I just purchased a 2016 Smart ForTwo vehicle, they have done a wonderful job checking in all over. The engine light came on, they took care of it. They did the NJ vehicle inspection. Now I am getting 4 new tires. I will be asking then about detailing the vehicle also. A great place for your automobile maintenance.

This was the first time I brought my car to Quality as we had heard good things about them. In addition to doing my brakes, they did a overview check of the car and unfortunately found a few other issues. They sent me a report which showed the issues as well as actual photos, which were helpful in understanding the problems. I appreciate this as it likely kept me from breaking down at some point. They are very professional and helpful. Cant recommend them enough. I will be using them exclusively in the future.

Horrible experience here. Took my car in for a vibration issue. They told me the brakes and rotors in the front needs to be replaced as well as my front tires, they were replaced 10k miles ago. The front tires were a little wore but the brakes and rotors did not need to be replaced. They did $1500 worth of work to fix nothing. So a month later I took it in for the same issue. They said they would need an additional diagnostic charge and I already paid once for a charge that they said would be waived, which it was not.

Joe was great. He was very accommodating and worked with me to get my car fixed quickly. This is the second time I’ve used them and they have been great both times. Would definitely go back.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! THESE GUYS ARE INCOMPITENT. THE FAILED TO MAKE THE REPAIR I WAS CHARGED FOR...TOOK THEM 3 TIMES AS LONG AS ESTIMATED ...AND ITS GOING TO COST ME MORE MONEY TO HAVE IT FIXED RIGHT!It took them 12 calendar days to replace the timing chain on my car. They actually bent a valve putting it back together because they didnt have a tool which was required.I drove the car less than 4 thousand miles, and found out the timing chain cover has been leaking the whole time. The car actually broke down on me on a 900 mile trip from NJ to FL. The shop here in Florida tells me the timing cover is leaking, and has been for some time. Quality Auto claimed to have a Nationwide Warranty on the repair. When I tried to file a claim, I found out this repair was not covered.Quality Auto then told me they only used Mazda Parts so their Nationwide Warranty is not in effect. They wanted me to bring the car back 900 miles so they can diagnose/fix.Shop here in Florida says its a $800 job to take the timing chain cover off and reseal it correctly. Only go here if you dont care about being charged lots of money and not getting a good job.

Brought cars here for past 4 years. Great mechanics that always fix it right the first time. Pricing is consistently higher than the highest RepairPal estimate though. Also always with the up-sell for tires you dont need, etc. Am searching elsewhere for more reasonable costs.

Our MINI Cooper S broke down after a car trip to visit friends in NJ from Rhode Island. We limped into the station and they were able to look at it very quickly for us. They also worked with me as I was in contact with my regular mechanic here in RI. Everyone worked together quickly to get my car back and running so we could get safely home, and then even followed up a few days later! Highly recommend!!

They were Very convenient and competent not the type of people to upcharge and add non needed repairs good group of guys. And they had plenty of knowledge of reliable cars for anyone looking to upgrade and get money out of your investment.

Super easy to work with and they took me at the last minute. Every time I made a hard left turn a low engine oil light came on. I called and they were able to get me in right away because I had a big road trip planned. They went over what was wrong and fixed it. The pricing was fair even though I dislike paying maintenance bills. ha!

While traveling through New Jersey our 2008 Acura MDX broke down. I had no choice but to tow it to the nearest auto repair shop and hope I wasn’t going to get raked over the coals. Quality Auto Repair turned out to be the most honest and professional auto repair I’ve ever run into. Scott was amazing. He was prompt, showed genuine concern for our dilemma. He certainly went the extra mile to figure out how to get us home safely without spending a fortune. Don’t waste your time reading any other reviews. These guys are fantastic. I wish I lived closer I would give them all of my business.

I read other reviews that they are too expensive but I believe for my oil change and the inspection they performed was very reasonable. I’m happy I found QAR.

Fantastic! The driver was wonderful and fast. They were able to tow my car back to my house and gave me a lift home. They made, having to call a tow truck, hassle free and very convenient! After insurance coverage, it was only $9.

