Used to go to this location and the one, near the mall, for oil changes and maintenance. Their prices are really good, but Ive found a closer shop to take my vehicles to.One thing about Butler, and most auto shops, is that they have a hardcore sell on doing a $100+ diagnostic on your vehicle, no matter the issue. Plus, nothing you spend on that goes towards repairs. Had to knock a star off for that.
Every time I come my service is A1. Matthew is the man! So nice, professional, and he makes sure I understand everything thats being done to my car. Matthew has so much patience he explains every detail and laughs at my jokes lol. I will always bring my car here. They take good care of her and me. I love butler and the team on Baston Rd.
Butler is the best hands down they always take care of me, they had my Cadillac xts a couple days ago and done a great job fixing my wheel bearing thanks Matthew
Called ahead in the morning to make sure theyd be able to get to my car that day and the person I spoke to was very polite. Desperately needed oil change, alignment, tire rotation, brakes checked and rotors straightened. Brought my car in about 2 hours later, thinking they might say it was too late in the day and Id have to come back BUT, they didnt. I wish I could remember the 2 gentleman that were working the front that day because they were so nice. Took my car right in for assessment and conditions were worse than I thought (not really a surprise). They showed me exactly what was wrong, what they could fix and gave me a breakdown of how much everything cost. They gave me a possible time frame and I opted to stay and wait. They offered to drive me anywhere I wanted to go while I waited (the mall, home, restaurant to food) and they would come get me when I asked. Where else offers that?! I stayed at the shop and they offered bottled water or hot coffee while I was there, multiple times, which was nice. Repairs took longer than expected BUT i was able to take my car home that evening, they were able to fix everything I asked for and Ive not had any problems since. I will definitely take my cars back there in the future. Thank you Butler Automotive
They were very friendly and professional. They worked with my boyfriend who was a long distance from them (about 8 hours) to fix my A/C unit problem. Rhonda, the driver, is very friendly and knows how to make you feel comfortable by keeping a conversation while driving me back to my car. Thank you for an awesome experience. You all are my boyfriend and I mechanic company now.
Exceptional customer service! From the tech reps to the mechanics, Butler has managed to hire the best of the best! All my automotive issues were resolved within a day.
* I had my car serviced here for Oil Change - thats all I got.* What happened to automotive services actually cleaning your windshield, putting air in tires - OR ACTUALLY EVEN PUTTING DOWN DISPOSABLE FLOOR MATS TO PREVENT TECHNICIANS FROM GETTING ANTHING IN YOUR CAR.* They were suggested by my AAA Service and I guess Oil Change was done professionally -
Took my daughters car in for ac problems. They went above and beyond to search out the problems and fixed everything that they could find. Im a second time customer and I will definitely be a customer there in the future.Fast service and great people to work with. I highly recommend this place.
Nick was very courteous and they completed my service within the timeframe they promised. I was especially impressed because they seemed to be very busy but still completed the service on time! Thanks!
Received great customer service, timely repair, and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely be returning for my regular car maintenance.
Super friendly and helpful shop. One of the only mechanics I go to!
Best technicians in town. Labor rate is much lower than dealers and most other shops. Awesome
The whole crew is awesome at Baston Road! Everyone is always so polite and helpful. I never feel pressured to get extra work done. They give me the information needed to determine what and when work needs to be done, and is done in a timely manner. Wish I could give more than 5 stars-kudos yall! Fantastic!
A backyard mechanics friend.Understood my needs and met them
Always fix my Nissan Armada like NEW!
