I always have fantastic experiences at every Starbucks, and this location is no exception! The baristas are extremely friendly and skilled. My drinks are always delicious! Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations to patronize. I always feel welcome here!

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because my drink was good. I ordered a drink and wanted it a little sweeter so I tried to speak to the woman making the drinks but she was so focused I don’t think she heard me. Then I was spoken to by a red/orange haired woman who was checking out customers, who told me “I’ll be with you in a minute.” and proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her head. I literally just wanted my drink a little sweeter… I’m not sure where the attitude is coming from. I work in customer service myself and I can tell you this woman was rude and needs to find another outlet to express her unwarranted frustrations. Sad trip, smh.

The best Chai Tea Latte i have yet tasted in ⭐bucks. Made just the way I like it. Very nice and courteous barrister.

Very nice store. First time there today and the staff helped me download the app. Drink was very good … cookie crumble…. Store was clean. I went inside and only 2 other customers were there… the drive thru had a long line. Will go back to this location.

The team at the rt.70 drive thru in Marlton is outstanding. They care about their customers and the service provided reflect that. I enjoy seeing them each morning for breakfast.

This is a very clean Starbucks with a great layout and a drive thru. The parking lot can be a mess but thats not their fault. The staff was fast, warm, and friendly.

Nice coffee shop, indoor and outside seating, clean, and the people who work there are really nice and helpful. Lots of parking areas, and it is pretty easy to drive in. Also, there is a drive thru here too.

Okay this is my favorite Starbucks location, the staff is always so friendly!! Ryan made my coffee today and it was the BEST coffee I’ve ever had & he was so sweet :’)

I often go to the Starbucks on Fellowship in Mt Laurel on the weekends on my way home from work. Yesterday I ordered my usual hot vanilla chai. It was great. Today when I ordered my usual drink I got water and warm milk, no chai. Went back through the drive thru and requested they correct it all to be made the same thing. I then park and go inside and was made a drink that was wayyy too strong. The lady was really nice so I didn’t want to complain about it. I left there and went to the Marlton Starbucks on 70. They apologized for my troubles and made me a hot vanilla chai free of charge that was perfect. I think this will be my new route home on the weekends.

I only use the drive thru and never have any issues. No matter how long the line it always seems to zoom by and the staff are very courteous and friendly and always get my drinks right!

No issues with this Starbucks. Drive thru is long most of the time so just give yourself some extra time for that. Extremely friendly staff.

Nice and very clean. 4 attendees and it took 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Mind you I was the only customer at the time. Minus one more star.

While waiting for over 5 minutes for 1 hot chocolate inside it seems like they were short-handed. Drive-thru was almost around the other side of the parking lot. That staff was backed up and falling behind. I sat In one of the chairs waiting for my order. From the back room someone pops out and says you cant sit here I told her I had a spinal injury and I cant stand long and Ive been waiting for more than 5 minutes. She told me to wait outside and said have a nice day in a condescending voice with a bad attitude. This happens to be the assistant manager. Who is hiding in the back not helping the employees. Her name is Gabrielle who should be fired for having 6 people waiting and 20 cars waiting while she hides in the back. She is a Millennial piece of garbage. I hope this store looses customers from her actions this morning.

Love this location. They never mess up on my order. The speed is a tad bit on the slow side compared to other Starbucks Ive been to. Also they do not off healthcare workers or first responders discounts here, but others do. Just saying. If one of these were to improve then Id probably rate it a 5 star.

They told us we couldnt sit at their OUTSIDE tables after a few of us had been sitting there for several minutes and after we purchased something. They could have put a sign out there, but even after we were done, eating in our car they didnt bother. Its sort of reflects the fact that they dont really care about their customers?

Wonderful staff! Everyone I have encountered working here has been pleasant and has always help my day start off on the right foot! I get an abnormal drink and they all make it for me and never cause an issue. Best Starbucks staff around!

One of the nicest Starbucks Ive visited. Staff are very friendly but not in a pushy or annoying way. Order is always right, even when I have a complex request. Always look forward to my coffee runs here.

