Really good service and I thought the rates were quite reasonable. Our driver, Josh, was just as nice as could be, professional, and he knows his business. I hope his boss appreciates him because Josh is the kind of employee I would want representing my business.I dont remember the name of the lady who answered the phone but she was very pleasant. They helped turn a very unpleasant surprise (a dead starter and a nearly 40 mile haul) into an all in all good day. Now, thats saying something in my book. I highly recommend!

After AAA let us down i started calling locally and found these guys! This place had great service. From the phone call to the end. We were from out of town and had a blowout. They said they would be there in an hour. Took 20 minutes!! Then the tire place they recommended got us done in a flash. We blew a tire and had a new one within 90 minutes of calling. The driver was a sweet guy and was very helpful. So glad we called. Cannot recommend this company enough.

I run the maintenance for a trucking company and needed a tow due to a tree falling on a truck while on local highway. Knowing my driver was possibly injured Action dispatched a wrecker immediately. The driver of the wrecked even took the time to call me to report the situation and kept me informed. Action was also very helpful with watching our load as well as helping to ensure another driver could hook to the trailer and deliver on time.Taking into account the entire staff, service, price and helpfulness I will only call Action Towing if I am ever in need in this area again.I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars

I own a trucking company based in NC - my trucks were on I20 in TX - got the dreaded phone call at 7 am (my time) - truck hit a gator, fuel connection broke at fuel tank - first call to another 24 hr service, no answer, 2nd call 24 hr svc, no answer - third call was to ACTION TOWING - should have been the first, but I was in a panic - NOBODY likes to have their people sitting along an interstate broke down. The sweetest voice answered my call - I thanked her for answering the phone, she responded with :this is what we do - long story short, Dustin came to the rescue, fixed the issue in no time flat, company was so much more than fair with the cost, and driver was headed out, so he thought - truck had been running, building air, thought nothing else was wrong. Well, in trucking, theres always something else wrong. The connection to the air brake chamber on the trailer was also torn out - I called dispatch again asked them to send their guy right back, he had been up all night, so they sent another technician out to where my trucks were. Again, in no time flat. Josh saw what we needed, went to get the fitting, came back, fixed the problem and there was NO CHARGE - are you kidding me!?? NOBODY DOES THAT! Not NO BODY, NOT EVER!!! All this being said, I wish I could hug each and everyone of these folks for giving me peace of mind and helping my guys safely proceed to their destination in Abilene. So, dont waste a call for another rescue - ACTION TOWING IS ALL YOU NEED!!! PERIOD!!!

Lost control of truck during a bad storm and ended up in median of I-20. Tow truck pulled my truck out from grass. At first had called Isaacs but they ended up bailing on me saying they had all their trucks out, after i had been waiting on them for over 30 mins. called action towing and they had a flatbed tow truck show up within 15 mins. price was very fair and deserved. definitely worth it. I drive a school bus(#18) for Hallsville ISD and today I was impressed by the actions your driver took on Hwy 80 between Hallsville and Marshall. He crossed his truck across the shoulder to keep cars from passing on the right side(aka my door side). I have had trouble this year with cars passing me on the shoulder with my reds on and my door open to let students off. I am grateful for his actions in helping to ensure the safety of my students!💜

One of my worst fears came true : I was traveling late at night and my loaded truck with practically everything I owned inside broke down. I was stranded on the interstate for almost 6 hours. Good service and fast

Yesterday, I had a flat tire on I-20 close to Waskom, TX. In about an hours time, my insurance Roadside Service contacted Action Towing, TJ arrived, tire was changed & I was on my way home! TJ was very nice and quickly changed the tire! He also made sure tire pressure was good in the spare. The tools of mine he used to release the spare tire were placed back in the compartment the way he found them. I appreciated that!I would highly recommend Action Towing!

Had a major malfunction. Motor mount snapped on my rig causing damage to a few other components to top it off. Within 15 mins of my call they had someone here. To check it out. I definitely thought I would be down for a day or so. Nope. Their mechanic worked on side of the off ramp in the 35° cold and rain until almost 3am to complete the job and get me up and running. Very fair pricing and superior service compared to any I have ever received from a roadside call. If you need anything trust me this is the place to call.

These guys were great. Good wrecker service and mechanic shop. Friendly service. We broke down bad and they were able to get us back on the road the next day. Helped us find a close hotel and took us to and from the hotel. Kept us up to date on the work in progress. Reasonable rate. Glad we found them.

Five stars aren`t enough for these folks! This is a 10 star operation.James is the most skilled heavy wrecker operator Ive ever personally had the pleasure to meet.He has a shop crew that will get you out in a day if possible. They replaced 6 injectors in a Series 60 in about 6 hours and had to send a man to Tyler Tx to get the parts.I can`t thank them enough for busting a move to get me outta there.

I had one of my 18 wheeler drivers break down about 25 miles away. One call to Action was all it took. Not only did they get him towed into their location quickly, they even got him in the shop same day and completed a major repair in less than 24 hours. The rates were very fair, and they even took my driver to a hotel for the night while waiting for parts. HIGHLY recommend! Hope I wont need their service again, but if I ever have a problem in east Texas again, I know exactly who to call. Thank you Action Towing!

I called from the side of interstate 20 where the peterbilt left me stranded. Tow truck was there within 15 minutes. Didnt take long and they had me at the shop getting repairs.

These guys are crooks, they charged me 350 to tow a car 13 miles and scratched up the front bumper on a brand new car costing me another 1000 bucks to repair. Lied about it to my face, said they have cameras till I asked to see the footage then there was no camera.there were cigarette ashes in the car and we dont smoke, of course driver said it wasnt him as he thumped his cigarette.With the additude I got in their shop I dont see how they have a 4.7 star rating, they must write their own reviews.

They towed my boat trailer, which was missing a wheel, to the repair shop. The charge was $125c which I thought was fair.

This company took 3 weeks to rebuild my transmission and install a new clutch. Charged me 5000 and did not tighten the transmission bolts. 2 months later the transmission nearly fell out in the street. Do not take your truck there. Im warning you.

My kia optima engine went out about 1/2 a mile from their shop. I live about 4 hours away. They were VERY timely in towing my vehicle. I had my 9 year old daughter with me and they even fed her at no charge. Their service, kindness and gratitude is above all else that Ive experienced. I would recommend them to anyone!! I love the front desk receptionist, shes super awesome (cant remember her name). The driver gave us a lift to the kia dealership, was super nice as well; which I especially appreciated sinceI had my daughter with me on the 30min ride.

These folks are just awsome. We were on our way to see a home to buy when we broke down in our business Freightliner truck. They towed us and worked with our extended warranty insurance to get the job done. We were just South of Marshall, Texas, they went to Shreveport to pick up the part 45 minutes away and had us out 30 min. After that. We got to see our house and Action Towing is just awsome. Both our semis had provlems, Got a leak, loosing radiator fluid, and the second had the clutch go out. they answered phone on Sunday and made an appt for repairs first thing monday, mechanic very good, knowledgeable, and informative. everyone was extremely nice. Let us use vehicle to get food, drop off driver at motel. And bill was reasonable. Repairs were done right away.