Quality is the opposite of what this company is. My wife took in her car alone to get a simple nail taken out of her tire, and to get a patch. They charged 8 dollars for the patch and $64.95 for the labor!! I have gotten 3 nails removed from my car and patches for $21 each at places far nicer than this! They clearly saw that she was unaware of what was correct and took advantage of her. Plus, when describing the labor, they childishly typed out the step-by-step process of how to patch a tire, and then copied and pasted it to expand the paragraph on the receipt. Reminder - there was just one patch, not two. If you don’t want to be deceived by the low lifes working here - choose another option. Any option. They’re all better than this place.

RUN! These guys are extremely corrupt. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere, anywhere else!! Since I cant think of any pros, Ill just list a few of the cons: refused to give an estimate, charged triple the amount the repair shouldve cost, and they weaseled their way out of honoring a discount. They are very good at smiling in your face and telling you what you want to hear but I promise you, you do not want to give them your business. Also, they seem to have a problem with communication (if you read a lot of their responses they often apologize for their miscommunication). Enter at your own risk.

My car was towed there on Wednesday literally I live two minutes down the street still cost me $85.They didnt call me until an hour later saying they got my car from the tow truck.Didnt call me until Thursday evening to say what they thought could possibly be wrong with it but still had no concrete solution.Finally called and said the estimate would be around $1050 and it would be ready Friday.There was such heavy grease smudged all over my inside door jam in a cream interior Cadillac.They didnt reset the oil reader for me which I felt after paying over $1000 cash they couldve at least done that out of courtesy.The following day I went to start my car and it wouldnt start.So now I was without my truck again for the weekend because obviously they did not fix the problem for $1000!!!!I cant wait to see what happens tomorrow when I call them.What a nightmare I would not go to them again or refer them.

I cant speak for their repair service, but my motor club sent them to tow my 2003 Toyota RAV4. The fella that came for the tow was absolutely wonderful, could not have been nicer, introduced himself and it was a wonderful experience all around. I see all the negative reviews here and while I cannot speak for their service my experience with having them come for a tow was A++!

Fast and convenient service, they try to knock out as much as possible in short (Saturday hours) time, I am usually handing them a bunch of jobs to look at and some add ons which is not easy to do on a shortened day like Saturday. I have both vehicles serviced there, and one service coming for a custom service job on a Monday, liftkit, tires, exhaust, etc. For the car enthusiasts crowd if you are looking for a garage for the daily driver and your baby to be taken care of, give this shop a try.

My real name is private. My mechanic seemed more like a goofy young man than a professional mechanic. After the simple repair he test drove my car for 5-10 mins ( unnecessarily) and when he handed the desk man the paperwork he snickered a remark that made no inference to my repair and was just plain old out of character. I sensed that he rigged something for a future repair bill. Not going back.

Today, I went to Quality Auto Repair at Marlton, NJ for Oil change after courtesy Inspection they found my rear stop light bulb is out they call me with price to replace just bulb which cost $38 I asked the service manager who called if he can give me any discount he said no way then I said ok do the job.Then I called the Car Dealer and asked how much it cost to replace the bulb (labor + parts) they quoted me 19.99I believed Quality Auto Repair charging customer way too much money for car repairs I wouldnt suggest anybody to go there for any kind of repair. before you go shop around

I had 1983 Camero that I took to them for servicing because it had been sitting for a while, they got it back up and running great for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them for a trusted service shop.

UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST - Dont take your car here for repairs! They told me $980 for a fuel pump which I got repaired at Pep Boys for $550. Kept the diagnostic fee but I still saved hundreds going to someone else. Never again - youve been warned. Notified AAA and Better Business Bureau.

So far the service has been goid. I will keep you updated as I have a better chance to rate them.

Called the day before for an appointment for the breaks on my car to be replaced. Took my car to the shop first thing in the morning and was told they would call me. Around 3 pm I still had not received a call, so I called to see if it was done. I was told they might have to do it tomorrow! I picked the car up and took my money else where.

Do not use their service. Were an hour late, driver would not call me when I was told I was going to be called, lied about where the tow truck was. Overall terribly run business. Go to another repair facility and use a different tow truck service.