DONT LET THE BUTLER DO IT ShouId be zero stars. I took my car in for not having air. They replaced AC system. Picked my car up on a Friday evening right before closing and noticed a vibration and loud whinning sound when the car is idled as well as the fan was speeding up and slowing down depending on if I use gas pedal. Took car back the next Tuesday. Butler call me and sad all that noise and vibration is coming from needing a motor mount and I needed an alternator for the fan issues. Now keep in my mind I only went in for no air. We approved the repairs anyway. Car continued to have the same issues after doing all of the new repairs. They said let them keep the car over the weekend and they will replace the compressor because I told them thats the only thing that changed on the car before all of these issues. Got a call saying they changed the compressor and car is ready but its still having the same issues. Since I wasnt satisfied with that explanation, we now have a new problem CVT transmission is causing the whinning and vibration. I picked up my car and took it to another shop the same day. I found out Butler broke a bolt while replacing the compressor. They never disclosed this to us. Keep in mind they supposedly put two compressors on the car. We had Butler pick up the car from the second shop to remove the broken bolt. After that visit, we had Butler take the car back to the second shop to verify the work. This time the bolt wouldnt tighten. This led me to believe the broken bolt was still in the compressor. Took the car to a different Butler to fix the bolt. I took my car to two other shops and theres nothing wrong with my transmission. I guess Im stuc with this more than likely refurbished compressor!! A shade tree mechanic couldve done better work than this.
Always great service, great and helpful staff.
Very good service
Mathew is great ..treating customers right
Very courteous service. A bit on higher end on cost but you know is being done the right way.
Great service. Great looking new lobby too.
Had a electrical issue. They came and got it for me and got me back on the road. Stayed in budget and kept me informed on what they were doing. Thanks so much, Butler is the best.
The best repair shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and it’s not even close. From start to finish, over several repairs, the folks at Butler Automotive (Martinez) were nothing but kind and accommodating professionals. They never failed to update me on the status of repairs and argued with warranty companies on my behalf for the best parts. They make timely repairs that you can count on and the staff is spectacular. I’ve been to at least five shops between Martinez and Augusta. Butler Automotive truly set themselves apart from the rest. Shoutout to Matthew/Thomas up front and Nick/Anthony who did the repairs. Honestly, nothing but good things to say. Thanks.
Fixed my car within 2 to 3 hours people educated about what they are doing
They did a wonderful job on our 18 year old truck. Explained everything that needed to be done and the price was below our expectations. Will definitely use them again
Life savers, I thank you guys for assisting me -Shawn
After my first mechanic told me he couldnt work on my car or change the oil, these guys made time for me same day and resolved all issues affordably. Very friendly service, respectful and professional staff. I will be going here whenever I have car troubles or even just for oil changes!
We have used Butler Automotive since the 80s. They have always taken care of any issue or service needed in a timely and friendly manner. We have never had an issue with any repair they have taken care of for us. We depend on Butler to keep our family fleet running (4 different autos). I can call and get information in a timely, courteous manner. I feel like I am family when I talk to Cliff or Thomas. Repairs are completed by the time we are told they will be or even earlier and they have helped us with emergency repairs.
Amazing customer service and fast auto repairs. Cliff and his team not only repaired my car as quickly and economically as possible, but also went out of their way to set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could make my commute to work. This team treats you like a member of their family. I am so grateful for their help!
Great fast service. I was very happy with how they worked with me with my financial situation and were very upfront and honest. I dont usually go out of my way to write reviews but I just wanted to show my appreciation and give them a big 5 stars. Thank you guys so much!
Well experienced sales associates and mechanics. Service is a 20.
Great Dependable professional service
I take all 3 of my cars to Butler Automotive. I am NEVER disappointed. One time I took an estimate from a different car repair place to Butler and asked them about the repairs. They looked at my past records and told me the maintenance had just been done on my vehicle and was not needed. This saved me $500! Thank you to Cliff, Thomas, Matt, Matthew and all the guys in back!
I had a horrible experience, first they tried to over charge me,they told my husband one price and when i went in to get the service done they tried to over charge me until my husband had to talk to one of the reps, then someone scratched the side of my car and didnt say anything to me i had to make a police report, they told the officer that they didnt have any cameras...i will never bring my car back to the butler
Had a great experience, good customer service, communicated well and gave me a worst-case-scenario estimate so I could be prepared, but it ended up being an easier fix. The repairs were completed quickly and I havent had any issues!
