Rock solid. They had our door fixed within 48 hours of my calling them. And they were reasonably priced and helpful in suggesting possible upgrades --- but not pushy. Well definitely call them next time we run into problems.

These guys are the best! Both cables on our garage door snapped after years of wear and tear. With both cars stuck in the garage, and the door hanging at a precarious angle, they saved the day.
