My 3 year old daughter, my friend, and myself, were really excited about coming in. It was around 7:34pm when we walked in, no one but the sales associate was working. I announced myself by saying “Hi!” And the associate made eye contact with us and then turned her back to us without responding. I politely asked if the store closed at 8pm (because we saw the front sign which was different from what showed in maps on iPhone.) We received a response that included an eye roll and unfriendly attitude. We turned right back around and left. I completely understand what it’s like to have a long day, and that it’s the end of your shift. I get it. Just, please be nicer, I was having a long day too. The app said you closed at 9pm.

I am a long time Image Beauty customer, in-store and online. My shopping experience is always a pleasure! They carry all of my preferred beauty products for hair, makeup, nails and more. The store is very well stocked and the discount prices are fantastic! On top of everyday discounts, they run great promotional offers and their loyal shopper rewards program is generous. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive and courteous. I use their online service a lot these days since I moved many miles away from the store, but I still stop in anytime I’m in the neighborhood. Loyal customer for life!

Horrible service. Tried to exchange a product I tried once and the three ladies that were working were the complete opposite of helpful. I was incredibly sick for months so it was out of the return window, and instead of offering store credit or trying to come up with any type of solution, all three of them were incredibly nasty and just made me feel bad about it being outside the return window. I planned on exchanging and buying more items, but after the way these women treated me, I just ended up throwing the product away right outside the store and will never be returning. You would think with business being so slow that all three women can stand up front waiting for a customer to come in, they would have tried to help instead of being so rude and dismissive- especially for one of their “rewards members”- but sadly that’s not the case.

I really missed not going here since I moved. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful.

I bought two OPI nail polishes there and they were so watery...not even 3 coats gave good coverage and the nail polish peeled off the next day. Nail polishes arent returnable and I just threw them in the garbage. What a waste!

This place is a hidden gem. They have the best prices. I dont think people realize that their prices are the best in the area. May not look as upscale as other similar stores, but thats fine with me. Just give me good prices!!!!!

If you need hair care, cosmetics, or just about any beauty products they must likely will have it here. The prices are reasonable, discounted from department stores and drug stores And they also have sales...I was here Labor Day weekend and there was an additional 25% off!! Good deal

The clerk at Macys suggested that I try Image Beauty because they no longer carried the Cologne that I wear. No only did Image have it, but it was less than half the price I had been paying at Macys. And I was able to fine all of my wifes beauty regimen at similar savings with great personal service to boot. Great find. Great store.

Having a 25% store wide sale! They also offer a rewards program and they keep track if it for you! Employees are always helpful and you should check Value Pak for coupons. We get most all of our beauty, hair products and styling tools there.

I have to take off a star. Would have been 5 but when they shipped my first ever package from them, they forgot one of my boxes of hair dye. I called and they resolved it immediately. But i was very disappointed

This is a great shop. Discount beauty and hair products. Call ahead and make sure the specialist you want is working when youre going to go. The hair dye specialist is great and helped me figure out a plan for how to do all my dying from home. 💁🏻

I like Image Beauty because they always seem to have what I’m looking for! Plus, they carry the eyeliner that I’ve been using religiously for the past 5 years now. When Image Beauty didn’t have it in stock, I would have to go to the competitor down the street, but now they don’t carry it at all, but Image Beauty still does! Thanks Image Beauty for being good to your loyal customers and carrying things they actually like!

Lots of hair supplies, color, shampoo, conditioners, sprays and gels. Some makeup and lots of beauty items. Fragrances and a load of nail polishes. Join their club for coupons and discounts. Location is perfect as I can also go to Burlington, Home Goods, DSW, TJ Maxx and others.

They have a great variety of products and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

I literally just left the store and I was super disappointed. They have not one ethnic hair care product in the entire store. They also do not cater to darker skintones in the cosmetics they sell. Super disappointed about really not being representedin this store. I will never go back.
