Well stocked. To me the vagrants who live around this store dont own cars. Lucky for Autozone. I bought a low beam front headlamp.

Needed a new battery in her car and they installed it for free and where very curtious and polite.
Its getting pretty bad there in Pacheco..theres one guy named Chad there....alot of the customers dont like him cuz he is an #$+@&-$@#&...I know alot of people have quit going there because he is an +$&-/#$@!?&$ to the customers....REALLY!?
I came over here on 4/17/2021 at 4pm after my check engine light suddenly came on and after a very unsuccessful, and eye rolling experience at Meineke. As soon as I came in, this fantastic woman, who was amazing at muti-tasking, asked what I needed and promptly handed me the code scanning device. She explained to me how to use it and said she would print out a code definition report for me. Sounded easy and it certainly was. I went back inside, the amazing woman, once again juggling three customers (and a business on the phone), printed out my code scan report. She told me how to fix the issue and I was on my way. Customer service at its finest and honestly, I only wish I lived in the area so I could give my business to this particular store.I wish I had gotten your name, but you know who you are. I want to say, Thank you!!Meineke, you could seriously learn a thing or two because I will NEVER be a customer of yours.
My name is Carl Johnson!I had a awesome experience Yesterday at Autozone on alhambra in Martinez.I visited there at this location several times getting honest and professional help from a few Associates there.Especially one Particular Employee name ( Shane ): He have taken the time to extend his hand and time in researching the parts I needed and his experience in cars an car parts, also sharing his experiences with other customers in resolving Particular problems an needs of what the customer wants although you may have other co-workers that are not experience nor knowledgeable about cars or takeing the time and patience in customer service.( Shane ): is your go guide in locating parts and experience. Also his personal conversations interlectually with customers to whitch Ive experienced and how he treats everyone no matter what ethnicity you are is also a key to his morals and values, treating you like a human being makeing you comfortable. not just a paying customer... I think all employees there should Follow the roll that ( Shane ): leads as to leadership. ( Shane ): is very down to earth person.I will be revisiting this location again now and in the future and in hoping that I will get the same experience as Ive received with ( Shane ): and in talking with him again.

Ive been here a couple of times and in both occasion I received great customer service. Today my truck stall in the middle of the road, right before the entrance to the AutoZone parking lot (due to a faulty battery) as soon as I enter the store and explained my problem, Joseph, from AutoZone, offered to help me push my truck into the parking lot to replace my battery in a safe place; he even let me borrow the tools I needed. Thank you so much guys!!

Went here for a battery replacement. Not only were they super friendly, but they even spent time to help me replace the batter in my own car. Highly recommend this store just because of the workers.
Issac and Chad are phenomenal employees. I am new to working in the automotive industry and they have made my transition that much easier. Anytime I call for parts, prices, or questions they are always ontop of it and have my parts to me within 15 minutes. Theyve been truly a blessing for me personally and the new company I work for. Its an absolute pleasure to be working hand and hand with these men.
Very poor customer service. The worker Day-Day was not keen on performing his actual job duties. I understand it can be a long day, as I work as well, but suck it up. Your store closes at 9pm, be sure to remember not to stop working before the store closes.
They sold me the wrong p part so I have to drive back yet again. it would probably do better if they had monkeys working behind the register.
They always have what I am looking for online.