The staff and mechanics are phenomenal! I have been a customer of Butler Automotive on Baston Rd. for 9 years & counting. Their personal service & attention to detail is amazing. They are honest & fair with the assessment of my vehicles & I know they will do the best job! Bravo!
I took my car there for them to check my AC for leaks. They vacuumed the unit down, put dye in and found 2 leaks and one was going to cost over 1000.00 which I couldnt afford right now but the other was in the high pressure check valve so I told him to fix that one and he would not fix it, said it wouldnt do that much good and basically refused to fix it so I had to go pay them $110.00 for nothing.
Our vehicle was purchased at Car Max and has Maxcare auto repair insurance. Butler is an authorized repair dealer for them. We took our 2015 Ford Focus to them on a Monday with two issues. One was covered under our warranty and repair and we only had to pay our deductible and it was repaired the same day. The second issue was due to a malfunction that was actually addressed in a recall from Ford. They called and advised us that it was a free fix if we took it to Ford, which we did on Wednesday. The Ford place called later and told us they fixed it but that there were other problems that would cost us hundreds to fix. We picked it up from Ford and called Butler back. They said bring it back. We did on Wednesday evening. On Thursday Butler called and said Ford did not fix what they were supposed to on the recall, and that they were taking it back to Ford themselves and would play hardball to make sure it was taken care of. I called Ford late Thursday afternoon to get a status and was told they had done the recall repair and had found another issue that was covered under our extended warranty from the dealer. They said it would be ready on Friday. They never called, but I called late Friday afternoon and was told it was ready. When we picked it up, it ran perfectly and there was no charge. Had we not taken it back to Butler, we would not have known that Ford didnt do their part their first time and would have probably had to pay hundreds (or more) to get it fixed. Because Butler ran the diagnostics and took it to Ford themselves, we were finally able to get everything repaired and without costing much of anything. The gentlemen at Butler went above and beyond to give us the best possible service even when it wasnt a money maker to them. They put the customer first and did everything within their power to make our experience as painless as they could and get the best outcome for us. I highly recommend Butler for all car care needs. They will save you money and make sure everything is perfect for you! Very grateful!!
Had an issue with my automotive repair bill and the problem was resolved quickly. Matt was a huge help when he understood what my concerns were. I have been a long time customer and think their work is outstanding. I greatly appreciate their willingness to work with me in resolving this matter in a positive way.
I love Butler! They took awesome care of my car -- with reasonable prices!
I really wanted to like this place. Their customer service was pretty friendly and they seemed efficient and knowledgeable. They will even give you a ride home, if needed. I used them for a couple of brake jobs and oil changes; seemed ok. However, I also had them replace some weather seals on my driver and passenger side doors recently because water was getting into my car whenever it rained. They did the work in a timely fashion and I happily drove it home.Unfortunately, I soon noticed that whoever had replaced the seals around my windows had also gouged and chipped the paint, as well as bent the metal in one spot. I was irritated that they hadnt told me about this issue before I had driven the car home, but figured they would rectify the situation since their customer service seemed to be good. Instead, they seemed mildly annoyed when I called and explained the issue. I brought it back in and they had it sent to a body shop to fix the gouges, so I was hopeful that the situation was going to be made right.I received my car five days after bringing it in, only to find that all they had done was to paint over the gouges without filling them. The damage is only slightly less noticeable than it was, and the fix was certainly something I could have done at home with some touch up paint. Honestly, it looks terrible but I didnt want the inconvenience of not having my car for another week, so I took it anyway. I explained that I wasnt very happy with the outcome, but there wasnt any further effort or interest on their part. I was informed that the body shop they used usually does good work, but that was all. I would recommend not using this place for anything more than brakes and oil changes.
Butler has been taking care of my cars for over ten years. That have always been honest and provide great advice on repairs. I am thankful to have Butler in my community.
Top notch auto repair and maintenance services. Friendly and informative staff!
These guys are beyond amazing ! They made my life so much easier a couple weeks ago when my tire went flat from a screw at work, they had it fixed before I was even off! They were total life savers and super big sweethearts! Thank you for everything guys ! My little Santa Fe really appreciates y’all fixing her shoe! Haha
They were realky nice
Great
Friendly, fast and quality work. Alignment done at half the price of a dealership service.
