I have never in my life had the worst customer service experience as I always do at this Walmart. Trying to take care of my transaction at customer service and there was an employee talking over me to the woman handling my transaction, going on and on about who this person working is and that she wasnt going to run a register. You have all these registers and none of them are ever open. Had a customer service clerk tell me that they has locked themselves out of their register and could not do any transactions for 6 hours, honestly how do you not do any transactions for 6 hours. Watched your greeter who was wearing plastic gloves for sanitation reasons touching another employees hair and go back to work without changing gloves. So much for clean surfaces. As a former employee of this company I know this is not how the store should be ran. More than once walk in and there are no carts they are all in the parking lot. Have watched employees sitting out front smoking knowing full well they are to not be in front doing so. Not sure if it is a management problem or employee problem you have but there is a problem and someone needs to address it. I would personally start with your management and work your way down. All these employees feel this is appropriate behavior because it is what they have seen or been shown. Really sad that I can drive 20 minutes to another Walmart and have a much better experience with a cleaner store that is better stocked and much better customer service.

This Walmart feels like it’s never stocked. Any time I do my shopping there are several essentials that are never here. I normally do pickup, but even that has turned into a chore. Most pickup items are ‘sold out’ which seemed normal for this Walmart until I mistakenly left something off my order and had to go in same day. Lo and behold- items that were ‘sold out’ for my pickup order were stocked fully on the shelves. Whatever- I get it. Not that big of a deal.However, today I’ve called several times to add items to my order since I’m allowed to do that up to a certain timeframe. Not only did associates start preparing my order too early for me to make changes, but I’ve called several times in several different departments only for it to ring forever then be hung up on.For people to be safe and get the items they need, this shouldn’t be so difficult. I just wanted to talk to someone so they could switch the order status back so I can add some items I forgot since my email says I have til 1:45 and it’s now 11:29.A phone call is really too much to ask?

Our Walmart in Martin has been going down for past two years and yes before covid store isnt neat, not kept stoked well at all and its the entire store including the pharmacy area. Seems like ordering system isnt working well and no would must not care about our store cause go to others stores and you appreciate the pride they take in theres and I appreciate it

Normally I am not happy about having to go to Wal-Mart. Bad customer service, rude inconsiderate entitled customers, etc. is to be expected and usually happens like clockwork. I did encounter plenty of rude inconsiderate entitled customers but the customer service was outstanding!!! I was looking for a fridge for my sons dorm so I asked an associate where I could find one not only did he show me where they were he went out of his way to get me all the information I needed and had the best attitude about it. If the fridge was overpriced (which it wasnt) the level of customer service that Corey brought (if Im remembering his name correctly) was quite refreshing, spot on and would have made the price worth it.

I buy certain things from there, but not a big fan. They were good before they branched out all over the place. They lack quality over quantity. They have the public fooled with self serving motives. Mom and pop stores cant thrive with them around. I prefer mom and pops stores.

I love walmart its my go to store tho I wish the cosmetics aisle were more in stock and the clearance aisle

Walmart is constantly making shopping a chore I wish I didnt have. Have something you like, they quit stocking it. Never enough cashiers, and I dont work there. I am not cashiering my groceries. Never gonna happen. Put people back to work Walmart!

They really need to teach their employees that handle orders on line to be more Is respectful and courteous To Customers in the grocery department who are shopping.... they are always rude and want to get in your way without say excuse me!!! If yall cant teach your employees proper customer service then Ill take my business elsewhere!!!

Dont like the self checkout is cards only now,this real thisly has people upset. Than you only have two registers open people walked out. I dont understand why when your a billionaire business. You Need To Work on this.

This isnt my typical Walmart, but I was able to find everything I needed easily. The staff was friendly, and while the parking lot was crazy packed, the cashiers seemed to get everyone rung up and out efficiently. Very happy with my experience.

Always busy but have the shelves stocked. Have seen same employees working here since I first came so they must treat their employees good. That says a lot for a huge chain. Will definitely return.

