They are excellent!Cliff and Reed went out of their way to accommodate me and help me fix my car. They arranged a loaner for me when they couldnt resolve the issue on the same day. My car was fixed the next day, and they arranged a driver to deliver my car to my work and pick up the loaner car. This is the definition of excellent customer service, befitting of Audis luxury brand.
