Zero star rating, contacting Better Business Bureau. When Joyce was Manager, this NEVER would have happened! Stopped in today for a plain door wreath, tag read $24.99. Inside, asked for pricing for a bow at top, she said no charge. She had one ready-made, attached it, rang it up for $37.31. I questioned the charge. She repeated numerous times that if the wreath is decorated, the price changes. I repeated numerous times that the tag read $24.99 and that she told me there was no charge for a bow. She looked as if she was on drugs, honestly, making no sense at all. After 25 years as a loyal local customer, a senior citizen struggling for food in this pandemic, scraping together money for this fresh wreath was my ONLY Christmas joy. She is a liar, a thief and so are the owners. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I would never go here again shame on them for not honoring sales that they forgot to take down its your mistake which seems to happen often so you should honor it customer service is key and clearly you have a decent amount of unhappy customers maybe you should check out your reviews and find out what your doing wrong and then maybe you would have a better rating but its seems you dont care oh well your lose

Great flowers, beautiful selection. but most of the girls working there are real nasty. my grandma had a hard time reading the credit card screen and the girl got an attitude with her. another one was rude when we asked where to pay. i mean, if you don’t want to work there, then don’t! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I found the face book video posting on April 10 Wishing All a Happy Easter & Passover to be extremely disrespectful towards something considered sacred by many. What does Santa and a welding mask have to do with these two holidays that are considered sacred to ones religious beliefs.

Spoke to someone named Rich and he cursed me out after I left a message stating how I was unhappy that I had to call 10 times and leave two messages in order to ascertain information about pavers! Completely un professional and I will never do business with this company again!

We had the opportunity to use Guy and his crew at Laurel Oak for driveway/ parking area project in the front of our home. Guy offered a simple solution which looks great. The crew worked hard and completed the job quickly. I would highly recommend Laurel Oak.

In town this past week visiting in laws. Had landscaping done by this company this past spring. Learn to read the fine print on your contract before signing with Laurel Oak. Adds on/costs at their discretion Feel this company took advantage of senior citizens who were not familiar with overall plan. Design very vague, nothing itemized. This company does not like to be questioned about costs (very overpriced) for what they received. Slow to answer questions and return calls. Encouraging in laws to file complaint with local consumers affair. Overall job done was nothing special for what they paid. Would they use or recommend this company again NO! On Budget On Time - Who theirs?

Good selection of bee friendly perennials. Ive been purchasing here for years. Christmas trees included however disappointed with this visit. Pricing difference on soil which was clearly mismarked. Sales rep walked over and moved the sign to the correct location but still wouldnt honor price as marked. And it was only one bag, $3 difference!! That minor cost difference for a happy vs unhappy regular customer. Not very sensible. So they definitely lost a few stars and it will no longer be my go to place for outdoor plants and decorative items

Telephone phobia is reluctance or fear of making or taking phone calls. The telephone is important for both contacting others and accessing important and useful services and information. Sufferers avoid scheduling and clarifying info. This company nevers picks up the phone or returns calls. They are the worst for not answering, putting you on hold, hanging up on you. There is help for this disease.

Always buy our christmas tree black Friday. Today there was cofusion about the cost of the trees, and the wreaths. The 8-9 foot trees were not out yet. Only one guy to help with the trees. This was the first time our experience was not good.

Must say very disappointed in my first and last visit to your garden center a couple weeks ago. Greeted with, What do you want? and by an employee who was smoking a cigarette. Continued looking at plants and prices on plants and he follows me around and goes into this long lecture about how he is in charge of security and about customers changing price labels?

One word describes this place KNUCKLEHEADS! What a waste of my time, know your product and inventory. By the time they figured it out I had placed my order and had delivery set up with another garden center. Plus it was cheaper pure ton and delivery was cheaper. Witnessed a shouting match between 2 employees, heard one of the employees call one involved Alex (?) so rude and very unconformable situation over a bag of broken stone being placed in a customers car. I left and will find another garden center to shop at. New in area.