Love this Walmart! You guys do an awesome job! Update 6 months later: Had to lower stars because they’re never stocked. No kids juice, no paper plates, no Sprite Zero, no lunchables, no pillows!!, no organic milk, no canning jars. Whatever I’m looking for it’s always out. Weird though, I look on the app for something and it says “in stock” or “5 left” but there’s nothing. This is why I have to go multiple times a week because they usually have a day or 2 later.

Good most of the time BUT the grocery pick up is in a bad place. Several times the people don’t pull all the way into to parking places and it is hard to navigate through the parking lot because of this. Would be a lot better if they moved it over to the side of the parking lot.

I know there are not other choices to shop around here other than WalMart but this store is never stocked and you stand in line forever to check yourself out just so the one you are using does not take cash. There are no signs telling you if they do or not or which ones. Id rather go to the dollar store

Cant find half of what Im looking for, shelves not stocked very well. Hate the loud music when you pull up in parking lot. Have to wait a long time in lines to get checked out unless you use self checkout

We are seniors and go early to avoid crowd. Last few weeks none to check us out. Get done cashier.

Its a shame they cut the store hours in half to cram us all in together in the name of social distancing. A smart person would utilize that other 84 hours a week to help us spread out. But they arent smart. Just greedy.

Not enough people checking! People do no like to check themselves out! If more that 3 people are in a line then open a new register. Self check should not be counted as a checker.

One store clerk, an older lady with glasses is always very rude she took our cart and said she had to clean it, but most crew members are really nice tho.

Disorganized, shelves empty, not enough cash registers open. Usual attempt to make customers work for Walmart for free by checking out their own groceries. Prices high and getting higher. Restocking done capriciously and during high volume hours. Employees on the floor work hard. Upper administration should be replaced.

Im in Walmart almost daily ... most of the time its friendly service and great prices ... only problem recently is the online information for each store inventory not matching with actual instore quantities.

Found a gas fire pit for sale for 139.00, tried to purchase it, and the manager Kevin decided he wasnt going to sell it for that price and changed to the ticket to 276.00!!! Ridiculous, and false advertising, if you can do business else where ya should.

There was no long lines and more check outs open than usually.

This store............. Most trips and experiences to walmart are pretty uniform and convenient. In fact, until I visited this store I cant ever really say Ive had a bad walmart experience. Being that it was the day of my grandfathers funeral and running low on fuel, I stopped here to conduct a quick transaction at the customer service counter. Now, dont get me wrong. The lady behind the counter was very nice and friendly. However, she had no idea how to conduct the PayPal transaction I was in desperate need of. Fast forward 20 mins, she looks at me, looks at the monitor, and asks me if I know how to complete the transaction. I was shocked. Then she calls over some sort of manager she referred to as a CSM. Big surprise, this manager doesnt know how to complete the transaction either. This type of transaction isnt anything overly complicated and Ive been able to complete it many other times at various locations all over the southern and midwest regions without issue.Here we are now, 30 minutes in. There is a line growing behind me and another customer at the counter who coincidentally was also having an issue due to lack of job based knowledge. At this point I desperately just need to collect the funds for fuel and get back on the road. Well, that didnt happen. After I left the store I tried to call a store manager to voice my frustration and ask why multiple untrained people were put in these positions. I was put on hold for another 25 minutes. Again, big surprise..... I was not at all able to speak with anyone in management. I almost didnt make it to my grandfathers funeral because of the incompetency that was perpetrated at this location. I dont at all believe it was the hourly employees fault, Im just not sure why management placed various untrained personnel in these positions. Long story short, would not recommend.

I went to the vision center today around 3:45. The woman was leaning on the counter on her phone. I stood there a few minutes before she even looked up. She glanced at me, grabbed a piece of her candy bar then went back to her phone. A few minutes later she came to me and said do you need something?. I wanted to buy some contacts. She said the woman that sells them wasnt there so she couldnt sell them. I told her I had been waiting 5 minutes. She said ok and shrugged her shoulders. I walked past the vision center about 10 minutes later and she was on her phone again. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The store is too hot. Its not comfortable trying to shop. My hair was wet by the time I got a few things and I just left. Also, I was not expecting to see an employees underwear and butt hanging out while walking to check out. He bent over and let it all hang out. Thank the Lord his black underwear didnt fall too. Not very appropriate for families coming to shop.
