I‘be been a customer here since 2010. Jenn,Jim and staff are on the ball! I switched from a larger unit to a smaller one seamlessly. 11 years is a long time! New apps, etc. The facility is always clean, and accessible. I can’t say enough good things about Public Storage and this location and the staff! Thank you for a great experience!

This is the cleanest storage unit I have ever seen. The staff have been friendly and professional. They explained how to rent online so I did not have to make time to go into the office. The directions to my space were easy to understand and my unit was clean and ready when I moved in. Top notch service here.

Renting this storage space has been the easiest part of my move. After making a reservation the location called and I paid for my space on the web site. The movers found my space where the local office described and it was enough room for everything. Flawless!

This has been a great storage facility and I havent had any problems. I made a reservation on the website but the person Ive worked with the most is the facility manager Jenn. Shes been informative and explains things in a way thats easy to understand. And shes really friendly too which is good because of my social anxiety and it helped put me at ease. The space is clean and I definitely feel my belongings are safe.

Its been a great ever since I started renting. When I have a question I go to see Jen but I mostly pay my bill on their website. My apartment is close so the entrance is very easy though I remember getting lost my first time. She keeps it very clean.

My employer has had a unit for years in the climate area. I usually visit twice a week and its always clean. The employees are very friendly. The company keeps updating the facility.

Just superb customer service - hands-down the best! Jennifer was absolutely exceptional - she always helped me figure out the best plan for my storage. I was moving items from out of state to a unit there, and I was nervous that I wasn’t going to be there as the movers brought in my items. Jennifer always worked with me right on the spot, and accommodated me and my movers in a way that was quick thinking (and she was always very gracious and compassionate). Michael and Kaitlyn were also wonderful. Moving is one of the most stressful life events - and Jennifer and the other employees really worked with me every step of the way - from the reservation, to paying for the space, and the move-in day itself!! I never knew I could be this excited about customer service - but I am!

Wow! I never realized how popular storage is. I stopped into the Marlton office to look at some prices as I am moving next month and while they didnt have the size I need right now the ladies in the office were so informative and helpful. Jenn even looked up if anyone else in the area had the unit Ill need. The customer service here is superb! If you need a unit definitely come here and talk to Jenn. I started out looking at this facility while shopping price, as do most people. They were at the top of the list for best price. I wanted to look at a couple of different units to get the best fit for my needs and Jenn, the property manager made this very easy to do. The facility is clean, secure and monitored, all of which are important to me. The company has a very good reputation and has been in the business from the beginning so they have all the best practices worked out to make it easy and efficient. The property manager, Jenn explained all the options, how everything works, got me set up, checked in and ready to go without any issues. She is GREAT! I highly recommend this location.

Our son has rented at this location for the past 10 years and has been happy with the size space he has as well as the convenience of the location, ease of access, excellent support services from the staff. We also have enjoyed the reliable elevator service, sufficient hand trucks and the bright lighting of the corridors. Finally, our son has a job where he has to travel to many different locations and when he may need something shipped to him we have no difficulty getting what he may need from his unit and sending it off to him.

This is an extremely convenient location at the crossroad of two major highways Route 70 and Route 73. My move has taken me months to facilitate from packing to planning to movers. Jennifer is the facility manager and is nothing short of fabulous! She and her employees have assisted me during my every visit to gather packaging supplies and lastly my lease. I am thrilled to have found this gem!

I have been renting parking spots and storage areas for several years. I can’t imagine going to any other storage facility in the southern New Jersey area. Jenn, Has handled my account for 4+ years with customer service that is rarely seen these days. Any questions or issues that arise she is quick to return my phone call or evaluate the situation and resolve it quickly and professionally. This location is exceptional and I highly recommend the staff to anyone in the area that is looking for extra space to rent.

Impressed climate control area has zoned motion control lighting. Office staff are always pleasant and helpful.I called ahead with some questions before committing to storing at their facility. I wish they discussed with me at that time the need to have a padlock an off-premise insurance in order to gain access to the storage unit. I would have brought my own lock and provided proof of off-premise insurance to be able to gain access to the storage unit quicker. I ended up having to run around the corner a Walmart to buy my own $5 padlock instead of borrowing theres for a $20 lump sum fee. Otherwise I have been very happy was temporarily storing belongings at public storage.

Having rented multiple storages at different places I can confidently say this is the spot I am happiest. The same manager has been here for my three rentals and recognizes me whenever I return. The staff is often seen cleaning the facility. If the prices stay reasonable I will stay a while.

I have had a work storage unit there for almost 6 years. Jen has been manager there ever since west started renting, and has always taken great care of us! Have had but one small problem in all that time, (lights were broken in the unit when we switched out), and Jen and her staff got it fixed ASAP! She has great staff too, I might add! The only staff name I remember at present is Desiree, but all are very helpful and professional. Public Storage of Marlton is a great place to store your stuff.

We wanted a temp controlled unit close to home and we found it here. The facility is clean, and everything is in working order. Ive been a customer since 2011, and have changed units twice without any problem. The staff is always accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. Chris was especially helpful today. We were trying to decide if we could downsize to save money, and his input helped make the decision. Very customer friendly.
