I ordered 73 dollars of Wallflowers Fragrance Refills on 9/19/21 Never received my order nor did i get any emails concerning my order. Today 10/8/21 I placed a call to the customer service and was told my package was returned to the ware house the day after the order was shipped due to damage I asked why i never received a notification of what happened to the order Customer service stated their responsibility is over when the order is filled My order is being now being refilled So i guess if i never inquired about the order i would have never gotten it and still be charged on my credit card This is my last order with Bath and Body Works

Love it here. The staff are great. Location is in Marlton area and easy to find. They have everything there so you can get all your favorite products.

I really like the staff at this store. I missed them during quarantine. They are every helpful and the store is always very clean and organized. I just dont like the Buy 2 get one and Buy 3 get 2 sales. Something feels misleading with those deals.

I’ve been here many times, and I always have a great experience! The store always has helpful staff members. The store is also pretty big and has a lot to choose from. Glad to have a bath and body works with such a friendly environment!

Got here at 7:15 pm and doors were closed website says they close at 8pm.

Gingham perfume does not smell like honeysuckle. The sales rep tried to sell me merchandise by stating it smells similar. No... no it does not. Its a psychological sales technique. Most people fall for it. Honesty is best policy.

Had a terrible experience with employees that didn’t know the answers to questions. There was also a sign clearly posted saying that candles were $12.95. However after picking out my candles and waiting in a very long line they rang up at full price. After telling the manager about the sign and showing it to her she said oh this is the back of the sign so it doesn’t count. The sign with the sale price was facing the wall of customers looking at candles! She refused to match the price as advertised and was very rude about the situation overall. Any other store or bath and body works would have honored the price. The manager here really didn’t value customer service at all.

The store manager needs to go... shes the rudest woman i have ever encountered at a bath and body, extremely immature and disrespectful to her own customers and employees. Youre better off going to ANY store but here.. Felt bad for the staff woman is a nightmare...
