I love this store! Great place to shop,reasonably priced. BUT, I HAD A CASHIER WITH THE NAME OF WYATT, and have never had such a rude,disrespectfulCashier,rolling his eyes in disgust that he had many items to check out,thinking I didnt see. I was ready to walk out and leave it all sitting at his counter!!! I know they have some good cashiers but this one needs to go!!

Went for a new battery for my van they had plenty of them even being on sale at a awesome price

Nice diverse selection that will meet the needs and most wants of farm life. Prices are on the high side, probably due to high overhead. Tools, clothes, food, chicks, and interesting assortment of randomness. Recommend visiting.

Love the big bags of fresh popcorn, to bad the movie theater next door doesnt sell this popcorn. Rural King had an employee come out to the car to help with a car battery situation and that was A+ customer service!!Thank you Rural King for going out that extra way to help!

First visit of many to come to Rural King!They have a little bit of everything from farm and ranch needs, hunting supplies to home decor. Cant forget the clothes and wide variety of snacks! Awesome sales associates as well!

I was a loyal customer but after being lied to and ignored I will never set foot in a rural king store again. They let a $25,000 dollar purchase, plus much more, walk away. They completely ignored me and lied. My money will be spent somewhere else for my supplies from now on.

Love this place, always something I want to buy.

It has bulk products, which is good if thats what you are looking for, the only issue was the gun department, where not at the fault of the staff, took us four hours to buy a handgun. That is a serious return visit issue.

This place is like a Lowes, Big Lot, Walmart, and Co-op all under one roof. We need one of these in Nashville.

They usually have what I need and more when it comes feeding chickens and getting a good snack

I hate that I have to drive all the way to Martin to go to Rural King now but it is worth it. Apparel, tools, food, farm and homestead supplies. They have ALMOST everything. Id give you 5 stars but I didnt find a single cowboy hat in the store. Im not an old lady, Im not wearing a straw hat. Other than that, its the perfect store.

Love to get our feed from here and ammo but the baby chics are way too young

Went to go buy a heater. Found the heater then you had to buy everything to put the heater together because none of the parts came in the box I thought that was ridiculous. 300 bucks for a heater that you had to buy the parts separate to make it work.

Have been buying chicken balls for my dogs for several years, the last two was moldy and they would not return my money or exchange. Disappointed that they do not stand behind what they sell.

Bought a new lawn mower lasted 1 hr took it back they said they didnt warranty the motor lost 1400 dollars

This place is very clean and the staff are very courteous. Even in this pandemic, they find that customers needs out weigh stocking shelves and going to meetings. They go out of their way to help me find that for which I am looking. Very pleasant and refreshing.

Its a great place to find things...my only complainant is that I bought a pepsi there Saturday night and it was flat..I took it back in to the cashier with my receipt and was told there was nothing that could be done..I had only been out of the store for maybe 10 minutes ..walked to the car sat down opened the sofa and it was flat..walked back in and this was the treatment I got..rude and smarty pants attitude...

Well stocked with things I use daily clerks friendly, helpfulPrices reasonable. I was very disappointed when the store closed in McKenzie. Martin is to far to travel to shop routinely but we do stop when we travel through the area. I really do like Rural King.

I made a perches of a few things, along with 1 box of ammo. There was a little bit of confusion at the time as my phone rang, and it was busy. When I got home I realized I was charged for 2 boxes, but only received 1. The next morning I called and talked to the person whom I made the purchase from, and explained what had happened. He remembered me and the transaction. I was told he would hold the box of ammo with my name on it behind the counter, and when I came back, or sent someone, just bring the receipt and pick it up. Today, I had someone to stop by with the receipt, but was not allowed to get the ammo. Even when I explained over the phone to the asst. manager what had happened, and he found the said box of ammo, with my name on it, said I would have to pay for it. AGAIN! BEWARE, not a good way to do business.

Needed a machine roll pin to repair my eye glasses as they broke in the center of the bridge bar. Worked perfectly.

Revision of review: We recently were back at this store and they have really organized and cleaned it up, not a bunch of stuff in the isles anymore. Pretty impressed with the way things are looking now.Original review: We love Rural King, but not so much this one. We just moved to this area from southeast Tennessee and use to shop at the Sweetwater Rural King. The Martin store is unorganized, messy, and looks like a really old store. We will be back, but not so excited about shopping here.