The Butler Automotive team is outstanding - personable, reliable, willing to explain, and they do solid work. I’ve recommended to friends who use other mechanics and/or dealerships to try Butler as a much friendlier and faster experience.
Great place they gave me a ride home and offered to drop the car off at my job the next day. I really appreciate the service. Highly recommend the one on Bast on Rd.Great people
I wouldnt take the owners word for it. I dumped Butler in 2010 after they quoted me a price of approx. $480.00 to replace an oil pump and when I found out that the actual price was $840.oo I almost wet myself.Their side of the story from my perspective: I had attempted to change the oil pump myself, but on a 92 Dakota, the engine has to be lifted slightly to allow access for the deep end of the pan to clear the front cross member.I didnt have an engine lift. All the pan bolts were in their holes, motor mounts were undone, but bolts and nuts were right there. the radiator fan shroud bolts were bagged and labeled. I had actually made the job quicker and easier for the mechanic. Nothing was left for them to figure out on their own. When I asked why the price was almost double the quote - they said it was because I had partially removed the pan. UNBELIEVABLE!Thats mechanics code for easy money.Butler has missed out on a clutch job, an engine rebuild on my daughters car and a head gasket change out since 2010, just from my business. Not to mention all the services on 3 vehicles over 6 years.I rated them two stars only because they changed a water pump for me in 2006 on this same truck and I didnt have to replace it until 2009.
I had a great experience here. I forgot to review it when I visited back in July 2015. I was traveling from Montana and needed to have some regular service done to my Ram 2500 Diesel truck. They did a good job at a fair price. My service consultant actually told me to wait on a few items as they were fine and could be done later, even knowing I wouldnt be giving the business to them since I would be in another state when they suggested it be completed. If I am ever in Georgia again I will be using them to service my truck.
Pricing is fair and customer service is amazing. Always going the extra mile to make sure we are happy and our vehicles are safe and running right.
Fast and dependable service. Knowledgeable counter salesman. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Excellent experience.
Very knowledgeable and actually saved me time and money by telling me i would be better going to the dealer because of the warranty on my car.
I have left my truck with them four times and everytime Ive picked it up I didnt even make the 5 miles to my house before the check engine light came back on
I phoned prior to my arrival to the repair shop and was informed to bring my vehicle as soon as I could, I arrived approximately one hour later. The gentleman at the desk informed me that it would be best to return on a later day this week or have a seat and wait all day. I proceeded to explain to him that I did phone to inquire if I needed to schedule an appointment his response was no come on in but before three oclock. As I explained this he stated that they had become backed up since I last spoke to someone and if the car was drivable it could wait a couple of days. Well I have always been told do not drive any vehicle when the check engine light is on, his attitude in my opinion was rude and nonchalant. This was my first and last experience with Butler Automotive.
I went into Butler Automotive today to get a valve cover gasket replaced. While I was there I overheard an associate talking trash about my Cadillac. I was furious, the whole reason Im here is for maintenance. When he realized I heard him, he apologized profusely. It took a lot to apologize...and I got a discount. We humans make mistakes I forgive him and appreciate the apology. I may be back, well see. They did repair the leak and correctly diagnosed the problem. Eddie Butler, dont be too hard on him, his a good guy.
I have always found Thomas at Butler in Martinez to be honest and helpful. I have had no problems with service provided and highly recommend.
I always go to Butler Automotive on Basten Rd for all of my automotive needs! Matthew is great and is someone I can trust! Trusting someone with your car is very important these days with all of the dishonesty in the world!!
I took my truck in for noise in the motor and they looked at it and it was just the water pump and belts so they took me to enterprise to get a rental car they was very professional at butler I would recommend to anyone if Im ever back in that area and have any car problems I will go back to butler automotive thank you for all yalls help
Pricing by the book, good part replacement shop. Done right the first time. A little $ but in the long run, the right thing to do.