Unfortunately, as a share holder with Starbucks and a frequent purchaser of their coffee and products in numerous states for many years, suffice to say I was disappointed with the cavalier treatment I received at this location recently. I know these are trying times for us all and when you are understaffed and busy it can be taxing. However, this is no reason to be unfriendly to customers. This could just an exception to the rule here, and a one-off, but it was a far cry from the typical, cheerful response I get at every other Starbucks location.

Love how Starbucks is responding to COVID by closing their restrooms to customers (at least at this location) - effectively eliminating the most effect method we have of combating the spread - Hand Washing. Does anyone else find this strange?

Drive thru service is Exceptional! Megan was so helpful and sweet and of course my drink and food was delicious!

Friendly and quick even with a major line.

I ordered a peppermint mocha frappuccino and it was all liquid. Not happy that I paid 6 dollars for a drink they cant even get the consistency right too.

I came here on opening day & ordered the Dragon Drink. My order was ready within five minutes, which was quite fast! This says a lot about the skills of the staff here, which is really awesome. Following days service continued to be consistent and accurate. 5/5

Orders are always correct and the staff are super fast and helpful. I wasnt sure what kind of drink I wanted and the nice woman behind the counter help me customize my own! If they seem a little frustrated its just because they are always busy busy busy but they wont ruin your experience. They have WiFi and cute little tables and chairs for you to sit down and study at.

I went here and did my best to remember my wifes order since I wanted to surprise her. The barista was kind enough to idea to replace my drink if I got it wrong. I appreciated the offer and I hope it reflects the kind of customer service this Starbucks offers. (I got it right, thankfully enough!)

This is my favorite Starbucks by far ! It’s rare if they mess up and if they do it’s always corrected . I really don’t mind spending more for my coffee when the service is so friendly only location I like besides South Philly.

New and pretty but unfortunately I went and they missed up my drink...people make mistakes - thats not my issue. I brought the drink back and they tried to partially refund my drink. Starbucks is definitely a splurge. Dont understand that company policy. The managers were polite and fixed the issues. Just never had that issue at my local Starbucks.

I went to Starbucks two days in a row. The first day I went, the drive through worker was work was rude and had an attitude. The second day I went I told them my order (venti guava passionfruit drink) and when I got to the window, the worker insisted that I ordered a grande and wouldn’t even say sorry for the misunderstanding. I’ve never had this problem at my local Starbucks. What happened to “Customers are always right”?

I am usually not a fan of caramel macchiatos, BUT this Starbucks makes the BEST iced caramel macchiatos. One of my favorite places to stop because the staff is friendly and the service is always amazing!!!

The place itself was clean and the staff friendly and nice, however the issue is the drinks themselves. I ordered 2 frappuccino drinks and neither one was frozen and both drinks were overly sweet. I would not stop at this one again.

First. I need to point out how I am a regular at this store. Today is the LAST DAY I am stepping foot in this establishment and will be contacting corporate. I walk in, there’s no one in line and 5 baristas. The fat lady then pretends like she didn’t see me. I stood there for over 5mins. Then the guy at the drive through tell the girl. You have a customer. She replies “I know I know” you’d think she’ll come up front to help? No. I then stood for another 15mins that’s when I decided to walk away. She saw me walk away and didn’t say a word. Soon I walked out I came back in to get the managers card. She still didn’t acknowledge me. My worst experience at Starbucks. If you didn’t love your job. Just quit.

The two times I ordered a Venti Green-tea Lemonade my wife was disappointed. I am usually picking up drinks so I dont know if the drink is not to my wifes liking until I get home; too late to return it. The staff for the most part is very service friendly expect the young lady working the drive thru this weekend. She got a little testy when I wanted confirm I ordered a Green-tea Lemonade, after she said my Greentea would be ready shortly. That was why my wife didnt like her drink the first time, and it was the same issue this time around. She told me the screen says Green-tea Lemonade, but clearly some is not reading it right.
