when. And, they keep records of all maintenance so when I return the vehicles, I can show that they have had the required maintenance. Contrary to the belief of many, you are not required to service your vehicle at the dealer to maintain the warrantee or lease. I highly recommend Main Street Auto for that.

Had my car 4 weeks. They never worked on it. It just sat there. Cant really comment on the level of service they perform as my car wasnt worked on. I guess you have to nag and bug them to work on your car. Im not that sort of customer.

I was away from home visiting a friend in Marlton, noticed one of my tires was loosing air. I called Main Street @ 9:00 a.m. and was asked if I could stop by at 10:30 to swap it out. As soon as I walked into their waiting area I was greeted by the owner and one of his assistants. They took my keys immediately and jumped on the job. I was in and out in a half hour. BEST auto repair experience Ive ever had, and Ive been driving for almost 50 years!

I called as soon as my oil pressure light came on. Just from the phone call, I knew that my car would be safe with them. They diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and gave a phenomenal price. I told them that I needed my car back by a certain day and they delivered. They communicate with you and not leave you wondering or guessing. I was very impressed with the service provided here. If anything else goes wrong with my vehicle, I wouldnt hesitate to call them to fix it.

I am not happy with this repair shop at all. I had brought my car in on 2 seperate occasions about 2 months apart because the check engine light was on. They gave me various reasons why the light was on (including a problem with the variable valve timing system) and I paid them over $1300 to fix all of these reasons. Now the check engine light is on again, not even a month after they finished working on it. According to OnStar diagnostics, there is a problem with the variable valve timing system again. I am wondering now what they actually fixed. Seems a little shady.

Tom and his crew have won us away from the dealership and the chain shops. Great service, and have never had to get a problem looked at twice. For our most recent service, they squeezed us in to replace one flat and 3 aging tires before our vacation, even though it was a busy summer Friday and they were clearly swamped.

I will admit that I was a bit nervous when the business owners changed for this location. It was once known as Marlton Car Clinic and now it is Main Street Auto where everyone is different than before. I have to say I am very happy with them! Ive had several services done to my car here since the change in ownership, and theyve been wonderful. Everyone is super nice, the prices are reasonable, and theyre always willing to fit you in even if the schedule is tight. Best of all is that they are thorough when they inspect your car! I love my car and plan to keep it for many, many years, so a thorough inspection is a must for me so we can fix the little problems before they turn into bigger problems. And no, I do not feel as though I am being scammed like with other mechanics. I trust their recommendations because theyll ask you things like Do you notice a such and such when you drive?. You say yes and theyll explain the cause. They fix it and then the issue is gone. (You can tell by the way I explain that I am not a car expert in the slightest lol, but I do fully trust them and thats big for me!).Overall, theyre doing a great job! If you live in or near Marlton, and are in need to a reliable and honest mechanic then look no further!

As they were doing the brakes, another issue was noticed. (Gas tank, had a leak) they searched the internet and found a patching product, got it and applied.