I repair appliances. When a customer brings an appliance to the shop, we look at it and tell them what needs to be fixed, and how much it will cost to do so. If, at any point, those numbers become incorrect, whether due to needing additional parts, new problems being discovered, or any of a number of other things, we immediately get in contact with the customer, inform them of exactly what is going on, and get their permission to proceed. At no point do I assume the customer knows what Im doing or how I do it, nor do I just charge right in and do all the work I can think of without their explicit permission to proceed. After all, its their money that theyre spending, and we all work pretty hard for our money, right? Its the baseline that I expect when dealing with similar businesses, such as mechanics.Unfortunately, I cant say these things about this business. At this business, they will take advantage of your lack of knowledge. My wife took the family van in for a diagnostic to see what services would be needed while I was at work. They did the diagnostic, quoted a large (but to be fair to them, fair) price for the necessary work. We knew the vehicle wasnt in the best shape, so thats fine. It was expected. My wife agreed to do get the oil change done then and there, and would return for a brake system flush that they said was needed after she ran a quick errand. I was on the phone with her at the time, and the agreed upon service was the flush, which would cost $12. Cool, we can handle that. A band-aid on the actual issue of worn out brake pads, but one issue at a time, per paycheck, because we arent rich and dont just have money laying about.Returning to the store, she spoke with the exact same person she had spoken with earlier, a Matthew Brade. The same person who I had heard over the phone speaking to her about the service and the price not even an hour previously. She handed over the keys and asked for the brake service they had talked about. She doesnt know how to fix cars. She doesnt care to know. She, like all customers of the various service industries, expect the professionals to know what theyre doing, and more importantly, to conduct themselves in an ethical manner. Matthew took the keys without a word. At no point, as a normal human would expect, was there an explanation of the services about to be performed, a check to make sure either party understood the other ones expectations, nada, zip, nothing. And the result? The expected $12 service ended up being a bill of $460.43. And thats not including the $150 or so that the diagnostic and oil change cost the first time. $600 dollars and change. If I conducted my business like that, taking advantage of the ignorance of my customers to perform services they either didnt understand or didnt know were being performed and had never agreed to, Id be out of job within minutes. Unfortunately, all the people involved in this very likely earned a nice commission by screwing my family over. I hope it was worth it, guys. I really do. Enjoy it, because youll never see another dime from us or anyone we know.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here. In the past, with other places I’ve had to bring my car to, I’ve felt misguided or taken advantage of through my obvious lack of car knowledge. There was not one second I felt mislead by these guys. Thomas and Matthew went above and beyond and made one of the most stressful weeks in car repairs for me so easy. They bent over backwards to help me out when the bills started racking up. I cannot thank y’all enough for everything you did to put my mind at ease and get me back on the road in such a timely fashion. Thomas also did his best to help me understand the problems with my car so I left feeling much more educated, and know what to look for/do if I run into problems again. Highly recommend these people!
Everytime I come here i have a good experience. i normally go there for an oil change =)they get me in there quick and i leave quicker!make sure when you go you ask for Matt not Matthew.Matt wont steer you wrong!
These guys never let me down. I had been taking my truck to dodge for all of my needs but from now on Ill take anything I own to butler these guys are awesome.
I have taken my cars to Butler on Baston Rd for years. They are honest mechanics who will not invent things wrong with your vehicle. They may not always be the least expensive, but they will always be the best.
Good prompt service but very high prices
I arrived knowing very little about the nature of the issue with my truck and was treated amazingly! Very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
They tried to fix my old car. Bless their hearts.
As a hard working blue collar, business owner in Columbia County. My husband work very hard for all our customers, in a manner lost to most. With old school values, taking pride in a job no matter how small. Understanding that a customer for life out weighs that $$$. So the exact details of our experience with Butler Automotive arent discussed for professional reasons. I will express complete gratitude to Thomas and Eddie for their customer service and concern to not only listen to my greivenance and go above and beyond for my family. There are not words to describe how truly appreciated your company is to us. Certainly to have some the best work ethics Ive ever encountered. With a most heartfelt thank you. You definitely have customers for life. LeighAnne
Always great service. Very trustworthy. My go to auto repair shop.
