I went here to exchange 4 candles that I bought on sale and the employees and manager tried telling me that it isn’t possible unless I paid extra. DO NOT EVER LET THEM TELL YOU THIS AND DO NOT EVER LISTEN. I contacted Yankee Candle about the incident and they responded “We have since spoken with this store and informed them of the jar for jar policy. This policy, does not go by a $ amount ever”. Did you read that? Never EVER does an exchange go by $$ amount. Ridiculous what this store put me through for literally following the policy, while they were completely ignorant and rude about it. I also emailed Yankee Candle beforehand to make sure I was able to exchange them, and when I showed the lady ringing me up (the manager I believe) the email, she read it, rolled her eyes, handed it back to me and said nothing. She was so mad that she was wrong and had to exchange the candles for me. I’m so happy Yankee Candle customer service backed me up and I got my four candles that this store made such a huge deal about. I saved the email customer service sent me and will use it again if I ever have to deal with a hassle like this again. Hopefully this store’s employees will become more educated on their OWN policy that customers know more about. I really hope this review helps anyone who has been told they had to pay more or can’t exchange their candles and walked away listening to what the Marlton Yankee Candle employee told them or anyone in the future.

This store is so uncomfortable to shop at. The owner/manager is so rude and stalks you the whole time you’re shopping. She gives you dirty looks when sniffing candles. How is this person allowed to work at Yankee Candle? I hate going here but it’s the only one close. I might have to completely stop shopping here and only do online shopping because it really is that bad when shopping here. I do not recommend shopping here at all!!!

Nicely organized store. If you need candles, they got em. Melts and diffusers also sold here. Pricy, but the pillar candles do last a long time. Wick cutters are pointless, the candles burn great if you leave it alone.Attentive and courteous staff.

The staff was friendly and there was a pretty good selection.
