I love shopping at JCPenney!I placed an order online for my favorite bra, as they didnt carry the size and style that I wanted in the store. I also ordered a new style to try, as my favorite one is being discontinued.A few short days later I received an email saying that it was in. Im picking up was quick and effortless and the cash register attendant, Julie, was as sweet as they come.

Nice items, fair price, but the staff, although friendly or a bit aggressive in trying to get people to sign up for their credit card. I understand this is probably a corporate initiative, but it really takes away from the overall shopping experience. The employees are versatile and very knowledgeable, and great at making recommendations otherwise.

After a horrible experience getting a ring else where, I talked to Janet in the jewelry department and she gave me advice on how to get my other ring refunded. I ended up getting it refunded and bought a new wedding ring set with her. She did everything she could to get me the best deal. Extremely satisfied with my experience with her! Thank you Janet!

I was shopping recently in your store. With a armful of clothes I was approached by one of your employees. Janet was her name and she told me about a coupon wrapped in a chocolate candy bar that I would get at the register. I thought mmmmm..... chocolate!! She then returned with the candy bar and handed it to me. Checking out, the coupon was revealed. 50% off my total purchasr!! What?!!!! Wow!! Thanks so much Janet!!! Great experience here. I have been shopping here for years and all the staff are great!!

The people that work there are very friendly but the styles are not for any of us that are over 50 years old. This particular store is the last one in our mall that sells clothing. I wanted to buy a couple of t-shirts but they were unavailable in the sleeve length that I prefer. All styles and materials are not 4 my age. I guess us old people are going to be walking around naked before too long. LOL just kidding!

Prices are okay, its the service thats got me astray. Everytime I look for assistance I have to look for help. There are two older gals that work here that ask their guest if they need help or if they have been helped. But the younger ones, are clustered behind the registers. They are sweet and kind. However, they lack to notice the guest that look like they need help finding what they need. Which with my experience, I know guests are what help a business grow.Customer service is getting better.

The jewelry here is adorable and just gorgeous.

(Was there two weeks ago, for reference). Good selection and service. Fitting room return carts were overflowing, suggesting they have not been checked in a while. I might have caught them on a bad day or they might be a bit understaffed.

Its a small JCPenney but the selection was large (if you couldnt find it in the store they would order it online). The staff was VERY NICE and PROFESSIONAL.