My experience with butler was hit or miss. The first time I went in it was great, they let me know I had a couple issues they didnt notice at first. They fixed the ones that were critical & we made plans to a dress the other ones. Great right?.... My 2nd visit the vehicle just sat. I called on the 3rd day, nope its not ready...day 5, I dropped by. It was sitting by the garage bay, so I thought alright, great,...nope. Not ready. Day 6, I asked the mgmt to go over the vehicle with me, & nothing had been done. It was explained they were down 2 mechanics. Ok. Fine. Do you know when someone & which one will work on my car? He will get to it today after that car. He said NO, I have 2 more in front of hers. The manager called another location asked me to take the car there, my vehicle was started on or evaluated that day & completed in 3 days. 10% off. 2 weeks later I took it back they said faulty part. :(
This place isnt a good place to take your car there expensive and usually end up taking it back to resolve the problem sometimes more than once a couple the guys are rude when you ask questions and treatyou like a dummy for asking. One talks loud on the phone and comes off rude they offer no credit check financing so its usually higher priced work go some place else
Ive used Butler twice before. The shop was asked to replace a rear wheel bearing; its a c-clip solid axle vehicle. Bearing was replaced correctly, but two days later the rear end was leaking like a sieve. When originally taken to the shop, I supplied the parts for the wheel bearing repair, the oil for the rear differential (Royal Purple), and the instructions for re-securing the rear differential cover (high quality aluminum cover). Specifically mentioned the instructions should be followed (loctite blue on bolt threads). Come to find out two days after picking up the vehicle, I lost 3 differential bolts and the other 7 were finger-strength loose, and the vehicle is marking its spot in the garage. Drained what was left of the rear differential oil (less than a quart), cleaned the differential carrier and and magnets, replaced the gasket and bolts, and used loctite blue. Never a leak since.I usually do my own work, and appreciate a shop that can perform a high-quality repair job when Im too pressed for time. After that experience, I sadly cant recommend them.
I cant speak for the other negative posts here, but, Ive been taking my X-Terra here for some time for routine service. Have always had a good experinece. They have corrected problems other shops missed and have treated me very well.
Great policy of 3 oil changes gets us the fourth one free! Very professional and good job!
I went there 4 a problem with my car and an estimate to fix it. My problem is that I wasnt told there was an estimation fee of $105. However it was added into the repair. I didnt have to pay it if they did the work.Butler picked up my car and repaired and returned 2 me. Excellent service
DO NOT LET BUTLER DO IT!!! I took my car to Butler Automotive in June 2015 for an oil pan leak. I thought it was repaired until the oil started leaking. I took it back to them in September 2015, I was told the leaking was probably due to the high mileage. I took the car to the dealer and they fixed the oil pan leak and uncovered damaged to the oil pan. I just spoke to the owner and according to him its my fault I didnt follow procedure. I should have brought the car back to them for a third time. In what universe does this make sense???It speaks volumes that the owner has responded so quickly to my review and has posted incorrect statements regarding our conversation. I did not get a quick response when I sent a comment via the companys website requesting they contact me. The owner is more concerned about a bad review then actually treating customers fairly. To the owner: You are confused. I do not need you to do anything to my car; the oil pan leak has been fixed by the dealer and I only had to take it to them once. Unless you are willing to return some of the money I paid you to fix the oil pan leak, there is nothing else you can offer. I hope this is clear. This is my final post on this matter. God Bless
Never again. I should not have see my car towed in twice in two weeks for the same problem, have to drop $300 each time, told at least two different stories/opinions on what should happen, be charged $150 over what other garages told me they would charge to fix it, told it would be ready by end of business one day, receive no updates on a piece of maintenance that should take no longer than an hour, and the be told the next morning that it still isnt ready.Never had an experience this bad. Theyre nice enough to have the car towed for you to their garage (not without a fee), but I feel like Ive left my baby in the hands of quacks.
