Excellent customer service every time I have been here. Prices have gone up since the last time I had to buy a battery for a vehicle! (Over 5 years ago) by almost 75%. Thats alot! Sign of the times. Lets go Brandon!

Went to this location after my husbands battery seemed to need replacement. After explaining what we needed, John, I believe his name is, tested the battery, let us know we needed a new one, and replaced it for us. He was friendly, explained the process of how they change a battery, and was efficient. It’s people like John that really have you coming back. He is such a good representative for this company. Give this man a raise! If you see this John, please know you are awesome! and thank you for making sure we got our military discount!

I have been an Advance Auto Parts Customer for over 20yrs., My hobby is restoring Classic cars and after I retired the 2nd time I got even more involved.I liked the local shop and management so much I went to work for them. I even got a discount 😷!

Jerry was absolutely RUDE! I am so sorry that businesses are having such a hard time finding help due to people not wanting to work because of the recent stimulus checks, etc that you are limited to subpar employees. However that is not my problem. Good luck! Ill never shop there again.

I asked for a seal for my driveshaft to transmission, they started asking me about my axels. I told the lady (Kiersten) I’ll go to someone who knows about vehicles. Called autozone, walked right in and they had the part ready for me. I dealt with incompetence at a molecular level with you people.

Friendly enough, except that everyone (aside from one) wasnt wearing masks. Not employees, not customers. Its not very friendly to blast your germs all over others during a pandemic.At least I found what I needed and could leave quickly.

This store is very irresponsible, zero of the 10 employees were wearing a mask properly. I would not recommend going to this store if you have any concerns of covid. Also there is no mask request for customers entering. I would just avoid and order online instead.

Very poor. I simply walked in to see if they could install a car speaker and they said no I asked them where Advance Auto was and the guy said its just a couple of Doors app I Walk and Walk and Walk and found out it was more like a half a mile up the road. It just shows you the discourtesy that some people will demonstrate when they dont want to be bothered by you

Great parts, mostly great people! Occasionally you might get a rookie that doesnt know a ball joint from a beer joint, but mostly they hire gearheads like me.

First time going there, from what I understand managment needs to change. But the employees are nice, had the part my sister-n-law needed on the shelf.

So today my car started to give me some issues. Well i stopped at Advanced to check it out and see if it was a fuse or a light, so i check the fuses, they all look great. So i go in and ask for some help and matt the manager had no hesitation to help me... we found the light needed replacing, did that and still no luck getting them to work at that time. Well about a minute down the road they pop back on after the 30 minutes we spent trying to figure it out. I appreciate this help i recieved and am beyond thankful! Kudos to Matt!

Service was terrible - I counted six employees working with only one at the register, who was also answering phones. Multiple people walked right by while I was waiting for several minutes. Alvin, the only one arming the register was very pleasant and frankly the only saving grace of my experience.

Yesterday my experience with this store was very unpleasant.I went in to buy some parts for my car using the email coupon I received before it expired. The young man who finally came to the counter, I dont recall his name, but he had blonde/reddish full hair.I had stopped at Oreillys three weeks ago and they told me the part name after looking at it on my car, but I only remembered partial of the name. When I told the rep it was part of the suspension area and partial part name (Seat), he said thats a odd name for a part. I asked the rep could I show him the part on the car. He stated well even if I saw it I would not know the name and that he only sell parts. I thought that was a very unprofessional statement and he made no attempt to go out to my car to even look. He then asked another tall slim guy with black hair who did go out but was not certain of what the part was after viewing it on the car and while looking for it on the computer.Then another rep came over, short older lady, wore glasses, and again three people now and still trying to guess.Well at this point I decided just to trolley myself back to Oreilly. Once there different rep from three weeks ago, the young man look at the part on my car, he wasnt sure either but he show professionalism, asked another worker was he familiar with the Suspension systems parts. This guy goes out to the car and says, oh yes that is the Coil Spring Seat. Advance Auto, if your reps don;t know things, they may want to take the time and ask someone else there who may have more knowledege.