NEVER go here. They are CROOKS! I had an oil leak and someone from Jiffy Lube figured out it was a gasket problem and told me to go to a shop. Butler Automotive tried to charge me $1,125 for a whole lot of NOTHING! Saying I had leaks in hard places. I had to take off work for 2 days to tow my car to a RELIABLE mechanic in Atlanta. It was in fact the gasket, 15 mins of work! Youve been WARNED!!!
They Do Great Work!
My truck was running extremely rough, jerking and skipping, and NO ONE could seem to figure out what was going on. A good friend suggested that I take my truck to Butler. I admit I was skeptical at first but figured I would give it a shot (I didnt have anything to lose after chasing this problem and throwing parts at the truck for months). I was so impressed with the service!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful I couldnt believe this was a repair shop!! Not only did Butler accurately diagnose my problem, they finished the repairs sooner than promised, under the estimate cost, AND provided me a loaner car at NO CHARGE until the repairs were completed!!!!!! I love these guys and I will no only take all of our vehicles to the Butler!!!
We use them for work... the guys are always pleasant to deal with.
Have taken our cars here for years.always friendly..more importantly honest..thanks thomas...
I would give 0 stars if I could. Ripoffs. I took my car there because carmax was booked up and Butler is supposedly partners and I could get my car fixed for the price of my extended warranty. Long story short they told me the work wasn’t covered under my warranty and I would have to pay out of pocket. And they wanted over $1200! When I called carmax to find out why is wasn’t covered come to find out butler didn’t even send it to get approved or denyed by carmax. And on top of that I still had to pay them the $105 diagnostic fee! These guys are just awful.
These guys are some very stand up guys. I lost my AirPods and was devasted, made a u-turn just to see if I dropped them there. When I walked and told the guy I might have lost my AirPods, he smiled and handed them over to me. I told him he was a lifesaver and thanked over and over again, because I was so upset thinking they were gone forever.
Great service, friendly staff - highly recommended for your auto repair needs.
Would not take my car anywhere else!! The people there are great & so are the prices!!! Very dependable work!!
Very polite, very professional
My family and I have been using Butler for years. They have many locations and are always polite, courteous and professional.
I Just Called Up There Today To Get a tow And I waited for an Hour For them to come After an hour passed I called to let them know thati had been waiting an to let me know when To Come to my Car soon as they come in to my Neiborhood. So The Guy said Well We dont have the guys number To Tell him to call u when he gets there So I walk back to my house which is down the street. so another 30 min Pass by so I call to cancel It and soon as the guy Picks up the phone He Answers what Now I say Im going to Cancel Because you guys were rude Af And he says OK What ever Bye and hangs up the Phone. Bad Service and Just plain Rude.
Ask Eddie Butler about the Hazmat fee on your invoice. Where exactly does this money go? At Butler Automotive you are given an estimate for repairs. The real invoice is less than the estimate. The difference is added on under the Hazmat fee so that the invoice reflects the estimate. Some disgruntled employees warned me that the Hazmat fee is actually the Eddie fee, which goes directly to the owner. I see no issue with making money, but why the deceit? Mr. Butler, please explain this, and if the money is actually used for hazmat please explain the process in detail.
Fair price for great service.
It was so fantastic to have my vehicle serviced in a quick and professional manner. I hope to never return to a dealership again.
The best and fastest place I know. They do all my work.
Great place and service.
I took my wifes van here on Wednesday with all kinds of problems!!! Next day shes riding smoothly..Thanks Guys!!
Great service. Estimates always spot on.
Great service and fantastic people!
Butler Automotive quoted a very high price for one spark plug and one coil replacement. When asked why the price was so high, we were told they were going to replace all of our spark plugs. We didnt need that. After deciding on a fair price, we picked up our car and got in to drive away only to find out that they had broken our rear view mirror off. No mention of it when we were checking out! When we went back in to say something, we were told it happens all the time. No offer to discount our price, just a come back next week and well fix it. We will not be going back to this poorly run, messy, over priced, under delivered automotive repair shop.
